We walked in and had high expectation. They welcomed us on the front door and had us seated. The interior of the needs a lot of work to feel more confortable and warm. It feels like sitting in an unfinished restaurant. The tables are good. The menu has diversified Asian food. We waited for our order for 20 minutes which is ok. The food tasted fine and was just an average. Just fine but the prices are high for the food quality. The service was great though. 20% service charge was forced to the check. $94 for only fried rices, chicken and noodles.

Probably like most, I first heard of this place on an episode of Check Please. I have made several visits to determine if it was everything I expected it to be. The food and drinks were made to order. They were all full of flavor and delicious. They substituted other seafood for the King Crab but the price was the same. There was an upcharge because the size of the fish was larger. I would recommend listing it as market price. One visit and item was complimentary; the next visit a charge was added to the bill as a "side" item. Customer service can be hit or miss on any given visit. All of these reasons are why they are not receiving 5 stars.

Amazing food; other review from tonight is a liar. We sat next to the table that gave a bad review tonight. What a Karen! They came in with a young child after 8pm. Could not decide what they wanted FOREVER then demanded food be prepared in a very specific way, which could not be accommodated by staff. They politely explained, the Karen was rude. Her husband was so embarrassed that he left. The Karen called the lovely waitress/owner a profane word. He sister/other owner said you can leave, and Karen kept swearing. Our table said WHOA - you are out of line, she swore at us in front of her child - ouch. Good riddance Karen - bye! Meanwhile we all enjoyed some of the best Thai food, drinks and service available in the southwest suburbs. This place is top notch. Ignore the Karen - this place is better than you expect. Will be back again and again.

This place is great, excellent food. My first time here, so surprised how good it is. I started with the lemongrass shrimp roll, then the Beef Pho, and ended with the chocolate cake. They were all excellent! The pho is the best I've had, sliced lean beef was great very tender very taste. The broth was very good too, best broth I've had. I will be back and I'll tell my friends. This place was really good!

We had a great experience. The service was excellent and the food was also really tasty. I got the 5 spice pork shank. I do wish it had MORE 5 spice but it was still cooked really well. My wife had the drunken noodle with seafood which was really flavorful! Also got the mayonnaise Egg rolls. I don’t think the name is great but it was delicious!

Terrible service, the owner was very rude when I asked what she would highly recommend, she told me “Order what you want” what kind of recommendation is that ? The food was overpriced and on a scale of 1-10 was a 2. The prices are ridiculously high, I will never go back and would not recommend this place at all. Terrible experience, other customers were also complaining about the service. The seating was awful, very small tables, chairs as hard as cement, couldn’t wait to get out of there. The owner Q had a very bad and unpleasant attitude. I’ll never go back.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant and had heard mixed reviews via word of mouth in regards to the quality and service of this restaurant. Unfortunately the owner after receiving feedback in regards to the staffs service made a choice to ban a customer whom had previously recommended them. It is evident from the responses that the owner has provided that she upholds poor service and has an issue with receiving feedback. Perhaps this owner received their formal training is customer service from “The Soup Nazi” from Seinfeld? Regardless, I assure anyone reading this that the food is not nearly to that standard of being as to so high and mighty to ban someone.

The first time I visited this restaurant they were rather rude to my date - staying “that’s they we make them” (drinks) This was my 2nd time visiting this restaurant saying the same signature line “that the way make them”. Really?!? Customer service is a about delivery which you people need to work on and to add insult injury these people have the nerve to add a 20% s.service charge to a party of only 2. What’s that?!? Are you people serious? The employees in this restaurant aren’t welcoming to people of color - beware!!! Good riddance! You time customers or make it up? So what about you think!!

I visited the new Q Restaurant in Lemont with my wife and 8-year-old son and we were all very impressed by the experience. The appetizer menu is huge and we ended up with the Shrimp Rolls which were really great. My wife had the Mojito which had both mint and cucumber and was very refreshing. I went to the Martini menu and tried the Gentlemen's Night which was really solid. For dinner, I went with the Seafood Lover which had scallops, shrimp, crab meat, calamari, and mushrooms in a spicy brandy curry sauce. The presentation was amazing and when you add in the rice, it was enough food for 2 meals. Very highly recommended! My wife had the Drunken Noodle with chicken which was another very large meal that was very tasty. My 8-year-old is very picky and the waitress recommended the Sesame Chicken which he loved! It was a ton of small pieces of tempura chicken in a unique sweet and sour sauce with stir-fried veggies. He really enjoyed it and I snuck some off of his plate and liked it as well. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised by this new hidden gem in Lemont. Looking forward to going back soon to explore more of the expansive menu!

