I think Burlington beats Ross in quality, variety and space, but pricing is competitive; customer service is Kool also.

The best Burlington I have ever been to. Cashier Madalyn and the Manager so nice and helpful.

It has many stores. It's a strip mall. You can go shopping for pretty much everything and there are restaurants in the area for the whole family

There are a combination of stores and restaurants. There is a fitness center CFX as well. There is always plenty of parking available. The location is convenient.

Friendly atmosphere nice shopping stores seems ok. For nice outing out the house.but seem like they trying to bring town back. Use to be beautiful place.we the people of the United States need to bring back the good days for our next generation. We all need to love peace happiness. Love our children's. Kiss hug them like you do your pets.ok love your children. That pet just animal no soul.

This store the last few times, I came in there were messy. Not a very good variety in the store. Prices are good. Found a nice pair of shoes and got to the register and discovered they were broken. Need more wider sizes when it comes to your shoes. All women do not have narrow feet. Me personally, I am a 10 Wide or an 11. Smaller than the other Burlington's, I have visited. Hopefully you'll have a better selection next year. And if you see something is damaged to please take it off the floor.

Very unorganized. Clothes are all over the floor, shoes are all over the floor. Can't even get a cart down the aisle. I understand most of it is from the customers but they should really hire a few people just to clean and organize. (If they do have these people that clean then they do a terrible job). They do have a great selection, quality and prices on all their items though I do appreciate that. I always find something really nice for the value even their clearance items are unbeatable.

Wonderful service at this location. Terry was amazing at this T-Mobile store. She could see our jump program in her system, upgraded us quickly and even gave us return boxes to send in our old phones back to T-Mobile when we are ready. I'd highly recommend the service at this store located at 16205 South Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park Illinois.

It's a little hard to shop there, because their store is a little cluttered and it's hard to get someone to help you there. We finally found a stock young man that was able to assist us. But, he brought back the wrong product. He place it on the counter and before we could see exactly what it was the young lady rung it up. We got out to the car and saw that's not what we asked for. We just put on the back seat and laughed. We just said we will give it to Goodwill. Surely it can benefit some shopper there.

We love this place. It’s the only mall near Chicago that accept our fur babies. Overall my 1year dogs loves coming and interacting with other pups. Let me tell you that it doesn’t stink nor would you see poop. All who come are very respectful and pick up after the first babies.

Tjmaxx is like womens heaven. What's not to love. The lines were long but other than that it was beautiful.

old school mid sized shopping center with a great assortment of big box, brand name, specialty stores and restaurants. close to home with most everything I'm looking for. also nice to get into real stores, not just pages of search results. I love the smell of brick and mortar in the morning.

Surprising number of stores in a small area so you can get a lot done with little fuel.

I visited the GNC in this plaza and it was amazing. I would give it five stars. I did not really explore the rest of the plaza but it looked nice and clean which is awesome.

Tj max..... what can i say... if you need a cheap outfit, give them a shot. I used to live this place in high-school and college but as i get older either the stores changed or my standards. I just feel everything there is mixed with everything and you can't locate anything. It's just a matter of luck finding something.

Prices are too high if you don't know what you are buying you'll get scammed! Also the merchandise is not arranged and you'll need to spend more time trying to find what you want

Not the selection they use to have. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I've found this to be the case at all the Burlingtons I've visited lately.

I don't know when the last time I was so disappointed in my shopping experience. Perhaps I'm this was my fault and that I continue to think of Burlington as the "Coat Factory" when in fact it is no longer. I gave up on looking for a coat and decided to buy a few gym shoes. Both the men's and women's shoes are so mixed and messy....it took me hours to find 2 pair. In the bright side, if you enjoy shopping at Marshall's and TJMax type stores and if you are looking for affordable housewares, home accessories, kitchenware, children's/ men's/women's clothing, luggage and handbags, toiletries, gifts or nicnacks...this is the store for you! Just don't try and find a huge selection of coats😁

I was looking for an every day purse in the color black I selected a nice one also purchased some women undergarment and bra set but they were sm.. gave it away was NOT true to size.

I love the new place and the set-up but they don't have much for more curvey plus sized women.

It's all hype. Only 4 cookie choices each week. Staff does not know when cookie flavors change & very nonchalant.

Pretty new stuff. Very busy. Worth it if you need something.

Saw maybe security or maintenance tooting around in a golf cart. That is always a plus. The location is nice...the emptiness is not ensuring, so hopefully, the management is on task.

All Around Bad Experience... I've Never Had To Pay Out For An Brand New Exchange. I Spend To Much Money At B&BW For This Foolery. I Called Customer Service & They Said It Must've Been An Error. I Tried To Try A New Location, But This Experience Was Unwarranted.

This place is always dirty and very messed up. I don't think anyone cares how it looks.

They never have enough cashiers. Always have to wait way toooooo long in line to check out.

I stopped in at the UPS store to return something and when I saw the line, socially distant but still out the door I thought I'd be there forever...instead I was in and out in 5 minutes because I had preprinted the return label!
