The food was a little bland but fresh, it just wasn't as flavorful as some of the other P.F. Chang's restaurants. We had the Tempura Calamari, Orange Chicken and the Miso Glazed Salmon for dinner. The Calamari was delicious, but the rest of the food was just ok. It was towards the end of the night so maybe that played a role in it. The service was slow, even though they were not busy at all. The place is nicely decorated, wide open and spacious with a beautiful full service bar and a small outdoor patio right next to it. The whole entire establishment is decorated with Oriental murals and statues. They do have plenty of parking for your convenience.

I had a taste for some PF Changes Pad Thai! They NEVER disappoint. I ordered the shrimp and tofu pad Thai along with a glass of plum wine and it was as delicious as I remembered.

P. F. Chang’s food & service was good!! I haven’t had a bad experience, yet. Been going there for years!! Recently, we went there for lunch. I had the Shrimp w/lobster sauce delicious!! We had appetizers as well & they were good, 2!! Our server Sean was very attentive & friendly!! Thank You ❤️ Will be back again

Love this place! Very clean establishment with a friendly staff. Great selection of appetizers, entrees, and drinks. The chicken lettuce wraps are phenomenal, as is the Mongolian beef. They also have a nice Boba tea. I would definitely recommend to friends! Give them a try!

Natalie was amazing at my orland park location that I went to !! The food was amazing and it was out very quickly. All of my dad’s very specific needs were attended to with ease and this is what keeps me coming back over and over again !!

For starters we had the tofu lettuce wraps. My first time trying tofu and I really enjoyed it. Beef broccoli and white rice is my go to dish! However, The Changs chicken is a must have!! I’ll order it everytime I go there. The orange chicken was also pretty tasty.I enjoyed One of the best mojitos I’ve had in a while. Fast friendly service and they package your leftovers for you.

Julia was perfect she made sure that all the food was correct, and hot. She was an excellent server. The soup was fantastic.

This is my favourite chain for Chinese food. I love their sesame chicken and Orange Chicken. But my favourite dish is the lettuce wraps, I order them whenever I visit P.F Changs. And don’t forget to end your meal with a generous serving of their dessert. All the their desserts are amazing but my favourite is chocolate cake with cranberry sauce.

The fried rice tasted like it had no salt however, the vegetables were good but I gave it a 3 star because the rice was way too mushy. The boba tea was excellent and the cheesecake was a good size it was just a bit too grainy for me. The shrimp dumplings were delicious. I would order again but I would try something else. This place is a bit pricey but hey.

After an exhausting day I plopped down into a booth and ordered my favorite Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Shrimp Fried Rice, but decided to try the BBQ Pork Spare Ribs as well. The Ribs turned out to be the highlight of the night! A definite “must order” next time I return. I was surprised they don’t do the table side PF Chang sauce mixing for you anymore cuz I love the spectacle of it. The sauce is now pre-made (and a “Suburban Mild”) but you can request your sever to make it for you and mix it as spicy as you like! My husband surprised me with a date night at P.F. Changs. It is hard for him to surprise me, but this experience was beautiful. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in from smiling faces, greetings, services, wait time and the taste of the food. It was all wonderful. Great job to all who served us, especially our waitress Carrie. She's outstanding, joyous 😊 and sweet. ❤️ Thank you Carrie for making our first experience so warming. We will definitely return for another visit.

I love this place so much I’ve been going here since I was little! Beautiful interior inside and very delicious food and desserts! Smaller menu than usual, but still very good!

I just went here for my birthday on September 10th and the food is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Our waitress Natalie was so polite and generous as well. I have an additional tip for her if I can get in touch with her 🙂I will definitely be retuning soon!!!!! This is my new place for eating Asian Cuisine Chinese food so so delicious tasty and yummy 😋

Everything came out quick, hot & fresh. My only critique would be about the apple pie rolls. I receive free order for celebrating my birthday. Although I appreciate the gesture, the rolls were too doughy for my taste. There also was not a happy balance of the apple filling. Other than that small detail everything was delicious. Our server Chris Salazar was very friendly. She was & extremely knowledgeable for it to have been her first day.

Shawn our server was great along with Liz that was with him. Shawn was quick to inform us of what was good on the menu and helped my husband and I have an enjoyable visit. The calamari was amazing. The signature lo mein noodles I ordered were tasty. The added chicken was bland so I took it out of my meal. The orange chicken my hubby ordered had an interesting flavor and got wet from the oranges they were sitting on. So I wasn't a fan of that. The atmosphere was nice, we ended up sitting in the bar area because we should have made a reservation and we didn't want t I wait the 45 minutes. All in all we had a good Valentine's Day dinner.

Admittedly , I'm more traditional with what I eat - not very adventurous. It was my daughter's birthday, and this was her selection. I liked it - the food • the service • the attentiveness of our server • the atmosphere and decor • the area.

It was my son's graduation dinner, we were running about 15 minutes late for our reservation and the restaurant was closing within an hour. Maya was so nice when, I called and she said she would hold our table for us. We had a great time and tge food was excellent. We will be back.

Amazing first experience! Sean was very knowledgeable and quick to recommend menu items. All of the items were so good and possibly something I wouldn't have tried had he not suggested them. Wonderful experience, Sean is a true asset to P.F. Chang's. The banana spring roll dessert was so good!!! Thank you for amazing service!

Very clean and professional and great and fast service the food was delicious me and my wife enjoy ourselves and celebrated are anniversary and the northern- style pork spare ribs are cook to perfection and the dynamite shrimp are amazing and P.F. Chang’s Gave us a delicious dessert to celebrate are anniversary thanks P.F. Chang’s will be back soon i recommend this restaurant to any and everyone

This was my first time visiting PF Chang's. We tried the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They were absolutely the worst thing I have eaten in a long time. They had absolutely no seasoning. They were borderline disgusting. We also tried the Bbq pork spare ribs. Ribs were good but the slaw they came with was horrible. The strawberry cucumber limeade drink was really good. Overall the food is not good. Seems like they are afraid to season the food which is disappointing. I really wanted to like this place but it just didn't work out. We decided to just stop at the appetizers and go somewhere else for the main courses. Don't waste your time here go elsewhere.

We came here after cancelling our order at the dissapointing Chuck Lager. The server was great and explaining the menu well. Food presentation was amazing and tase really good.

Great experience with great food. Our server Samantha was awesome and great to work with. Celebrating our daughter’s 19 year old Birthday, she really enjoyed herself.

This is a very nice restaurant chain . The décor is very chic. However, the lighting is very low and gives an overall dark feel to the room. For special occasions they have bottle sparklers and makes the moment very special. The sushi is very good as an appetizer. The dishes are presented very well. The dishes are decent and they are not overall spicy.

Making reservations would be the best option for dining. There was a short wait even though we had reservations. The BBQ pork ribs with a slaw salad as an appetizer is very filling. The atmosphere is good and the food is the same.

Julia was our waitress. She was great, very friendly. Know's her menu inside out and very detailed. Checked on us constantly to see if we needed anything. We we're a table of 8 and she didn't skip a beat and didn't mess up anyone's order.

I can not say enough good things about this location. I’ve been involved with the hospitality industry for quite some time and every visit I am blown away by the service and attention to detail. Carrie deserves special acknowledgment. Always charismatic, great energy , phenomenal service , and is often the deciding factor on where my company and I decide on dinner when in the area. Most recent visit was on Presidents’ Day and we noticed the food was beyond expectations and just an absolute terrific experience.
