Great place with awesome friendly staff. Oak Forest Park District has such a vast variety of different activities to join and participate in for all age ranges. Plus they have the skate park, football field and two parks right on site of the main building. Love it here💖

OAK FOREST PARK DISTRICT has beautiful paved paths for a leisure stroll with the dog or more. I have enjoyed walking for exercise and some hiking with fellow hikers. The area seems clean and well managed. The forest preserve is vast with many different areas that take you to different parts of the park. I especially love hiking during the fall season. The trees are in full color and is breathtaking! I would recommend a shaded day with plenty of hydration & sunscreen.

I have been working out here multiple times a week for a year now. Staff is great and hands off. Above average selection of weight lifting and cardio equipment availabile. They feature key tag scanning to check in and your monthly membership will be deducted from your checking account or credit card. This facility also has rooms available to rent for events, intramural volleyball, and open gym times. My only gripe is the lack of open gym available after 5pm and also the lack of basketball intramural league like volleyball has. Overall it's a solid gym and it feels good to be supporting a community effort for an affordable and extensive gym experience.

Clean place - staff seemed pleasant & friendly - our hall was unreasonably close 2 bathrooms - we were all happy with choosing this place

My local Park District is the best! I only wish they had a pool, indoor pool where I can swim. It's sad that we do not have one and I have to join a gym to use a pool.

Our kids go to pre school here. We love it. Highly recommend it!

Went to my friends son graduation party. Nice size room and nice and clean too.

My granddaughter sang the National Anthem to open Oak fest.The food was delicious but a minimum of rides and booths.

A great little all in one park. A concession stand, with good food. A play park for the little ones. Nice football field. Plenty of room for multiple sports at the same time. The biggest problem is that there doesn't seem to be enough parking space.

Great park for parents. Two big trees for shade and toddler/big kid area. Place to picnic or grill. Plenty of seating

Trash. It is crowded. It is small. Only 4 baskets and alot of people. If I could give it a zero star I would. There is this one guy who tells u what to do. He says it will make it fair but it just makes it worse. He makes you do two on two and it takes forever. If u lose you get eliminated and u don't get to play again. Don't go here.😑😞😡

Friendly atmosphere

I usually don't leave reviews but I couldn't live with myself if I never gave Michelle from the Zone fitness center credit! She is very polite and personable and went above and beyond to help. She made signing up easy per my boyfriend. (I signed up with the equally awesome desk staff) The place itself is pretty good. Best part is that it isn't crowded and it gets the job done. I never have to wait for any equipment and they have a great variety of machines and weights!
