Just moved to this area and was excited that we had a Lou’s 2 blocks away, then we ordered it. This has to be the worst location of any Lou’s I’ve ever patronized. First time ordering was the greatest pizza we had in a long time. 2nd time it took us 2.5 hours to get it delivered and they kept saying it was out for delivery. We got it and it was completely shifted to one side, just slid all over. 3rd and final time was this week. Massive chunks or sheets of under cooked sausage. We reached out to them and got an email back saying they would reach out to us. Glad I didn’t hold my breath cause that was two weeks ago and I guess they forgot about me already.

First off, I'm a huge Lou Malnati fan. But this outlet is a joke. This is our second time trying this place. Both times we ordered earlier in the day for a 5 or 5:30pm pickup. Both times we arrived and they hadn't even started making our pizzas yet. 30-45 minute wait for pizza we ordered at least 4 hours earlier. Manager seemed clueless, staff clearly had not been properly trained. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Took our lunch order for delivery. Called when 30 minutes late to see where it is and it’s still sitting there. Was told they rely on independent delivery drivers and if they don’t show up then no delivery. Had to cancel. Order delivery at your own risk, because you may never get it. I will never order from there again!!

Service was a little slow. Waited an additional 20 minutes after the pickup time I was given online. When I arrived, the girl in the front told me it would only be 3 more minutes. We tried the crustless pizza and when she handed me the box, grease and juices streamed out of the corner of the box all over my white shirt. I was glad I had thought to bring a towel to protect my car seats because the employee just watched and didn't say a word.

They delivered my pizza raw. Dough was completely not cooked.

Best deep dish ever! My personal favorite is the Spinach and Pepperoni deep dish with garlic butter. The flavors just explode in your mouth! Delicious 🔥🔥

Ordering 2 half toppings and they charge you for 2 full toppings. Absolute nonsense. No other pizza place in the world does this. Guess this is the last time I come here.

Would go lower than 1 star if possible. Love malnatis pizza. Been to this location twice. Left without a pizza twice. Go to flossmoor or orland. Horrible service.

I first had Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza in November 2020, and Prior to this time Giordano's had been my favorite deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's quickly put Giordano's into the number two slot. In November 2021 I met my son at Lou's in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago. He recommended deep dish so I agreed. For me it was love at first bite! From that moment Giordano's was moved down to number two. Since I'm the southwest I began patronizing Lou's in Palos Heights and I have not been disappointed.

Ordered a Malnati’s salad which was excellent. Unfortunately the small deep dish pizza was garbage. The bottom crust was so thin and doughy, it went in the garbage. Complained to the website and was told to take it up with the specific restaurant. I’m still waiting to be contacted. This location is horrible. I’ll stick with Oak Lawn even if it’s a little further drive.

Never. Ever. Pay for your food in advance there. I paid well over $40 on November 6th for a pizza to be delivered that we never got. I've been promised a refund for almost a month now and nothing is occurred. My advice, do not go to Lou Malnati's in Palos Heights or at least don't pay ahead of time.

A real struggle to get a pizza made on time or near it. I suggest other locations.

Tonight you delivered a Malnatis salad that was at least a day old …it was mushy and wilted…I love your salad and this was very disappointing Tom McCarty

We had an awful experience with this Lou’s location yesterday. They promised us at least twice that our food could get picked up at a specific time after we emphasized that this was crucial for our family’s lunch plans to work. Well, without any exaggeration at all, our food wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after they promised it would be. When we expressed our frustration with all of this, they simply ignored our concerns. Not only did they never offer to “make things right” in some way, but they refused to even apologize at all. “We were short-staffed” is literally all we got. Simply pathetic! I absolutely love Lou Malnati’s, but I can promise you that I’ll never order from this location again. It’s evident that it’s being run very poorly. I get it - mistakes happen - but this was a complete and utter failure on even the most basic levels of customer service. I expect so much more from anywhere, and especially Lou’s.

Unfortunately I didn't like their pizza. Always heard it was great but certainly not the pizza I got. Pricey and disappointing. After one piece, had to throw it away.

