We only went to the Target, but was great. Found everything in stock. Good prices. A nice place for some exercise too.

Overall, Panera bread is a good place to have lunch, breakfast, or brunch. It's clean, it's restrooms are clean, and the food is great. Whichever Panera bread I visit, I know I receive the best services. I'd certainly recommend this place to friends and family. Y'all got a good thing happening. Y'all are the best.

I prefer an experience when visiting a shopping center, mall, etc. Brookside Marketplace is clean, very clean and extremely convenient: lies along a major intersection off of Harlem Ave., and I-80. It has all the typical brand stores you’ll see anywhere else, along w/your typical cheap eateries. The reason I gave it four stars is bc the shopping center is well maintained and safe, yet it’s simply boring. There’s nothing that draws you. It’s a non-experiential center. There are no upscale dinings, or department stores to be had. It desperately needs that. There’s also no movie theaters in the entire village of Tinley Park: this would be the perfect venue for one. With the convention center directly in the area, the developers dropped the ball: the marketplace could a magnet for convention goers and those visiting/traveling along the major interstate(I-80), that sits directly alongside the Brookside Marketplace. I honestly think this mall would at least have better esthetics if it were at least and outdoor themed shopping center. I visit Kohl’s, I shop SuperTarget, I purchase from Best Buy. I live behind the center, so it’s an easy cruise up the street from me. I’m a Tinley Park resident. I’ll stop by Jersey Mike’s and buy a sandwich and maybe run over to The Saucy Crab for a bite to eat. Issue is, I’ll make one run to Brookside Marketplace and out. There’s nothing there that keeps me there: nothing exciting or appealing to the shopper who wants to spend money that draws my attention to want to spend much money. The Brookside Marketplace is simply BORING and yet convenient enough for quick purchases or a cheap meal and you’re out of there. I hope the developers read my review and consider making the Marketplace an experience. It’s your same ole generic shopping center.

Grown up music( no mumble rap) without the immature crowds. Not a public joint but if yours cool.. the owner would allow you in, but only if your state legal to attend a bar.

The employees are borderline chic filet friendly here... not used to seeing that at panera. You will be treated well by everyone who serves you here.

Went to Target Optical. Great selection and good customer service. Leia the manager is helpful. Ask for her because she's the only optical rep that gets my measurements right. Plus my optician gave me a tip to always ask for the manager when fitting glasses because they typically are the person trained and experienced to do it right the first time.

Dear ULTA, please restock your shelves for Men's fragrances. If you have to lock up the samples to reduce theft then do so. But it's disappointing to go in for a fragrance posted on the app, just to find it's not in stock or it hasn't even been put out for marketing/sale. The employees are nice but the experience is reduced by the empty shelves.

It was good. Found some good deals at target. About twenty dollars and under. Backpacks , nailpolish sets. Jewelry sets reduce 5 bucks. And of course gift cards. Buy one and get 20 percent of second one on nail, face and bath. Finished all my Christmas shopping. .🎄😊

Went to Kohl's and the people at Sephora are inadequate salespeople for a institution that wants to be respected in the self care brand community... I was there for a mother's day gift and never over backwards trying to help these people make a sale and ultimately had to figure it out myself... Shrug 🤷‍♂️ gift was a win though

Brookside is a large mall comprised of numerous and diverse shops/businesses. It would be difficult to share an experience unless a specific business was mentioned.

It's a nice shopping center; very well developed (exception being the Kohl's side, those roadways are convoluted at best. Traffic management has improved over the years. Avoid the western Target entrance area if you aren't explicitly going to Target. It's also wise to skirt the median-split area between Subway and Panera unless you are going to one of those shops. If it's busy, such as lunch time, good luck. The Panera drive thru crosscuts the split one way roads! People who don't care ignore the 'No Right Turn' sign all the time and cause a nasty blockage.Youll understand when you see the signage (but hopefully, it won't be busy...) Besides the few quirks of traffic management, this is a one stop shop (...ing center?). Just about every major store category is there, everything is fairly close together making it so, so much easier and faster to get things done than, say, Orland shopping center(s) where you need to drive across a few square kilometers occasionally. Everything is within the same domain. Most of the food available is franchise fast food (Arby's, Taco Bell, Subway, Panera) but there are a few sit-down places (TGIF, the weirdo seafood place, and there's some other place I've never tried, it's mostly expensive and not really a get-what-you-pay situation with some of those places.

  • 5/5 Ali R. 10 months ago on Google
The stores here are mainly focused on specific niches like consumer electronics, make up, golf, etc. This is the only place marketplace I found a liquidation store.

I actually live closer to Orland mall than here, but I choose going to this mall every time. There's virtually no traffic to get here, and the stores are bigger. It's very a nice shopping center, can get crowded like what you would expect at a but manageable unlike the chaos over in Orland. When I have to do any mall related shopping, this is the place to go. A lot of nice restaurants around the area as well.

The woman at the drive through made me the best coffe I have had from Panera. She let me know If I order Hazelnut Iced coffee they dont have that so they actually pour the hot coffee over ice. (Not as good in my opinion). Veru informative.

This Panera did not have everything to offer in the morning's breakfast offerings. The staff did not tell me they did not have what I wanted and I had to find out when I was going through my order at home.

Met friends at Panera bread to catch up. Very busy and kept line moving quickly. Food was good but prices high. 6.59 for 1/2 sandwich and 5.50 for very small bowl of broccoli Mac and cheese. Kinda ridiculous to me. Very nice atmosphere and layout. Unfortunately couple at next table didn't know how to use inside voices. Prices too high ($12 something forhalf sandwich and barely medium bowl of broccoli Mac and cheese) to be regular stop for me but to each their own.

I had placed a curbside order for a cup of coffee and hit the button in the app that says, "I'm here" I sat out front for 10 min in clear view in the curbside parking. I had to call the store and ask that my coffee is bought to me. The manager came out an apologize and claimed that they did not get a notification. I told her it does not matter, I was sitting in curbside parking so someone should have come out. This happened twice. The second excuse was they were busy. Panera Bread, if you cannot handle curbside then discontinue it.

The French onion soup was the worst French onion soup I've ever had. I think they maybe tried to salvage burned soup but it didn't go well. The half sandwich I had was good but I wish they had more meat.
