🫤 Cool opportunity for local shops but not many interesting places that would bring the community in. It could use more restaurants (outdoor seating, bars, local shops (ex: art, plant shop etc). Perfect location by all the trails. Lots of potential but not there yet. Any plans to redevelop? People often mention coffee, shops, shop,

I went to the coffee shop on the corner but it was closed. The whole place is very run down. Disappointing 😞

Sam's smoke shop is the best place for all your smoking needs. Best price for those of us who roll their own cigs.

Cool looking buildings nice place to hike too! This place is more like a old school castle in the forest(hidden gem). It's a lo-key area to get some coffee. They used to have more shops open but I always like driving past taking some nightfall photos before emerging back into the darkness

So many cool shops and businesses all in a row in this location. Can't wait to go to an open mic at Ashbury's soon! I'm also interested in Dead Serious Tattoos. Cool name for tattoo shop.

Fantastic hair salon in cute quaint stone fronted store. All the shops look like turn of 19th century buildings. Gina is terrific and I've never had a bad haircut from her -- & I've been going to her for about 20-30 years!

Such a fun area. Would be cool to add a bar and restaurant up there and a court yard! Maybe even a grocery store for people who live close by.

Literally the cutest shopping center ever despite the severe lack of surveillance birds

Cute coffee house but its more than a coffee house food, dessert, and beer is slsi offered. Grest service and comfortable atmosphere very casual.

It's a shame this area isn't operating at full capacity. Interesting area at end of hiking trails. A very cute, quaint area.
