    I’m not one to leave reviews but if I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been going to this chipotle for 5+ years and never had any problems but today I ordered 3 three bowls and a kids cheese quesadilla and all of the cheese on the bowls was moldy. Absolutely disgusting. And it took over 10 minutes to get into contact with the store. Very disappointed and hope they fix this issue.

    Please don’t visit this Chipotle, I found a fly in my food and had to discard my bowl. My food was delivered for lunch to work and unfortunately it came from this location. I reported this through Pepper on the Chipotle app. I still haven’t been contacted by Chipotle for this poor experience. I always get my food from the Chipotle near Burbank which is better, but unfortunately my food came from this location.

    I’ll start with, I’ve never had a bad experience at chipotle before out of the like 100 locations I’ve been to. I sat in a long line twice and I waited 30min at least for a new garlic steak bowl and she shorted me on the steak I waited 30min for completely. The guy behind ordered the same and got like double the amount and no he didn’t order double. Couldn’t have had a worse experience especially coming right after work to finally eat something and spending like $15 for alittle steak in a salad. Not to mention their rewards didn’t even work so I got no points for the waste of time even. Don’t waste your time at this spot.

    Every time I come in they are out of something. It’s rice one day, meat another, sour cream next, and today they literally put me out because they were behind on their online orders. Maybe 4 customers in line and they rudely yelled that I had to leave because they were “swamped”. I live in the neighborhood and this is the close Chipotle. I shouldn’t have to drive 10-15 minutes to another one just to get better service. If this was a one time occurrence I wouldn’t complain but this is literally every time I go. Even if they were “swamped” they allowed us to wait in line for 5-10 minutes then yelled for us to leave in front of everybody. That was embarrassing. I don’t know if it’s short staffed or just bad management but it’s getting out of hand.

    nastiest attitude from a young girl working there named flora. i asked for more guac and was just stared at stating we cant do that. every time i asked for something to be put on my bowl she would exhale loudly and made it purposely heard. I will never go back to this location and will be complaining to corporate

    The short manager lady was rude the second I walked in the door. yelling that they’re only taking card and not serving tacos. As if they wanted me to leave. The staff seemed miserable and did not want to be there. After I paid and starting walking out they were talking amongst themselves saying how I was the rude one. When I said no more than 10 words to them. I would highly recommend going to a different location.

    I went to Chipotle today because I had a free Guacamole reward that was good until today. First it felt like I was interrupting someone because they were having a conversation. I order and went to pay and showed my code and the gentleman told me the scanner is not working. I said okay, there is a code, can you enter it. He said I don't have a way to enter the code and the scanner is not working so if you want you can go to another Chipotle. I was working til 10pm so I had a few minutes to get my dinner so I paid for my bowl and what was supposed to be my free guacamole and went home because I was pressed for time. I want to say that his attitude was uncalled for. Who tells a paying customer to go to another location if you want? You sent me the offer? I find it hard to believe that you could not honor my promotion. I honestly will avoid this location at all costs. Why offer me free guac if you're going to charge me for it and then have an attitude with me because I politely asked if you can enter the code manually because there is a numerical code. I'm not coming to this location again.

    This establishment is definitely going downhill with the poor management and poor choice of employees working here running the place. They always have an attitude, the place is dirty and messy. Doordash orders are always wrong you have to come in for them to actually put everything you ask for or they are constantly out of ingredients. I've found chunks of hard avocado in my bowls with skin peel on it. It's ridiculous. And I can see I'm not the only one noticing this location is poorly ran. 0 stars is even too good.

    Walked in and was told immediately that they were only taking online orders and then stared at. Went outside to get phone and ordered online. I paid for double meat but there was hardly any in the bowl. The small amount of meat in bowl was charred and fatty. Bowl was 95 % rice despite asking for extra corn and extra ingredients. Extra sour cream was like a teaspoon. Not one clean table in the place to sit at. Half of the fountain drinks were out of order, no ice. The other drink station was empty. Garbage was stacked to top and over flowing. Too much money for so many disappointments.

    Food is good, can’t complain about it. But, I order a burrito bowl through online order and half the bowl was empty. Ordered extra steak with it and got the normal portion. Also ordered chips with guacamole but half the bag of chips was empty. Would not recommend this location.

    Dude what happened to this place. I haven't been here in probably about 7 years went in and got food, right away the food preparer seemed like she hates her job and that it was such a problem to serve me. Not only that could barely understand what she was asking or saying because she was mumbling. the guacamole wasn't even guacamole , it was a big piece of avocado, hard, not even ripe slapped on top of the burrito bowl. The place looked like a disaster, not clean. Only good thing about his place was the bubbly friendly cashier. If she became manager maybe this place can have some hope until then I will not be coming back to this location

    I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel like I should leave one now. Too bad it doesn’t allow me to leave 0 stars. I ordered a bowl at 12:15pm and went to pick up my order. I picked up my order and when I opened the bowl there was nothing but rice a few pieces of chicken and very few pieces of veggies. I called the chipotle store and one of the girls told me I can come back and they would be able to remake my bowl. When I went back the “manager” was really rude and said she would not make the bowl again. I even told her that her employee had told me I could come back and they would remake the bowl for me. The manager still said now and I asked her if shes calling her employee a liar and she said apparently I have a lying employee. This manager said her name was Kennedy and she was just so rude and spoke to me really rudely. I will for sure not be back at this location. It so sad that she couldn’t just remake the bowl for me when I told her that she didn’t give me any chicken. You guys should do a performance review on your “managers” because this is not the first time something like this happens to me or my coworkers at this store.