Saw on TV. Checkplease. Great food and martinis! Lychee martini was the best. You should really like green tea if you try the green tea martini. I was just curious about it and should've gone with a safer bet. The pork shank was awesome. GF got seabass in a sweet spicy curry sauce and that was AMAZING. Avocado appetizers was really good too. And dessert was great.

Went their last night with my family. What a great experience. Staff was very attentive and food was as excellent. Place was also hopping. Will definitely be back. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Lemont!

Been a while since we been to Q. Glad to say it’s still wonderful. Food was great like every time we have been here. Very consistent, very friendly, still a great experience. The sisters are kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome and special. Been to long a gap in between our last visit. That won’t happen again. This is our favorite restaurant in the entire area without a close 2nd.

Cleanest, freshest food, best service, great handicap accessibility. I haven’t had a meal like this in years if ever. I was so impressed by the staff and food I would say this is my favorite restaurant I’ve ever been to. Could not have been any better. Amazing and I want to take everyone I know here! Forgot my card and the waitress was running out to the parking lot with it before I pulled off. I just can’t say enough about this place! You must take a first date here because they will marry you! Unbelievable experience thank you so much! I had the seafood lover spicy and my company had the duck and said it was the best duck they ever had. So happy and it really created a memorable experience I’ll never forget and I can’t thank you enough. We will be back asap

Q is a 5 star restaurant with quality that you would find downtown Chicago. We have been going here since they opened and literally LOVE everything on the menu! It is the first place we bring any friends or out of town guests. The owner/chef has a remarkable way of taking unique flavors and combining them so that every bit is like a party in your mouth!

Never had a single bad meal here. Q takes authentic Vietnamese cuisine and elevates it with a French twist. I agree, from my family seeing it firsthand, with the previous commenter countering a recent negative review. Some patrons are impossible to please & overly entitled. Poor behavior & zero discipline that even their own family was embarrassed by their out of control behavior! Q is a fabulous owner and brings amazing history & culture to the area. The staff at Q restaurant always take the time to interact with their guests and make personalized recommendations. Their Avocado appetizer, Banana Curry Salmon and Chicken Katsu are stellar! Q is a phenomenal local restaurant and one my family & I have, and will, continue to go to for years to come.

This restaurant is amazing and hugely underrated. The service is amazing. They are kind, humble, and fast. The food is amazing. It’s not greasy and the portions are huge for the price. The bathrooms and restaurant in general is clean and nice to look at. All in all I definitely recommend going here.

If you don't like the small of incents, stay away. Very strong aroma when you walk in. I thought it was going to be empty. It was crowded for lunch. I did enjoy my food. Staff was very nice.

Second visit. The whole family was very happy with the selection, quality and the taste of food. Wonderful service and great martini. We will be back .

We had such a wonderful experience tonight! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We got the pho, satay chicken, pad see ew, and Lemon chicken. It was all fantastic. Cannot recommend enough!

Honestly I was very disappointed we went to eat there and the waiter basically told us they cook all their food with wine and accommodate anything for us without. So basically she made us get up and leave the restaurant because they couldn’t serve us anything!

I will say this restaurant is catered to Western palates. All the dishes I ordered tonight was ok but unexpectedly sweet - The Tom Yum, Vietnamese Beef Stew, and even the Pho; hence the 4 Stars. Flavors are non-traditional but I do appreciate that they prepare the dishes where you don’t have to pick apart the fat, bones, and cartilages. At least, my husband was pleased with this. Price and serving size is also ok for the area.

This restaurant is, in a word, PERFECT! The unique atmosphere, friendly staff, creative drinks, amazing food and tasty deserts are all part of what makes this place our go-to for special events. Since finding the Q we've discovered more reasons to celebrate! Highly recommend!

I really enjoy the food here and the atmosphere. Their appetizers are really delicious, and most entrees are appropriately proportioned, only some air on the side of large. The decor is tasteful, although the music may appear a little limited.

Food was absolutely delicious, and service was excellent! Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and able to offer great suggestions. Everything arrived in a timely fashion, and it was all so tasty! Definitely a favorite spot to have a wonderful dinner with friends and family!

Had takeout once, then finally went with some friends sat inside. Amazing service and amazing food , very cozy. A bit small inside, but cozy so make sure to get there 5:45 , for some reason that works for us , we got there at that time and we had a table. You will like the food there and the service
