The restaurant was unable to fulfill my order because some of the items I wanted were unavailable, including the cheese cake and the stuffed stepper peppers. They however did call and substitutions were made. I was not impressed with the flavor or textures of the Crab Cakes or Mediterranean Rice. That is not to say they weren't good, rather, they were not appealing to me. The Philly Cheese Steak was okay. If I were to order again, I'd go with the more popular items.

Amazing restaurant, best vegan gyro ever! The owner/chef came out a couple times to chat and she was a such a delightful exuberant person! She and the staff even did a little number for us to really welcome us on our first visit, which put the biggest smile on all our faces 🙂 We live in Chicago, where vegan restaurants are becoming more popular, but this one is definitely worth the drive down to the south suburbs!

First time coming here and won’t be the last. Chef Tee made us as excited about eating the food as we were! The BBQ chicken sandwich with coleslaw, mac & cheese and Mediterranean wrap (even without the wrap) were so good! Superior customer service! Wish some of the other things we wanted to try would’ve been on the menu but definitely coming back earlier in the day to try out the other menu items!

First time here & it didn't disappoint. Everything was 🔥. 3 PC chicken & fries, mac & cheese, ginger apple juice which was freshly made, the original Gyro, fried green tomatos & for dessert banana pudding cake! The atmosphere is very cozy. T'ease is very nice & acknowledges you as soon as you enter her establishment. She has a wonderful spirit. We will definitely be back!

If I could give them 0 stars I would first of all the food and the restaurant is WAY overpriced I ordered a $9 Philly cheese steak that was about the size of my pinky, my aunt and cousin ordered a burger and it was absolutely disgusting! It had no flavor, looked and tasted nasty, and the fries... they tasted like fries from the next day that you had to put in the microwave. I do not refer this place to anyone! And I suggest you spend your hard earned money at a GOOD VEGAN RESTAURANT! SUGGESTUON- Original Soul Veggie is absolutely amazing, if you wanted some GOOD vegan food:)

Wow, I’m always a little nervous about trying new places but I am so glad I did. Excellent customer service. They clearly love what they do. My partner and I got the Gyro and I got the Fish Sandwich. We shared the Cauliflower Mals Snack Pak. 10/10 for each of these rated by both of us. The sauces were on point and very flavorful. Nice and appropriately crispy as well. They also gave enough sauce per sandwich. Being a sauce queen I appreciate this. It was ready within 6 mins, still hot and just on time for our arrival. We even got a text msg. The owner/Chef T, Brandon and the sweet friendly gal at the register were very welcoming and have a personal touch. I will be back…worth the drive from Madison, WI. The chicken sandwich and cheese fries are extremely delicious you will not be unsatisfied going to this place. I wouldn't be surprised if everything on the menu is as delicious.

First time here this weekend! We got the Nachos and the double cheese-infused burger and wow was everything so delicious. The staff was so friendly and fun, I can’t wait to come back!

This is my favorite fast food vegan restaurant to go to. The owner Tee is very friendly, the food is cook to order so it can take a little time but worth the wait.

Vegan T'ease is fire 🔥 They got a solid menu with those "Man, I hope they make a vegan version of this" items. I was in-between with the choices I wanted. I ended up getting the Philly cheese steak (comes with fries and they are also tasty) and a small order of BBQ cauliflower wings. Both those items were delicious. Just by trying these two, I know the rest of the menu is gonna smack.

I crave T’s cauliflower. It’s one of my comfort foods! And her apple ginger smoothie is the best! As one of the first local vegan options, Vegan T’s has set the bar high for food as well as friendliness. I love this place!!

First time in this establishment. As I was reading over the menu there seemed to be a slight argument over an order. Think some food went out in the wrong bag but it went on for nearly 5 mins. My order was the Burger and crab cakes. They were out of Crab Cakes initially but she said she would make them for me fresh and I thanked her a lot. For nearly $20 the Burger was really all you needed to get full because it was massive. My only complaint was the Burger was overloaded with mayo which caused the bread to fall apart and that made the Burger hard to eat normal. I had to break pieces off to enjoy. The Crab Cakes with the sauce was excellent.

