I travel frequently and it's about the only time I eat breakfast. I did my search and it looked great. Usually If the have an A.M/Snooze cafe, First Watch,Original Pancake House or BrokenYolk I'm there. Today this company was added. The service was great and good was awesome Swedish pancakes ( Ask) Habenaro Hash&Eggs

This place is HUGE. There is something for everyone. I took myself out to lunch and the staff was so friendly and got me a table outside. My server (Sofia I think?? Sorry!) was very sweet, gave me recommendations and answered all my questions. I had the meat scrambler, a spiked hibiscus lemonade and gluten free toast. I'll definitely be back to try the GF pancakes 😋

I was there yesterday morning with my bf and it was nice I loved the orange juice. I was craving pancakes 🥞 and my bf had an omelette or skillet I forgot what it’s called but I took a picture of it. The sausage is good but if u prefer bacon 🥓 go for it but definitely try the sausage! I don’t think I’ll come back but just cause I’m very plane Jane and I didn’t personally like the pancakes. They are better than ihop pancakes but I still didn’t like the dexterity. But everything was fine and our waitress was perfect and everything was perfect. The food is just fine. They had some other options to make the menu look more appealing but I really just wanted pancakes but i prefer crackle barrel pancakes and I should have just gone there but my bf doesn’t like it there so we went here. It was a 20 min wait but they are fast with the food.

This is my first time at this restaurant. I can't eat pork so the waiter recommended the turkey bacon with my egg skillet. the skillet was absolute perfection. they also offered me gluten free toast which was also excellent. I definitely will be back; great service great food. Half eaten skillet

Egg Harbor Cafe in Hinsdale, IL (Downtown Hinsdale) was excellent. Had to wait about 20 minutes or so, but the food was excellent as always. They have the greatest breakfasts one could ask for. I give it, most definitely, 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for breakfast. -lots of sitting and tables are spaced out very well. -quick service -prices are reasonable -waitress was very friendly - bathroom was clean. -portions are not huge but they will fill you up. - only reason for the 4 starts if for an egg Benedict that was not made well. Egg was almost completely cooked. -if you are into beautiful picture spots there is a nice corridor eight next door.

Service and Food tasting is top notch . Keep the good work.

The food nice the coffee delicious but what I found the potatoes were dry and small chopped so looks like overcooked and egg was nice but very juicy I think because of the tomatoes were uncooked they filled them inside the folded egg such as taco but if the tomato was cooked will be more tasty In general was fine The waiters were amazing and welcoming

We were on a road trip and decided to stop by for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. Service was great, portions were good, and my latte was great. We might find ourselves going back to Illinois soon just to eat here again.

THE TALL WHITE (MANAGER? SUPERVISOR?) GUY WITH A FULL HEAD OF LIGHTER CURLY HAIR IN A PONYTAIL 🤢 !!! DOES NOT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM !!! 🤢 Actually he could not be bothered to flush the toilet after he was done using it either. The sink was bone dry when I stepped inside after him. You’re disgusting dude and touching guest menus and other things with this awful hygiene. I’ve been here only twice and both times the food has been really good. Meaty Skillet is awesome with some onions or other veggies added. Our server Hannah? was not the best. She is very friendly and patient but I realized I never received the soup I ordered and I think my daughter never got a kid’s drink that’s probably supposed to come with her kid’s meal. Overall nice place to visit. My visit a few days ago was below average though and that disgusting guy… 🤮😷😵

Always good time. Love that they put a small kraft of coffee on the table. Tried the new breakfast item. Some Asian bibimbap was delicious.

Not sure how this place is called egg harbor when the eggs are gross. I mean the scrambled, the over easy, just not good. Party of 6 nobody finished their eggs. Don’t order the mimosas they literally put 1 oz of champagne in a full 12 oz of juice. The harbor potatoes are the best thing on the menu. It’s a cute place though and the service is great.

