Great park with areas for bigger and little kids. There is also a challenge course that's got ninja warrior type obstacles but geared or sized towards kids. We'll definitely be back!

We came here for fireworks on the 3rd of July. The show was great! Lots of places to sit with great viewing angles. They also had a small faire going with food and music. This was the closest I've ever been to fireworks, the finale was so bright I had to close my eyes πŸ˜† It was a very cool experience!

Updated because the fencing is removed and the walking path in continuous and ample parking is in place. There’s still less adult physical activity than I’d like to see offered, but it’s improving. Great job improving Pleasantdale Park District! Nice adult (and separated) kid exercise outdoor equipment. Safe outdoor restrooms available, clean when I’ve had to use it. The walking path is currently blocked by fencing which makes it difficult to use as designed. Few activities for adults through the park district. But 4 stars when the fencing is removed. Nearby Burr Ridge Park District path and adult equipment is nice and get my 5 stars.

Some folks were really rude, but the park still looked great. The park and people have changed so much from when I was a kid, but we enjoyed watching the stroller scavenger hunt. That was cool because the little kids were so excited! The big metal slide and wax paper was my favorite growing up. We even visited the park as adults with wax paper just to enjoy the thrill of being alive. All people and their service animals should feel welcomed wherever they go. We are all the same.

Very nice park with a huge perimeter to walk, including a creek. They have rebuilt the playground. The park has soccer fields, baseball fields, a tennis court, as well as ice hockey in the winter.

Did not feel welcomed here as a black person. When me and my kids approached the park we where stared at as if we should not have been there. Not by the kids but by the parents. Nice park other wise. I’m not in the business of going places where I’m not welcomed.

Such a beautiful park for walking/running. It's great to see the various fields used for kid's sports. Well groomed and landscaped.

The park is not very "small kid" friendly in my opinion. There are a lot of stations where little ones either can't reach or aren't strong enough to complete the task at hand. That said, if you have a kid who's about 7 or older and loves to be all over the place climbing and hoping around, this is a good place to come. Good atmosphere and people are nice. Also, parking lot is not the biggest and can be very very hard to find a parking spot if you come at the wrong time.

I worked here. The park is huge and a great time. There’s so much space and many fields for sports and play. They have basketball, volleyball, tennis, and hockey courts. They have a museum on site as well. There is also a huge walking/running path around the park.

Great courts. Hoopers loud music on portable speakers, and horrible language are quite unpleasant, though

I attended my daughter's softball game Gurrie middle school vs Pleasantdale middle school. Go Gurrie!! It was a good 1st game of the season, a 2-1 victory Gurrie. The field was nice as well.

πŸ‘ Nice walking trail that goes in a circle and brings you back to your parking spot. I like that. The path isn't paved , has small gravel on the waking path. I didn't see any visible fountains and additional trash cans would be nice. Otherwise nice area in a good neighborhood. Just take note it's next...
