Decent restaurant with good service in the Midway Airport area. Ordered some wings and appetizers to go as I'm staying at a nearby hotel. Staff were super friendly food came out very fast. Food was just ok even by bar food standards.

My 1st time in Chicago and my 1st time at Fridays! This was merely right in the parking lot of the hotel! The food was AMAZING! ALL OF IT!

When we first walked in, the line was around the corner, but it was deceiving because it was not worth it. The bread tasted old and the noodles were dry and over cooked. When we got something else it took so long we didn't eat it anyway. We got the chicken sandwich and that looked so bad, we lost I the urge to eat. The service was slow and I will never eat here again.

Was a little slow due to lack of workers. However, they did deliver in a timely manner when they were able to serve us.

This TGI Fridays Midway location call me by surprise is definitely a hidden gym not too much for traffic but just enough my food that I had was salmon jasmine rice and broccoli I was staying at a hotel nearby so I just literally walked across from my hotel to the bar the staff was really funny and nice to work with my bartender Caesar I wish he would open up a little bit more and interact with the customers it's okay to smile sometimes I still tipped him if I ever am on this side of town I definitely will pop in and make it do what it do

Second visit to this restaurant and both times have had issues with the poor service. The food quality does not make up for the experience unfortunately. I recommended you take your business elsewhere. Check out their chicken tortilla soup.

We came in on a saturday night. There was a 15 min wait. We decided to go to the bar. The hostesses were busy looking at the wait list to welcome anyone. The manager Rogelio, I think was his name came and offered us a table at the bar. My silverware was dirty, my relative was missing a fork in her silverware wrap. The table and chairs were very sticky. I believe there was 3 bartenders, one was busy cleaning, the other was washing something behind the bar. Again the manager Rogelio came to take our drink order. The 3rd bartender looked mad and so Rogelio told her our drink choices. The drinks came quick, we ordered our appetizers and entree. We wanted to order more drinks but the bartenders looked like they didn't want to be there. We decided to go downtown instead. I don't recommend this TGI Fridays location to fun people. It's a little depressing to see unhappy people. You couldn't even hear the music. The washroom was dirty, no hand towels and there was water on the floor. I over tipped in hopes to motivate these bartenders. You have to love what you do and take pride in your work. Again as we left the manager Rogelio thanked us for coming and welcomed us back. Only reason why I give 3 stars. They need more happy people and customers need to also motivate these servers by tipping right. This is not the kind of place I want to hang out in. Sorry to say but true. Thank you to whomever train the manager Rogelio as he looked like he was the only one concerned.

Came on 12/16/23 around 8pm. Our servers name was Andrea I'm pretty sure. She was the worst waitress I have ever met. She rudely dropped waters off at our table, never introduced herself, just said I'll be back. She walked past our table SO many times after this but ignored us. We sat there for 20 minutes just waiting and watching her pass us by. Then she comes back, leans her whole body on top of our table and says her name and asks us what we will be having. She doesn't just mean drinks, she wants our whole order... drinks, apps, entrées all at once. So the only things she has said to us the whole time is "here is some water, my name is Andrea and what are you ordering tonight?" She isn't professional at all. She has no people skills. It took everything in me to not ask a manger for a new waitress. Took forever to get our fountain drinks. She dropped off the food later on and we never seen her again. Sat at the table with empty plates for another 20 minutes waiting for her to come by.. when she did walk by, we had to grab her attention and promptly asked for the check. We also handed the card over right away before she disappeared again. $160 for a family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults) is way too much when our service was SO horrendous. She came to our table with the card reader... She then stood there and watched us run our bank card, TOLD us to leave a tip and then stood there staring at my girlfriend until she did so. Only then did she want to try and small talk with my kids at the table.. when she wanted a tip. She also asked me why I didn't drink my Mojito, it was also horrible, which I expressed to her. And she asked me if I wanted a refund after we already paid.. and after I was already trying to walk out.. which is completely backwards.. This experience ruined my whole night if I'm being honest. We will not be returning anytime soon!

