Decent mall. Free parking in back, clean and walkable shops, no major complaints

This is an awesome little shopping center. It has a lot to offer. Notably, Whole Foods and Marshall’s. Parking isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. There is metered parking in front and there are several floors worth of garage parking. Most vendors are willing to validate. It is never really crowded either which makes for a better shopping experience. I also have never been here and the facility looks or smells dirty.

The parking garage ticket system is dumb and wasteful with the paper slips... They need to upgrade to just license plate reading. The inside is generally clean and nice but some of the elevator store signs are outdated.

Do not park in the paid parking lot unless you're watching the clock. Even with validation, your time is very limited. You're better off parking on the street and adding time with the parking meter app. DSW is gone, and it looks like Whole Foods is barely hanging on. At least Whole Foods and Petsmart have free parking on the south end of the property.

Paid parking outside, if you're lucky. Free parking in the back is best. Stores are clean and not too overcrowded. They need more stores to get a solid 5 star.

There's a whole lot of stuff there. I usually go there for whole foods and PetSmart. Nope. PetSmart is at the bottom of whole foods so you have to go downstairs and another set of stairs to get there. There is a parking lot so it's still accessible for people that are like in wheelchairs. But everyone there is really, really nice and helpful. So don't be afraid to ask

Part of discounter's row in the South Loop along with some upscale food offerings, this place is just ok. Garage is tight and awkwardly designed and street parking is difficult. You can go to any other strip mall around town and find it easier to navigate without the hassle

I just like the view really oh and whole foods is great for natural healthy food. I stick to the fruits and veggies myself.

Parking is really confusing as you need to pay on one end but you don't on the other and yet it's the same shopping structure. They validate on the paid end but it seems overly and unnecessarily complex.

The mall is in good condition, and have so much things to do there. LA-Finesse gym is a great place to do workout chores during exercising.

Enjoyable shopping experience. Plenty of parking in the morning. Well stocked store. Plenty of clerks for assistance.

It is one my favorite place, because it's in the building my doctor office is at. I love that Marshall is in the building &DSW shoes. How convenient &other store.

My #2 Whole Foods to shop at. It's like a Super Store for what we hope to he high quality products for high arse prices! I went in for the Curry Chicken Salad and they didn't have it. I was patient then got miffed the somewhat cantankerous older lady kept ordering two slices of varied meats from the deli. What really was getting my goat was the deli worker was just as slow as she was and he had to be younger than 30! Go figure!

Kinda disappointed that the Starbucks isn’t in the area anymore. Food options or few but a decent selection. Also for clothes work related or even just casual wear it’s good for. Whole Foods will always sit at B+! The staff always seem levelheaded and helpful.

I enjoy visiting this location for personal reasons, and occasional shopping. The Christmas decorations are Amazing!!!

Bldg is huge, parking is far, just not cane or walking friendly nor recommended. Luckily, MARSHALL'S was ground flr. Furthest north store and pay park around corner. Enjoyed my shopping trip. Great prices!

The area has almost everything. All shopping needs are probably within walking distance. I don't mean walking over two blocks for your next shopping needs. They're most likely on the same block.

Nice area good places . Parking should be granted for at least 2.5 hours.

Wonderful mall here, you can banking here with a Starbucks coffee have a lunch here and grocery here do some exercise at LA Fitness all with a parking free situation! Such a nice place to go!

Amazing place has everything you need restaurant,gym, wholefoods and out side too.

It's ok. I don't like that you have to go outside to get to some of the stores.

Good collections of store to do shopping just west across the river. Plenty of quick food options nearby.

Pets market beautiful customer service they did have what I wanted for the price I just did not get it thought I can get it closer to home but I couldn't.

I used the Petsmart parking because my pet was getting groomed. Had 2 hours to spare. Almost had to pay for parking cause I was shopping nearby. Parking meters are outrageous.

I intended to go out to shop earlier today to buy some beautiful ensembles for my little girl's birthday. I had no clue about that the shopping center I visited was fairly stunning.

Nice selection of stores ro walk around, especially in the winter. Worth a look!

There's a good amount of stores I like shopping in, plus it's never an over crowd 0f people there.

I liked the parking on each level that was clearly marked for the different stores.

My daughter and I had been looking for a dress for a few weeks before we came across this boutique. What an incredible experience! The sales associate was simply the finest! She took the time to show us the perfect dresses for my daughter's shape and personality. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

I liked the place but they didn't have everything I was looking for. For example I was there for jello and apple sauce and they had the apple sauce but not the jello.

Great shopping corner with different retailers on site. Panera Bread, Whole Foods, Petsmart, Marshall's, DSW Shoe Store, University Of Chicago Doctor's just to name a few.

Only visited Whole Foods to make a drop off at the Amazon Return area. No issues with the store or the drop off service. Amazon employee could better appreciate customers whom she serves. The covered lower level parking at Whole Foods is too dark.

Went to Panera Bread. Wonderful restaurant. Friendly staff. Good prices. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. More comfortable than Starbucks furniture. Very nice.

I have been shopping at this Whole Foods location for many years, and recently I have not been pleased with customer service. The sales representative are not patient and they are not as approachable. This stores customer service is going down. I will not be shopping at this location much longer.

Convenient parking and very large shoe collection. You must enter from parking ramp, you cannot pass through Whole Foods, it's still blocked off.

100% recommended in spacious, quiet and especially family-friendly places, it has many things, gym stores, among other things, I definitely recommend them

I love this area. My second time actually visiting the Mall. I shopped in DSW shoes. I will definitely be back to shop around.

Parking is not for the faint of heart. Every retailer has a separate parking lot. Good shopping, better grocer, other amenities, etc

Well kept plaza….. Usually go to work at at LA Fitness and then grab some groceries from Whole Food….. Nice little mini mall.

Nice place to visit after Alcatraz tour, tons of stores but a little overpriced. You have nice restaurants, souvenir stores and even jewelry.

Another GREAT venue in Chicago...I travel an hour just to workout at the La Fitness located in the shopping center...!

Put on your walking shoes if visiting the spacious, well stocked Whole Foods store there. I also went shopping at Marshall's for bath towels. It was the early part of the day on a Tues and I was surprised to find the towel selection sparse. Could be that they hadn't restocked from the weekend. I was accustomed to seeing more choices. Overall Southgate is convenient for shopping variety with DSW, Marshall's, Whole Foods, Michels, Starbucks and Panera (love that Broccoli Cheddar soup)

Whole Food Standards are Always Exceptional at this location. Everything Excellent about Whole Food is at this store.

Very nice experience. Christmas items in abundance. Great pkace to eat grocery shop and Christmas shop. If you have pets they have at pet store as well. Take a friend always better with a friend.

Regular stop for Petsmart for me. Good to have option of Whole foods, Marshall's and DSW when I want to shop more.

I hate that you have to pay for parking after a certain time. Spending my money in the stores should be enough... The shops are nice and well kept.

Great deals in all the stores good food Manny's noodles and company white palace grill
