Ross stores is horrible. I worked at their corp office in California and the CIO and his VP are evil. They laughed about all the consultants they had fired. Just so wrong.

Shopped at Ross unbeatable prices and wide selection! I love the home decor department next to Burlington they are nice varieties!!

The food is delicious. We went at a time that wasn't busy and it still took a bit of time to get our food. Also be aware they only take credit cards in the drive through.

Protoilllios polish and fries was very good and the chocolate cake and drink. This is thru drive thru.

There is a good selection of stores here to meet many needs: Ross, Five Below, At Home, Burlington Brands, GNC, Dollar Tree, and Pet Smart. Plus several more.

I like this shopping center Although a couple places have closed, one of them Best Buy. Lots of parking, Never had trouble with anyone here.

Not as good as it was before sold to Berkshire Hathaway. Less meat for the burger and even the chocolate cake isn't as moist as it was. Less meal for the money.

It was okay to shop but they really didn't have a selection that I was looking for.

How does anyone go wrong with portillos. Big beef dipped with fries and a coke. Just make sure you add sweet and or hot peppers to your beef. Plenty of parking all around the building and if you opt for drive through it alwaya goes pretty fast at Portillos. One of the best beef sandwiches in Chicago. It will not disappoint. The hot dogs are also delicious. Do not and I repeat do not order ketchup on your hot dog. You dont do that in and around Chicago. Likely to get alot of dirty looks if you do order a hot dog with Ketchup on it.

The food is overpriced. The quality of the food is horrible. The chicken they use for their sandwich now is a patty that taste like it came from a dollar store. It is filled with salt. That sandwich is unhealthy don't eat it. The quality of the food has really gone down. Save your money....so so so disappointing 😞

Everything is good that I usually order from Portillo's. I can not remember ever having bad Portillo's. With that said, I think the only thing I have ever ordered from Portillo's is their Italian beef. But this day, this location or they have changed the recipe... the side of cheese Portillo's gives you with the cheese fried was amazing. I don't know what it was, but this was the best cheese wiz I ever tasted.

Ordered Italian sausage and order of onion rings and a root beer. Got home opened it and it was a roast beef. Very Unhappy. It cost enough. I think they should get the order right .

Only visited the Ross. Decent selection. Nice staff. Moving the customers quickly. Nothing to brag about. Plenty of shopping to do in this plaza. Movie theater in the back. Truck parking in the back between the Ross and Movie theater. No one bothered my rig during the 4+ hours I was parked there shopping and catching a couple flicks. 👍🏼👍🏼

Food is always good, but the service was lacking in this location, standing round taking forever to assemble the orders, lack of urgency, lacked friendliness that your used to at other locations. Personally waited 45min for 2 beef fries and shakes

I went to Bath and Body Works and Target. Found everything I needed. B & B is smaller at this location than others. Parking is great and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love that the drive-thru is dedicated to charge only now. I always felt it was dangerous for those young folks who had to carry the burden of having cash on their persons.

Food is consistently good. They may forget to put your peppers in the bag but their Italian beef is the best in town. Getting hungry thinking about one.

I really like Rivercrest. Lane bryant, portillos, At Home, and many more great stores. I would recommend it.

I luv this place.. but, some of us have a hard time walking, that's y we choose the drive-thru.. but, it makes it hard to go to the drive-thru when all I have is cash..

Visited the drive up 9pm Friday night. Waited an extremely long time and didn't advance a spot. Called out to worker and got a shoulder shrug, so we pulled out of line and went to another close place. What happened?? Look at your staff Portillos, Friday night's a BUSY TIME TOO!!

ok Ross but it was picked over when i finally went there. this isn't my home store so i guess i like my store located in McKinley Park better. It's bigger and better stocked.

Great stores, Ross, Burlington, 5 below, kohl's shoe carnival Target and more.. and all kinds of foods places to eat and some have adult beverages! You can get all your shopping needs met at this shopping center

This mall have seen better days. 80% of the stores are closed or on a huge pre closing sales. The food court is amazing

We went to Office Max and Petsmart. Then ate at Portillos with our dog. She loves the fries. Finally we shopped @ Target.

Went to Burlington store was clean. All clothes were hanging up. Only had only two register open.Line moved fast.

Excellent shopping strip good selection of stores to choose from I mainly tend to shop at the target or dollar tree when I'm in the area those are my go to destination sometimes kohl's as well not to often though. Also have a gamestop and five below in the strip as well, some tasty restaurants to choose from if you wanna seat down and get a bite to it. My only problem over here is that the best buy closed down that was a necessity place for me I used to go there everyday I really hated when that place closed, also wish a Macy's was open in this strip that would bring even more traffic and shopper to this area all in all a good place to shop with a nice variety of locations to choose from.

Server asked us to close out our check because she was going home(we had just receivedour food). We told her we would still be there another hour. No one came to check on us at any point after we paid her.

Had to pickup a order on this visit. Customer service was excellent. A young lady greeted me at the door and I was offered assistance throughout the store

Nice experience...it was late on a Saturday night. Occasionally, the lines can be long, which is a turn off. As long as management can keep the lines moving, shoppinh at this location will be enjoyable.

Clean theater, we saw a 5pm show and the seemed to be a little understaffed. None of the soda machines had ice. Still a good place to catch a movie.

Eventhough the cook couldnt never cook my Steak Medium Well, The Manager made sure that I was still Satisfied during my visit, and My Waitress was Awesome aswell, Went here for My Daughter 8 year old Birthday👑🎂🍨🥳

They have a vast variety of stores to shop in. A movie theater and game room are also located here. Walmart is close, and Target is here also!

95% good experience unless u go to the one store that refuses to admit their. Equipment is faulty. And u have already called the bank to prove u. Have the cash. On a card and I won't go back their. Washroom , wheel chair flexi,go with no kids. It makes any shopping easier. But family store if u have to np there. I like this place. A go to and good loc

We visited the Dollar tree and the PetSmart in this place. The Dollar tree was well stocked and PetSmart employees were able to help us find what we needed for our turtle. Hey baby yes I'm here

I found 2 soft large bath towels for $6.99 each. The footwear had a small selection and they're not very comfortable. I'm older with diabetes and wanted more comfortable shoes.

We went to Applebee's for a Galentine lunch. The food was delicious and the drinks were great!

The place is great for the kids and adults i cant wait until it gets warm for the outside attractions...the food is good ....my only complaint is that i had to pay almost $4 for my icee lol no that was a joke EVERYTHING WAS GREAT PLEASE GO THERE

This place was horrible on a Saturday night! Dollar tree shopping carts flipped all over the parking lot. I went in to Burlington, and the store looked like a disaster. This plaza has changed, and it is no longer a great place to shop. I hope it gets the attention it deserves to improve the shopping experience.

Wish the village could work harder to get more retail back to this center. Owners need to resurface & restripe parking lot, install more lights and update signage.