The fried chicken was great and the mac and cheese was good too. I dont live nearby but would make the trip again.

My daughters and I came here to check it out. We're a vegan family always excited to try new vegan restaurants. This place is fantastic and it gets 5 stars not only for yummy, happy and affordable vegan comfort food, on a personal level it's 5 stars to Tina the owner! She has cultivated an amazing, upbeat staff, but I LOVE seeing her success as an African-American female business owner!! The world needs more shining bright lights like hers. A true inspiration to my daughter who wants to own her own vegan restaurant one day. Absolute recommend, absolutely we'll be back!!❤

I am very disappointed with my first experience at Vegan T’ease. After a long drive to get vegan food, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order. When I went inside to check on my food no one greeted me or even acknowledged me for 5 minutes. Instead, I hear conversations among the staff speaking to each other about clocking out and asking each other if the food they were preparing was the last order of the night. My order was placed at 6:12pm and the hours listed for Vegan T’ease are until 7:00pm. The food I received was room temperature at best, the Philly Cheesesteak and fries were child size portions and I was not provided any sauce for my crab cakes. My recommendation is that it is noted on the website that orders are not taken after a certain time. If there is an issue placing an order after 6:00 pm it should be made known.

I lived in California for 20+ years so Chicken and Waffles is my thang!? Today I tried the Chicken and Red Velvet Waffles at vegan Tease and OMG this dish is phenomenal and the chef is simply a delight. I’m going to be a frequent customer…can’t wait to try er’thang!!

I had to double ask to make sure it is all vegan as the menu has an amazing amount of choices. I got the vegan steak, pepper, and cheese sandwich with cajun fries!!!! Absolutely delicious and the owner is so much fun to talk to. The other 2 staff were super friendly as well. Amazing take out vegan food!!!!

My husband and I ate here for the first time and everything was absolutely delicious. Chef T is very friendly. She makes you feel very welcome. We also had dessert as well which was delicious! I definitely recommend this place and will be returning quite often

Today was my 1st time going to Vegan Tease and It won't be my last. It's a little trip from where I live, but definitely worth it. I had the 3 piece fried chicken plus the crunchy cauliflower -AMAZING. You can't really tell it isn't actually chicken, it's better in my opinion.Lol. The customer service was on point. It was cool to meet the Chef while dining in. Can't wait to try the fried fish and Mac and cheese next time

I can never say enough about just how excited I saw when there were gluten free options!!! Such a good selection to pick from compared to other veggie restaurants I have been to in the city and burbs combined. I had their crab cakes with nacho sauce and Mediterranean rice. I have never been more in love. The wait is worth the care, love, and flavor these amazing people pour into their food. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

Hear me when I say…these are the more FIRE Chi’ken Sandwiches I have ever tasted being vegan. This is the game changer for people wondering if they can get by without chicken…these are it. I would LOVEEEEEE if these were sold as regular chicken strips or wings. Wow. (Did I mention that it’s a big sized burger??)

I had the best experience in awhile. I was googling Vegan Restaurants near me. A few came up but I’m so glad I picked this Vegan Restaurant. The staff was friendly. I told the young lady it was my first time there. The staff gave me a nice warm welcome. Now the food OMG it was amazing, I ordered a Gyro, it was the best I have ever had in my Vegan life. The flavors, texture and top it off with the love that it was made with that completed the Gyro for me. I commend you Chef Tee and staff. I have been telling everyone I know about this place because if you want quality Vegan food at a reasonable price, great service and an amazing experience Vegan Tease is the place to go check out. I'm so happy I found this restaurant! The food was amazing and less processed than some other vegan places nearby. Though the dining area is small, there are many things to experience including plants, free samples of skin care products, and jewelry for sale. The service was wonderful and the woman working (who I believe was the owner) was very kind and accomodating. Since she was the only person working at that time, it was a little slow but its just a reminder that good things take time! Its always worth the wait when the food nourishes both the body and Soul!