    The girl at the counter was very ignorant and trying to rush us through ordering our food, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. We asked for light sour cream and light guacamole and she did not listen and scooped a huge spoon of both on the burrito bowl. She told the girl at the register our order before we even finished selecting our toppings, so she was asking us to pay before we even finished ordering our food. Did not ask if we wanted chips or drinks. And to top it off our rice was cold as was our meat.We definitely will NOT be going to this location again.

    We usually order in-store and the food is fresh and delicious, but today we ordered online pickup and the food was horrible. Nothing was fresh and it had a bad taste, boarder line spoiled/unusual sour taste. I’m surprised because this location is usually on point. I wonder if the food inspector’s would pass today’s service. Do better Chipotle!

    Girl making my food gave me an attitude.. I don't need sass when I'm spending my hard earned money!! For no reason... I won't come back.. I'll take my money elsewhere. If you don't like your job. Go somewhere else. Don't be sarcastic or ugly with people!

    If I could they would get 0 ....unbelievable, the worst experience ever. . My catering fed only 11 people and I order food for 25 people , tortillas were completely frozen , the guacamole was black and everyone refused to touch it . I was so embarrassed in front of my family and friends i will never order catering again from chipotle . I had to order last minut pizza becouse i did not having enough food .. Never again .     This place is amazing like the service. It was way too quick and it was just fabulous. I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and the amount 😘Yeah it was just a perfect amount and when I told more beans she added to make sure beans like not extra just a bit more she added to it and I’m just so grateful I’m just coming over here not at the other one location.

    What was supposed to be something I was looking forward to turned into a regret. We walk into the store and the greeting was we're out of Black beans and you have to use your card or have exact change. Ok, I proceed to order my burrito bowl. I ask for steak and didn't get a half a serving(the spoon wasn't half full). I asked for fajita vegetables and she said that more had to be made but she didn't give me what was still in the pan. At this point I really don't even want this food, so I don't get the gauc or queso like I usually do. At least the cashier was pleasant! I know that I could've asked for extra meat but I feel like if I asked for extra meat I would've gotten the amount I should've been given in the first place. I won't waste my time coming to this location again.

    ***Thank you for the immediate refund!*** Came here on shift; place was open less than 30mins && everything was ice cold, rice was hard, got half a chicken portion. I knew I should’ve walked out by the way Aliyah was making my bowl, but I proceeded to donate $10.58. I work on ambulances. I need my proper fuel to serve patients! I’m calling corporate over how disgusting this bowl was. I want a refund. && if necessary, I can also return the uneaten bowl to any chipotle when I get off work.

    Last time I just let things slide, absolute waste of money and time to eat here. Just go to your market and get flour tortillas, lettuce and sour cream. Because apparently that's all they put on burritos. *Edit* Was given a free entree to make up for the bad experience and went back to an even worse one, it's dirty, they can't wrap a burrito and the place is an absolute mess.

    This was my first and last time visiting this location… the man taking my order had to have been having a bad day and brought the wrong energy to work. I ended up leaving without the food or words it was just a NO, because in what world did he think I would my money I work for to pay for that food and service 👎🏽 Went to the chipotle around the way and my food and service was GOOD 😌 this is what I pay for

    Second time we went here. They close at 10 it’s 7:30. No onions and pepper (fajitas), no lettuce, no corn, no queso. By the time my turn came up I said there no thank you. They had all the chairs pulled out and the tables dirty. My husband ask the cashier why everything was gone and why wouldn’t you let us know ahead of time. He said sorry my boy. He had to be 16. Super disrespectful. They look like they don’t want to work and know one is in charge. What a sad change of how chipotle use to be. What a joke.

    They always have a nasty attitude whenever you come in to order. Even the manager is rude and nasty. My mom and I went in to order and a young lady was preparing our food with the worst customer service. Throwing our food around getting upset when we asked for extras.. I drew the line when she ignored my mother. We left and went to rosatis next door. And they always mess up my online orders too. Y’all need to clean house if you ask me.

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Long story short, ordered food, came home, two bites in and I found a long hair in my bowl. Drove 3 blocks to get another bowl. I wasn’t even upset at that point because I get it things happen. But the staff told me there was no one there with long hair and started with an attitude. So I ended up requesting a refund. Sad thing is, we’ve been coming here for over 5 years. I will never go back and will tell all my friends and family who live in the area to never go back to that location.
