This place has a great bike trail that's just under 10 miles. Just the right amount of challenge on this one. Definitely not too easy and if 5 stars was a hard course, I would rate this one at a 4.

Wonderful clean park to have your parties. We had our family reunion there and it was nice and spaces. We had lots of tables.

Great place for a picnic!

I grew up near these woods, rode my bike out there years before they paved the trails. I prefer dirt or crushed gravel to pavement, but they are pretty well maintained (not full of freeze cracks). I don't know about the other facilities there, just the trails which aren't very crowded, which is nice. Doesn't seem to be a lot of "riffraf" you can come across in some forest preserves...

Great place to park and start your bike ride.

Very nice scenery. A good drive by for hot coffee and quiet time before work. You can also stop by after a busy day and listen to some calming music before going home.

This is a beautiful place to fish, however, they need to stock with fish. Spoke with some people, and just like us, we got no bite and caught no fish. Still a beautiful place.

Beautiful and peaceful

A lovely little oasis. You can walk a very long loop around several blocks of forest preserve. It's connected to the large Cook County Forest Preserve trail system. You can enter from several locations. Note, Google Maps isn't fully updated- the trails are a little different from what they have. Cook County has made significant improvements to the trails recently.

Nice, quiet nature preserve. Fishing is allowed. Hilly topography allows you to look down at the lake from the parking area. They also have a picnic pavilion.

Very clear and clean lake. Went fishing for one hour. No catch, no bites. Then Again it was very windy!

It's a pretty chill park with a lake and a bike trail. There's some renovations being done but overall a good place. Watch out for the geese though, they are very aggressive sometimes.
