We have always like Hunan Inn but tonight we ordered food to be delivered. They told me it would be an hour but it came 1 hour and 45 mins later. Of course the food was cold. When I called to complain I was laughed at and she had no idea why it was cold, then offered 2 free egg rolls . If they were too busy I wish they just didn’t accept the order I will think twice before ordering again !

My friend and I were the only customers in there. They had a few carryout orders. Service was great however the food could have used a little more flavor. The restroom needed a good cleaning.

The fried rice is really good, they’re consistent with their flavors, tried many stuff for takeout and was on time and hot

Quick carry out order, recommended to us and it was well worth it. The mango fruit smoothie was delicious! The tapioca could have been better.

First time ordering for delivery. The person on the phone was more than helpful, the food arrived 10 minutes AHEAD of promised time. Driver a very pleasant young man ( who needs Grub Hub). Most importantly, the food was fabulous! Hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. I recommend SiuMai dumplings, and Taiwan Shining Noodles. Great to have this quality when you're home bound, thank you ALL!!!

Just ordered take out and it was not very good. I ordered Mongolian beef for my son and I know this dish to be spicy. No spice at all, very bland, a ton of onions and minimal green onions and very greasy. I ordered another similar dish and it tasted just the same as the Mongolian beef. Very bland and greasy. I put soy sauce on my food which I almost never do just to give it some taste. I ordered teriyaki beef sticks that my daughter didn’t finish because she said they “tasted weird”. They looked under cooked and they were cold. I’ve eaten here about 8 years ago and didn’t like it then and the only reason why I went in tonight was because the tasty Thai place next door was closed. I’ll never eat here again and I was told they had no chicken this night, just beef. I found that odd. Friendly staff otherwise. But, I won’t be a return customer unfortunately...

Service was good but the food was bland compared to the same dishes at other Chinese restaurants.

I spent $87. Part of my order was 10 egg rolls. The filling of the egg rolls was spoiled. I just tried the won ton soup. I believe it’s the cabbage that’s spoiled because that had the same spoiled smell. That was horrible as well. I ordered beef pepper steak with extra beef. It’s came in the same container as a small beef egg foo young(bland no taste) and same container as small kung pao shrimp( 6 mini shrimp). Not a good experience. Not recommended!!!

Great food. I always order from them for my kids birthday party. The food is on time and very hot.

I ordered the sesame chicken and the variety appetizer for $10 was not worth it at all. Both dishes were ice cold when they delivered it to me. Food was brand with no flavor at all. My bill was $28 not worth it at all very disappointed.

Unfortunately, this is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had (and I’ve had some not good Chinese food area here). The won ton soup was horrible. The won ton wrappers were so thick and the meat was about the size of a thumbnail. They were practically inedible. There were no vegetables only some chopped iceberg lettuce floating on top. I’ve never seen anything like that before. The sweet and sour chicken was just okay. The breaded chicken was in strips, almost looked like shrimp. Tasted like oil. I will not be eating here again.

This is my go-to place for Chinese take out! It's not THE closest to my house, but I keep coming back. I've tried many other places in the area, but they don't compare in my opinion. We typically get fried rice, lo mein, sweet n sour chicken, egg rolls... Basically everything we've tried has been good. They prices and portions are good, and delivery is usually fast. Try this place!

Food wasn't as good as usual and the atmosphere was not friendly. Usually it's fine.

The egg soup wasn’t good at all. Sometimes it’s good, some other times is bad without consistency, almost like water.

Have been coming here for many many years and loved their food as Song (owner/cook) never missed a beat but last night ordered a delivery and I'm sure it wasn't Song who made this food it just wasn't the same Hunan Inn we're so fond of

Being new in the neighborhood, I always looking for a new Chinese place to order from. I was very disappointed in what I ordered. The orange chicken flavorless, the beef fried rice oily. Would not recommend