Amazing!! The BEsT vegan food I’ve had, honestly. The chicken and pumpkin waffles were to die for, and you get some good size portions-good value. Great variety-something for everyone. Homemade vegan meats-no processed stuff. And great energy in the whole place-the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The owner herself greeted us and the staff sang to all of us new people. I’ll definitely be back

After driving past Vegan T-ease for years I finally stopped in. Had the gyro and plain fries with “cheese” sauce — loved both! Wish I would have tried sooner as I enjoyed this meal much more than my normal Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns. I will be back very soon. Can’t wait to try the Philly cheese steak!

This is the most AUTHENTIC Vegan restaurant I Have ever been to. If you visit Chicago make sure to stop by this restaurant. The owner makes everything by hand even down to cutting and chopping her vegetables. Nothing is processed. I am a huge fan of the Vegan Gyro, The Chicken is the best ever not processed at all it is hand made. (I had to say it again for the ones in the back), and the Chili OMG left me speechless. The cashew cheese that she makes herself is delicious as well. You have to try those amazing smoothies and to just come in for great energy, good homemade food made with love. Your body mind and soul deserves great food and great love and coming here you will get that. Wholeness and Infinite Love To All Humanity!

Food was really good. The fries were well seasoned. The large Philly cheeesteak was very seasoned. The owner is VERY personable and a true delight. I would suggest ordering ahead though and the food is made when you order it. So your food will be hot and fresh. But that apple ginger juice...so good and made fresh.

Great, small, woman owned restaurant in Orland serving delicious and healthy, wholesome vegan meals at reasonable prices. I only wish I could go more often. The tacos and sloppy joe are very tasty. The strawberry mango smoothie I enjoyed with my meal was very fresh as well. Next time I go i'm going to try the banana pudding cake. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Vegan Tease is a must try if you are a vegetarian or vegan.

The customer service is amazing!!! Tee took time to explain the entire menu to me since it was my first time there. Her personality is bubbly and welcoming. She sang to me, she has a really nice voice. I've been trying to find a good vegan restaurant and I've found it. The lemon pepper cauliflower is fried to perfection and so delicious!!! I also tried the Tee's double stuffed burger with the garlic and chives fries. It was sooooo good!! I can't wait to try something else on the menu.

My wife and I visited the orland park area and decided to try this place out. We’ve tried the vegan corporate chains in the area but skipped those and ate here instead. All I have to say is wow I’m glad we ended up here! We ordered the chicken sandwich, Philly cheese steak, and the not Cho cheese nachos and wow I was completely blown away. I don’t know what kind of magic they use in the kitchen but you just HAVE to try the food. Words can’t explain how delicious it was. Will definitely be coming back!!

It was ok. Didn't knock me out of the park. This place has a following. Service is good. Not thrilled with portion size. Greenbeans are spicy which is nice. Everything is made fresh. But in my opinion, it's average.

You know how after you eat something really good and you let out a heavy deep breath and just sit there for a second and think about how amazing something was? Well, we did that. We ordered the Fish sandwich, the fried chicken, the gigantic stuffed burger and the Philly. We came up from STL to go to a nursery and stopped here because one should always support vegan restaurants. We're saving some food for when we get home, but dearie me, this food is delicious.

Had the gyro with fries and a side of mac and cheese. Fantastic!!! The owners are very passionate about what they do. I will be eating here every time I'm in the area.

I've been vegan for three years and have never eaten vegan fried chicken that tasted as good as theirs--I truly cannot say enough good things. The owner celebrates all of her new customers and she'll even remember them when they inevitably return. Also, did I mention all of the food is made in-house??? Amazing.