I love this place. I may be biased but I've been coming here since I was a kid and they have never let me down. I usually get breakfast, but they have great lunch options too

Have been enjoying their delicious Popeye Crepes and Cassie's Crepes since 1985. They really seem to have it together at the new location - as there were a few hiccups on previous visits. Service was excellent, food was superb and atmosphere is always lively! Leticia prepared our order with many specifics to a "T." I think I've tried everything on the menu over the years, but, more often than not, end up with the crepes. DELICIOUS!

We were seated immediately in their clean, spacious Naperville location. Our waitress came right over, greeted us with a warm smile and took our drink order. The menu had a wide variety of options and we ordered our breakfast when she returned with our coffee. Our coffee, food and service were excellent. We will return to this restaurant and highly recommend it! The pricing is equal to what we are seeing at like establishments.

The staff is so friendly and polite the food is in my opinion better then the Egg Harbor in Naperville. I am always delighted with the staff and my go to servers there are Haley and Zoe but the rest are not far from them by no means.

The food was somewhat bland for my taste. They rely on the cheese to add flavor. Vibe is light, like a good brunch vibe. Our server seemed a bit annoyed but we didn't think much of it.

Delivery driver said he often waits 30+ minutes for food a the Hinsdale Egg Harbor. This week food was never delivered, I called Hinsdale Egg Harbor and they had it waiting for the driver. The Hinsdale manager explained the drivers don't deliver if they don't like the size of tip, so usually the orders just sit on the counter. Egg Harbor doesn't phone and it is time consuming to reach this location thru their idiotic phone system to see what became of your paid for order. Its hard to screw up breakfast, but it can be done using the cheapest eggs and untrained cooks...

It has gone downhill. Today I received eggs and potatoes that were obviously not fresh. Eggs appeared to be scraped from the grill. Definitely had the taste , appearance and texture of old scrambled eggs. Waitress assured me that everything was perfectly fresh, however. Ha ha. That’s good to know, I guess.

Our family has been long time fans of Egg Harbor since the days when it was in the original Hinsdale location. Egg Harbor consistently serves good food and has a great selection without being overwhelming. This seems to be true for all locations. What is not consistent is the service. My experience at the Hinsdale location recently was poor. The waitress was friendly enough, but not particularly attentive after the order was placed. The folks expediting the food started placing dishes in front of all the wrong people and didn't seem to be too concerned about making sure everything was all set. I know Egg Harbor can do better because I've seen them do better. Hopefully they take this feedback to make some service improvements.

Came here for the first time with some friends. The wait wasn’t too bad, and the food was great - if they remember to put in the right order. The service was terrible. The server was rude, rushed us, and forgot 1/2 of our orders. At the end, when she took our payment, she shoved the credit card reader in our faces when the tips page came up. I tipped her the highest amount, since I felt sorry for her. But the service really tainted this experience with the restaurant. I probably won’t be back again, although the food was delicious.

Great food and coffee, but the real excellence is the service. I left an item behind that was of some value. Both management and front line employees could not have been more responsive or helpful in getting it back to me, including responding in off hours. Bravo and thank you!

Skip it…. We left after sitting for 10 minutes without service. Others tables were having many issues with food and no help from staff. Staff kind of just sitting around not doing much, manager just chatting up a customer not caring about other customers not getting proper service. So we left and walked over to YaYas and had food in front of us within 15 minutes of ordering. Big pass on The EHC!!!!

Food was good. Service was slow and missing items. They did well accommodating food allergies. Would be willing to try again if ever in the area.

My friend and I took our pups out for a day adventure. We were looking for a breakfast place we can bring the dogs to since we were going to Oak Brook Mall afterwards. I called ahead and was told they can accommodate us on the patio. Staff was extremely nice, and Michael, our server, was very attentive, even though he was stuck serving us outside in 60 degree weather and in the rain. We will definitely be coming back with and without our furry companions. My only suggestion would be to make sure to call ahead and check they have the staffing for outdoor seating.

Had salmon eggs Benedict and eggs Arlington Benedict. Drank butterfly chai. Server was gracious to offer splitting so my friend and I could sample each. Great portions, friendly staff and timely service. One recommendation is the barista bring drinks on a tray to prevent drip trails… and straws if they’re filled to the brim.
