My first time ordering Thai chicken from wok n fire in Burr ridge il. The chicken was under cooked. You can see light red I’m the chicken. When I called and asked to speak with a manager the person I spoke with Natalia was no help at all said she will call me back and never did. I called a second time and was told the general manager Mark would call me and he has not. My complaint was not resist all no type of customer service. No option given to me for a meal comp or anything no refund back or nothing. I do not recommend this place at all. The management is horrible!! I regret coming here! The owner replies on Google with his email address just to ignore me & not respond. ITS BEEN 2 DAYS STILL NO RESOLUTION, THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS PREJUDICE!

When arriving upon this restaurant I was highly impressed with the seating and the decorations in this restaurant. The detail is immaculate in terms of the way this restaurant is decorated. But the food was unfortunately disappointing. It seemed as if the chef who made this was adding random sauces and spices and then it’s branded as Asian food. This isn’t authentic Asian food and I just felt the food didn’t seem to be with the right seasonings.

The food is excellent! They have some of the best Crab Rangoon and Spring Rolls I have ever tasted! The steak stir fry was amazing! My only reason for not giving this restaurant five stars is because we waited 15 minutes before a server acknowledged us at the table. I would have understood this if the restaurant had been crowded. That was not the case. There were only five tables in our section that required service. The restaurant was not busy during the time we were there. I went to the front desk and asked if we could get a server. When we finally were acknowledged, the server stated, "I didn't see you because you were out of my line of sight." Hmmm 🤔

Wok n Fire is exceptional. I live quite close and didn't try it until a few months ago. I regret not trying it sooner. The GF options are so good, I love the GF fried rice. The steak burger is one of my favorite burgers, I did not expect it to be so good!! The value is also great, the quantity and quality of the food is well worth it. The customer service is amazing. I read a couple of the responses to negative reviews and you can really tell the owner takes pride in this restaurant.

I had such a good experience at this place. We sat at the bar and David was awesome and took care of us. The yum yum and crazy rolls were some of the best I have had. Had such a good experience the first night that we went back again. Talk to Mike or Kevin about the Sake... Good people.

Host and Server were both very friendly, food was good and came out quickly

Me and my dad came here to enjoy fresh, delicious sushi and stir fry. Unfortunately, we did not receive that. The brown rice they gave us for the stir fry was super undercooked and hard. The stir fry itself was severely lacking in flavor. It was really soupy??? And it was truly as if they put zero seasoning on the stir fry. Super disappointing with the price of it. We also had a $19 scorpion roll that was very unappetizing. The “spicy tuna” that was supposed to be on the roll literally looked like they had put the tuna in a blender. It was mushy, off-colored, didn’t taste like tuna at all and it was just gross. The drinks were fantastic though so that’s a plus . Overall, it was an $87 bill for two people and we felt like the food 100% was not worth the price. I would not recommend coming here!

Food was very good. Not the best sushi I've ever had, but it was good. Very unique sushi recipes. The crab cakes are not like typical crab cakes, they were more like sushi. But they were still good. The homemade ginger ale is amazing, definitely try it. The bar has a very upscale, contemporary vibe to it. Service was good and they were very friendly. We ordered the $95 sushi platter and it was a ton of food for 2 people.

My husband and I came here for our per Anniversary Dinner and had an amazing time here I ordered the Spicy Ramen w/shrimp it really does live up to the spicy. I loved it .We enjoyed the atmosphere and there a server there named Olivia that sung as she refilled our water. I would definitely recommend.

We loved the food & the decorations! Great friendly attentive service! Very 😋 yummy, & Not greasy or too salty which is a plus! Kung Pao, Edamame, & Pad Thai were excellent!

This place is so cool and relaxed. They have the absolute BEST Crab ragoon I have ever tasted. My fiance even liked it and he normally doesnt. The waitress was so nice to us !! Great place!! The bathroom was spectacular!!

We started out the night with a couple old fashioned! We also had the spicy tuna crispy rice and sea bass and it was so yummy as always! 😋

I placed an order other the phone and was told that the food will be ready for pick up in 35 min, i have guests waiting for me home over an hour and 15 min and food still not ready. Terrible service! 👎👎👎 they screwed up my night! Don’t recommend to anyone using this restaurant 😡😡😡

The wait staff and host were kind and accommodating. The bartender even came over and asked if we wanted a sake tasting. That was a fun surprise! The food was delicious. We ordered Mongolian beef, nigeri salmon rolls, red spider , spider and Philadelphia rolls, crab Rangoon was good not sweet, dumplings (veg) were good too

See posting on Facebook recap here. Went in for a to go appetizer as wanted a small bite for concert that was taking place. Was told no to go menu but could order off main. So placed an order for shrimp tempura appetizer. Was told 20 minutes. When 25 passed asked status from same person who took order. Said they were working on it and he asked what I had. Same thing happened 2 more times. After 50 minutes it arrived but was not packed to go. Was brought out by same guy that took my order and knew it was to go. Waited while he packed it. Was 12 dollars for about 5 pieces of itty pieces. Restaurant was not busy at time I was in there. Was skeptical as a few years ago had same problem but in those days it was a busier place. Will never go back. Only positive is atmosphere inside.

Walked in Wednesday afternoon. Pretty good, wasn’t busy. Good taste of foods and sushi. Definitely recommend

Elizabeth is super friendly and attentive. Thank you for taking great care of us tonight. The sushi is delicious and the banana fritter desert was amazing!!! (I don’t know the server with the pet kitties and pretty earrings, but she was kind and fun to talk to as well!). I’ve been here a few times. This place is super accommodating if you are on a date, if you come with 3 children, and/or a pet! They have the space to accommodate everyone. I’m surprised it isn’t as busy as expected!

I just received my order… so disappointed 😔 my pad Thai had no noodles and was like soupy? Like liquid with shrimp and carrots and tofu.. I didn’t order tofu. I didn’t receive the Thai tea I ordered! Anddd the eel sauce I requested had spicy mayo AND siracha in container wtf….?😤 but the sushi roll is good 😏 I called and no one answered 🧐 horrible service.

This place looks gorgeous, great for large groups, and has a good bar, but the food is very average. I can find the same quality at a ton of other places. Our food did take a while but we were in a large group, so when the food did arrive it was cold. The manager seemed really nice tho.

It was my first time at Work n Fire burr ridge, you can easily find parking outside (2 free parking garages and street parking). Once inside the ambient lighting was chill and created a vibe. The drinks were made well, I had crab Rangoon for appetizers and they were just delicious. I had a few different roles of Sushi and they were all impressive. I would for sure come back and would also recommend this place to family and friends. Keep up the great work.

Service was great, food was good & decent portions. Convenient location. We enjoyed the outdoor scenery. It's not authentic Asian, but it gets the job done.

Ambiance, decor, service, and bathroom smell are 5 stars! I had to knock it down to 4 stars based on the food. Succinctly I’ll say this is Asian food for non-Asians. My pad thai was 3/5 stars, my wife loves pho, but thought it was 1/5 stars. I will say our sushi rolls and fried rice were delicious.