Our experience was not good. We stayed at the Courtyard next door and thought this would be a convenient spot for a late dinner since it wasn't busy. We waited almost 10 minutes for the waitress to even take our drink orders, so we ordered our drinks AND food while we had her attention. I ordered a couple of appetizers to try, and my daughter ordered an appetizer and a burger. The pot stickers were good enough to eat, but none of the other food was good. The majority of what we ordered was left uneaten and we didn't need a box because we had no desire to eat it later. It took another 10 minutes to get our check. Overall, the service we received was subpar and the food was unimpressive. I'm not too impressed with the hotel next door either, so this trip just sucks. Lol!

Whiskey Glazed Burger was really good, also had the chilled coco with Graham cracker it was good, finished off my food with a strawberry shake. That part was my favorite.

Very slow time we went in before a flight. Service was pretty good actually, but the food was subpar. They had a bunch of people at the bar having a good time, but with my kids it wasn't the best atmosphere no hate just saying. Then literally no one enjoyed our food. We just wanted a nice quick meal before the hectic airport scene and this place didn't hit right. We actually really enjoy Fridays as well, just not here.

My waitress Andrea was perfect! Her knowledge of the menu, price and overall experience was amazing! I’ll always come here for great dinner. The NY STRIP STEAK, medium well, was excellent! David - Southside of Chicago

Best experience in a long time from a restaurant. We were looking for a restaurant to accommodate all who came out for a graduation and two of our large party had a flight leaving to we decided to eat here to be close to the airport. The staff was great, friendly, accommodating, efficient, and helpful. We walked in, hoping they could accommodate a party of 18. They said no problem, and within five minutes, we were all able to be seated at one table. The food was exceptional, hot, and flavorful. Everyone at the table said their food was good. That's rare! I don't frequent TGIF's, but I will definitely go back because the experience was so wonderful. I love excellent customer service.

Handicap parking has no sidewalk, your wheelchair has to go in the street. No convenience ramp. You have to go around the building to find one. Very long waiting times (45 min) to just get to a table, makes you wonder how long to get service and when food will arrive at your table. Do they prioritize delivery service? 11am, an empty restaurant with a new crew. Fast service and great food.

Our waitress Lilac provided excellent service. She was kind, knowledgeable, and fun. Our food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was really nice. Overall I highly recommend the breaded shrimp with your steak. I don't know the seasoning they use in them but they are phenomenal. I will order them every time.

My experience was ok. Today was the first time I have been back to this Fridays in over a year and I was happy to see that some of the same employees were still there so that was a plus. I ordered some Mozzarella Sticks and they were ok. I ordered some Chicken tenders with a side of Shrimp. Some of the chicken tenders were chewy and some were not I couldn't bite it. My Husband ordered some Boneless Wings and they were the same as the Chicken Tenders. My waitress was very nice and consistent. Overall my experience was just okay and I wish that the chicken tenders were better. That is why I gave it three stars.

Great way to spend the evening while awaiting a flight the next day! Super friendly staff, and most of the other patrons are there for a flight as well so fun conversations to be had. The cobb with blackened salmon was most excellent!

Situated in a nice location. The actual restaurant is pretty dim with dark furniture and can sometimes be messy. The wait staff is OK and the food is OK, definitely not something to write home about. Pretty typical for a TGI’s. I’d probably choose other chain restaurants in the area if I had the choice.

Our group had a dinner meeting at Fridays. last Thursday. Our waitress was amazing and made the evening experience very nice. Unfortunately the servers who brought the food wasted BBQ Sauce on my Blouse and White Pants which were permanently stained. The server never offered to clean the table or help me clean my outfit. Later I asked for wet wipes which helped a bit. I didn’t realize until I got to my next meeting that there was BBQ Sauce on the back of my top. The Salad was very good but my Whiskey Rib Platter was not good. The Shrimps were very hard and overcooked, the Ribs were a bit soggy, potatoes were dry and uneatable. The Broccoli was very good and tasty. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because our Waitress was so nice.

Service was great . Our server recommended the margarita with patron I believe it had the red star on it on the menu . It was bomb! Not really a fan of chain restaurant but the host and everyone were so friendly , it’s the little things like that in a restaurant that matters a lot . Customer service is everything!

Had a decent experience. The food was great and so were the drinks. Only problem is that it was sometimes impossible to locate our waiter, but is understandable since they have other tables and were somewhat busy.
