One star cause I couldn’t give less. I paid $15 for a bowl and half my bowl was empty.. I called and the manager told me it wasn’t full because I didn’t order any toppings. Pretty much telling me I paid for all these toppings that I didn’t ask for. I paid $15 for a $4 meal. Never going back.

Food was alright but the portion size was small for the price we paid. We tried the new Chicken Kebab plate. The entree looked really cool in the picture but when we received it, it was not as good. The chiken was well seasoned but it was not hot or warm it was kinda cold. The flafels were crispy outside but very gooey and kinda rawhish inside. I finished my whole entree cuz i was starving but my wife left more than half and we both agreed it wasn't an excellent experience.

Food was disgusting. Falafel still raw on the inside, they made fresh ones and and they still came out raw. The cabbage salad and tabouli are tasteless. The shawarma was too hard. And the kabobs were gummy. Threw it all out. Never eating here again. Yuck

It's no Pita Inn, but for fast middle eastern on this side of town it's about the best I've found... And their green hot sauce is fantastic!

I loved this place. My daughter is a vegetarian so sometimes I eat that way too. The menu is simple but delicious and still hard to choose from. The pita bread is to die for. It's so light and fluffy and yummy! I will definitely make the trip to go here again

This place is delicious. Pitas were so soft. This was my first try of middle eastern food (I know it's a chain store but I needed to get my feet wet before continuing) and I really liked the spices. Chicken pita bowl delicious.

Always friendly staff, great fresh food, never a long wait time even when busy. The hummus is crazy fresh and tasty, the chicken and the steak have great seasoning you can't go wrong with either. The falafel's are made fresh when ordered nice crunchy outside and soft tasting inside cooked to perfection. Will be back again.

Love me some Naf-naf. Great place to eat mid-eastern food. It is "Chipotle-esque" and that is good. Nice clean building, great service, great food. Wish that there was one in NW Indiana.

This place is definitely one of the most pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. Every time I visit this place I am exceedingly satisfied. They manage their high level service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You can never go wrong with this place. Very recommended.

Food's good here. Good choices for any appetite or dietary requirements. But needs smaller servings for children under say 12. This results in prices that are completely unrealistic for a family of five. Pita or bowls for five. Add couple of fries (real good) and you're at nearly $60. That's nuts.....

First time here ordered the 2 protein plate the chicken shwarma and steak were moist and delicious. I tried the roasted eggplant spread which was lovely . I will return. Thank you.

Always enjoy eating here. I don't know from genuine middle eastern flavors but I know that I like the taste of this restaurant's offerings.

Very tasty food. The staff was very friendly. The one thing that my group wasn't thrilled about were there were very few chairs available as we didn't want to sit on the small stools.

I have been really getting into Middle Eastern food recently and there is a growing number of choices out there now. Naf Naf is always solidly reliable, consistent choice. It is possible to find great, healthy, food that is delivered fast. Their chicken shwarma is super moist, the pitas always fresh, and the portions large. Their falafal is my favorite. Too many other places, their falafalel has a bitter aftertaste. Not so at Naf-Naf. While a bit unconventional, I always enjoy places that offer a cheese topping for their PITAs and bowls. That would raise my rating to a 5.5, if I could.
