Really need to be careful at any forest preserves if you just want to stop enjoy lunch and overlook nature and a significant amount of car traffic with various sexual predators approaching the vehicle for oral sex. Better to stay in a McDonalds parking lot

Great close to the city location. Often see deer, coyotes and hawks etc. Clean pot a pitied and well managed preserve.

Beautiful countryside! I enjoyed my walk and felt very safe !

Free country but the forest close at a certain time and you will get extorted for money if you go too late

Just got back from an idyllic walk through the forest preserves with my dog. The only thing that marred the afternoon was some guy out there letting his two dogs run around wild with no leash.

Great place to get away and relax, BBQ, fly kites go on walk through the trails in the woods.

Nice paths to walk around in and little fish to catch!

This place was amazing. I had nowhere to go so I parked under a shade tree and slept half the day away. It was great .. But depressing being homeless...

Definitely beautiful, scenic area. Too many dog owners allowing their dogs to run around wild with no leash on.
