I
ordered
a
beef
sandwich.
When
I
got
home
the
sandwich
was
very
dry.
I
called
3
times
to
ask
if
they
would
deliver
a
small
container
of
natural
sauce.
They
never
came.
Each
time
Jennifer
said
they
were
there
and
didn't
have
my
phone
number.
I
gave
you
my
phone
number.
Jennifer
said,
I
didn't
write
it
down.
What?
Now
she
said
they're
too
busy.
I
waited
over
an
1
1/2
hr.
Why
is
it
my
fault
that
you
didn't
write
it
down.
I
was
polite.
I'm
very
disappointed.
I
wish
they
had
a
place
that
I
did
post
photo
of
my
dry
sandwich.
New
Add-ons:
I
returned
sandwich
personally
at
Phil's
to
Jennifer.
She
was
firm
that
she
sent
two
drivers
no
such
address.
I
showed
her
an
addressed
card
with
the
address
I
originally
gave
her.
She
didn't
want
to
look
at
she's
too
busy.
She
never
apologized
or
took
any
ownership.
I
walked
out
I
wasn't
going
to
beg.
The
french
fries
and
sweet
peppers
were
good.
Don't
tell
me
you
didn't
have
my
phone
number
when
you
admitted
you
didn't
write
it
down.
Then
you
insisted
that
I
gave
you
the
wrong
address
twice.
Not
true,
both
times
was
the
same.
Then
you
refused
to
look
at
the
mailed
business
card.
A
simple,
I'm
sorry
for
you
inconvenience.
Instead
you
picked
up
a
cardboard
starting
writing
on
it.
I
think
you
assumed
that
I
thought
you
would
give
me
another
meal.
That's
not
what
I
was
asking.
I
expected
respect
from
you
as
manager
to
admit
you
misjudged
me.
All
3
phone
calls
to
you,
I
was
polite
with
you.
I
walked
out
saying,
I'm
done.
