Took mom shopping for a coat to give to young teen in need. At Burlington we found a snuggly water repellant coat along with hat/gloves to help keep her warm this winter. Win win - we hope she likes them!!! I must give a shout out to all the Cashiers, Associates & Security staff who were working very hard to keep everything moving, nice/neat and orderly for all the customers - they all definitely earn their pay. I'll come back again soon simply based on their work ethic alone. I appreciate them, thank you!

I'm here at least twice a week. I always find what I need. However, the parking lot needs work...a lot of work. Secondly, this plaza has been looted during the riots of 2020. Beefing up security during tough times is a suggestion. We don't want to lose any of these important businesses here.

Had a new car stolen from here about 20 years ago and haven't been back. It looks like the mall has improved. Very busy this Christmas. I ordered a specialty product that was only available for pick up at a store in this mall, so I made the trek.

Love to shop here. I know the mall has a bad reputation, but the variety of stores are great.

This mall is a nice size, not too big, not to small. Even thought therefore many people there from the looks of the parking lot, there was still much room. They have many sores and a nice food court.

Lots of fine stores in this location. Plenty of parking. Plenty of places to snack or dine.

I go here a lot since it's close. The traffic management could use some work but the place is clean and the shops are good.

I like shopping at 5 Below. They have a 20oz diet Cherry Dr Pepper. I get 2 and also a couple of Reese's Big cups. I'm a happy camper.

Went to J C Penny for items for my husband. I hadn't been to a brick and mortar store in a while. I knew I would find what I was looking for and I did.😍 I miss that!😢 They need workers in these stores. The few that are there are over worked. We need love and patience. We need physical shopping. Online is ok, but I like to see and feel my merchandise. I also like being physical. It's sad how shopping has changed so much. It's become so lazy and unsafe.😐

I wouldn't waste your time at this mall, no good stores left really. Plus they have had numerous shooting and some very serious things happen in the mall and on its property. Do yourself a favor and go to Oak Brook, York Town, Woodfield, they are worth the drive. I would stay away from this place. FYI the Arcade place in the mall is a Zoo.

Still a good strip mall to get some shopping done with Best Buy, Sketches Outlet, Kohls, and others.

Been going here for years. Stopped at the Panda and Burlington Coat Factory. Not sure why Google tagged me in the general vicinity and not the two exact locations.

I haven't visited there for several years. I don't even know what Stores are still open there.

Amazing service and quality shoes. We were buying sandals for the kid and size was not available in the store. Very nice consultant checked for is all the places with available needed size. Absolutely recommend the store.

Great service, close to where I live, I don't have to travel far anymore. I love their shoes.

Standard mall layout. Got plenty of seating and amenities. Bathrooms are alright, wished they got cleaned more frequently. There’s a bunch of cool stores and stuff to check out. I recommend going to round one and having fun. Though there are many people to solicit you so careful where you rest.

They lost their anchor stores, Sears, Nordstrom, JC Penney and Carson Pierre Scott. We could use this space for a hospital. Go so it before it closes. Police training? Bowling Alley?

Convenient parking. Great variety of stores. Able to return some Amazon items in Kohls and walk over to pick up cat did without moving my car. Even able to recycle batteries and electronics at Best Buy all in one trip!

Need better ways for people with disabilities to get to the basement area. There's alot of walking required to get to certain areas. Elevators are needed for every area for convenience of those who have issues walking or who maybe wheelchair bound

Hey I found what I needed. Malls are peaceful to walk around.

I visited Yia Yia's restaurant. They have the best lemon rice soup, and the food is good. Our favorite waitress Angie is the best and her service is impeccable.

I like this mall the movie theater is nice I go mostly because is cheap on weekdays and is clean not to busy stores are the same as others malls

I went to Burlington and picked me out some very comfortable and nicely priced undergarments to wear under my dresses.

It is a really good idea to go make purchases there .

Many shoe stores, quite empty for a large mall, but overall had a nice movie time.

Went to Chilli's. Very good service & waitress was EXCELLENT, green hair and all. Food was very good for the price..to early for a drink..maybe next time. Brittney ( a manager?) I beleve she said.. was very tentative to our needs as well..keep up the good work ladies..

Not the best place to shop nowadays area really has gone down over the years looks & is unsafe in this area they have completely turned north riverside mall into a low budget mall too bad too used to be a nice mall

My son and niece both found clothes and shoes they liked in the crowded yet comfortable store. Just seeing my kids happy makes me happy. As a parent, being able to spend time with family is fulfilling. Always tell your family "I love you" and give them a hug, no matter how you choose to spend your days, weekends, etc.

YIKES! 1 store has a family in front selling candy for profit. Next store has a grown man oretending hes homeless asking for spare change. I eat at famous Daves and i have a obese fella asking for money hiding behind pillar in famous daves lot. Sadly it looks like RIVERSIDE doesnt want to offend vagrants and in turn have made the plaza unsafe for women and young children. ALL VAGRAGRANTS can be moved off the property because the mall is private property and security should be used. Sadly i must drive to UORK TOWN or OAK BROOK MALLs to fell safe with my children....👮‍♂️👮‍♂️👮‍♂️👮‍♂️

This is the worst and most ghettoest (if that's even a word) mall i've ever been to. I used to go here in my childhood and there were never any problems. Now you're dealing with thefts and shootings.

Getting better they have amazingly new stores as well as a great selection of eats good kid friendly place to shop inside the mall and surprisingly outside as well.

Just lots of good stores in this area. I visited the Burlington there and it has good options for big and tall men. There's also lots of restaurants.

I only go before noon...and only when necessary...it started to become a urban hangout?! Who wants to shop with security and North Riverside police just hanging out waiting for something to happen, haven't been in 3 yrs.I go

Went to best buy. Horrible customer service. Doing a return is next to impossible. Had to get a manager to prove package wasnt opened. Girl working returns says any product that has a box that was opened cannot be returned because they cant re-sell item. I bought a GPS as a gift which was unopened she refused to return with a receipt. I had to get a manager to explain to her that it wasn't opened and returnable. She was mad and walked away until I got refund. I never raises my voice or argued. She acted like a spoiled brat who didn't get her way. I spent $4000 there for Christmas. Not worth high prices and long lines for bad service and hassles on returns Never going back to Best Buy.

This place gets more worse each time I go, not to mention more expensive. It's not as bad as brickyard mall, but is getting there. The movie theater is worth it but now I try to avoid the rest of the mall.

Went to T-Mobile to purchase cell phone for mother-in-law. Anything one needs can find and buy at this mall

Middle of day during the week. Seemed clean and kinda quiet. No crowded at all. Lights could be brighter.