Ok, so I called and asked Jillian if they did curb side pickup, which they do, and wanted to take my order. I wasn't quite ready for that so I blurted out my order using the wrong nomenclature. Eventually Jillian figured out that I wanted a personal sized deep dish pizza "with spinach and extra spinach" I said. What kind of car do you drive? She asked. I told her, and also told her that I would call when I got there. About 30 minutes, she told me. Curbside pickup went off without a hitch. Totally Recommended! Came back today and got the large Chicago classic and a Malnatis salad

Absolutely awful. I called and ordered for the 1st time and what a unpleasant surprise. I didn't know a small is actually a personal size for 1,(silly me)and almost no sauce and cheese. NEVER AGAIN especially for the cost. Most freezer pizzas taste better

The salads are pretty good but as far as Pizza goes I just don't get it. I think it's the worst ever bc the tomatoes taste like diced canned tomatoes that anyone could pour on anything and the cheese is just as gross...... it's like eating a big blob of rubber. The city loves this place and I admit I'm not a Chicagoan but really I don't get how they think this pizza is good at all.

Waited over an hour for my pizza and a salad with no napkins or utensils!!! I’ll never order from here again

Gluten free, crustless option is delicious! The sausage "crust" was sturdy and crispy on the bottom, then filled with cheese, fresh marinara, and my veggie toppings. A little expensive, but not a deterrent. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Bad. A woman mad dogged me. The pizza sauce was soupy. I have a tummy ache. I did not like the location. If you’re giving me a tummy ache, give me a public restroom.

Outstanding front counter employee to match an outstanding Big Lou. Pizza was top notch as expected. The staff and product were fantastic.

Came back here because I hadn’t had their pizza for a long time. Ordered Buffalo wings to go with it. When I get home and open my wings, there was a fingernail right on the side of my box. Overall Pizza was great, couldn’t finish it because the fingernail really made my stomach turn. I will be back. Everyone has a mess up.

Lou Malnatis continues to pleaae at this Palos location. Their dish dish pie is always the same wherever I go, delicious! A thin and tall crispy wall surrounds the outer rim. Not a thick and doughy hip, but rather a firm and crispy lip. The sauce is always on top of the cheese which locks it down and aims to please. Did you know they have thin crust too? Add a small to your order, you'll be happy you do.

Great pizza! Wings are crispy, and they do not hesitate to give you extra sauce or gorgonzola dressing at no charge!

I love this pizza, however, this location is quite possibly the worst to order delivery from. They never have a driver, and I placed an order online today and received confirmation for it to arrive by 8-8:10, at 8:20 I called to see what the status was and was told it would be 2 hours longer and it was sitting ready!!!!!. No apology, nothing, just ok, when I asked to be refunded. I'm disappointed in this location. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM IF YOU EVER WANT TO EAT!!

2nd time ordering from here. I ordered online earlier in the day for 5pm pickup, I get there at 5pm and they haven't even started making the pizzas yet. Last time, same thing. I pre-ordered then got there and had to wait 45 minutes. The management seems clueless, staff aren't trained, the whole operation is chaotic. They give Lou's a black eye.

Disappointed. Stopped in to grab a frozen cheese deep dish last night - Saturday 11/13/21. No where near as good as I remember it. Cooked it shortly after I got home. Ate half after scraping off the sauce because I was starving. Threw the rest away. Pros: o Young lady working the counter was very professional and courteous o Crust was buttery and crispy o Cheese was good Cons: o The sauce. So acidic my cat got heartburn from watching me eat. It's like they took some tomatoes, put them in a blender, hit puree and said good to go. No seasoning whatsoever, just pure tomato taste. I've had Ragu sauce that's better. The sauce is the icing on a deep dish and this was just bad. Needs more balance between acid and sweet with at least some type of seasoning. Conclusion: I'll get deep dish from somewhere else. This was not worth 14 dollars. Maybe it was an off day or the freezing process was done incorrectly. However, I was not impressed by this location at all and therefore will not be back. Many better local places than chains that deserve my money.

I LOVE Lou Malnatis but this location is a joke. You need to clean house, and bring in a whole new staff. I was on hold for 40 minutes yesterday before I tried to place my order online which also didn't work. I had to go place the order in person. They are so lucky that my wife wanted Lou malnatis. I almost went to OH boy! Pizza across the street from my place but a pregnant woman's cravings need to he satisfied 😂😂. Yeah get a new staff. Pizza was good though...just customer service SUCKED