Loved Vegan T'ease! My friend had recommended it so I stopped in today for the first time. The owner Tee was so friendly and they gave me the "first time" song/cheer. LOVED IT. So friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken sandwich - no one could ever guess it wasn't chicken. I also tried the garlic and chive fries - amazing. Everything is cooked to order - nice and hot when you get it. I'll be back - probably next Thursday for the chicken sandwich special. LOL. ( also love that the are a locally owned business. Love supporting small businesses!

I got the Gyro, MAC &Cheese, BBQ cauliflower..... It was soooooo good. Will definitely go back. Can't wait to try the other things on the menu.

The food was amazing!!! I was leaving work and was hungry so no pics this time. But that chicken was delicious and the gyro was as well. That banana pudding cake and peach cobbler pie so tasty will return soon!!

I would give it 4.5 stars but I'll round up to 5. I got the fish sandwich special. The sandwich was a surprisingly good vegan sandwich. The coating was really crunchy, a TINY bit spicy, and there was the hint of acid from the pickle and creaminess from vegan mayo. Note that I usually hate mayo but it really works with this sandwich. I upgraded to fries (which I would actually probably not order again, they were soggy and needed more salt. I'll try the chips next time). It also came with an oreo smoothie. I think it would have been better with oat or almond milk (I think they used soy) but it was still pretty good, that just isn't my personal favorite plant milk. After ordering in person, they take your phone number and text you when it's ready. They were a little busy and it took around 20 minutes. Overall I really look forward to checking out the other sandwiches and smoothies, and I think that this is an excellent addition to the neighborhood!

Loved my seitan burger. Great shakes and amazing desserts as well. Me and my wide loved this restaurant .

I had their “wings” and the lemon pepper were my favorite. I also had a side of fries and they lacked a bit of salt but once I took a bite of the wing I understood why! The wings have enough seasoning to compensate for the unsalted fries. I was very pleased with my meal.

Great food cooked to order made any way you want it! Hopefully they can expand to somewhere with some outside seating!

Ordered takeout for lunch today & decided to try somewhere new. The food was cold & quite bland, the fries were cold & soggy. I ordered cheese with them, they arrived plain. The gyro was not great but the dogs liked the fries. Also the fee was changed after I ordered 'due to special instructions', none of which were taken into account. Maybe it was just an off day, which happens, but for a first (and last) experience, it's a nope for me :-(

Omg! Omg! Hands down my new favorite vegan spot. I stopped in today for the first time I had no idea what to order the cashier suggested Philly cheese steak and the fried chicken. It was so darn delicious. The taste on both were so good. The flavors on my taste buds wow just wow. I will be back tomorrow to try two more different things on the menu. The staff was really nice also. I can't believe they've been open since last August and I'm barely noticing now.

I ordered twice. Once I picked it up w my friends and actually liked the Saturday’s special - Sloppy Joe. I never really liked it much but probably because a lot of times it is make w jackfruit. This one was meaty and tasty. And then my work let us choose where to order food from and I said Vegan T’ease. I wanted to get special of Thursday. It did not work out to order through Grubhub since they did not have it on menu on there. I called her if you can order special on Grubhub but she we need to call Grubhub since it was not on Grubhub menu. Since my manager was making my order, I decided to just order sandwich, fries and no smoothie. The restaurant called back and said owner wants to add smoothie since it was Grubhub issues. That was lovely. However, I hope you add it to Grubhub menu after this but thanks for being kind 😊

The chicken sandwich is sooo good! I gave three stars though because the fries were too soggy and I wasn’t a fan of the mac n cheese. The crab cakes didn’t taste like actual crab cakes but the sauce was so good for the cakes

Hands down the best cauliflower wings I’ve ever had! I got the buffalo version with fries and their mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was great, too. The vegan chicken from Vegan T'ease is prepared with perfection! The breading is seasoned so well and the seitan is hand made by the owner "Tee" herself. She puts all her heart and soul into her foods. Her Chicken was the main entree for our Thanksgiving dinner. Our 4 teenage boys, grand parents all agreed her chicken will be the star and main entree for all of our major events.
