Panera
Bread.
Last
week,
we
went
through
the
drive
through
at
the
Orland
Park
location
(5
stars)!
This
time
we
visited
the
Oak
Lawn
location.
Their
website
advertises
curbside
pickup.
However,
when
I
called
to
place
my
order
there
was
not
an
option
to
place
an
order
over
the
phone.
I
finally
just
choose
option
5
which
is
for
talking
to
a
manager.
I
was
connected
to
an
associate
and
placed
my
order.
I
specified
that
the
order
was
for
curbside
pick-up
and
gave
them
the
details
of
our
car.
The
associate
said
that
the
order
would
take
10
minutes.
25
minutes
later,
I
was
still
sitting
in
the
car
waiting
for
my
order.
I
would
have
went
in
sooner,
but
I
had
my
baby
in
the
car
with
me.
I
had
to
wake
up
my
sleeping
baby
and
go
in
to
get
our
food.
When
I
walked
up
to
the
counter,
my
order
was
just
sitting
on
the
counter.
I
asked
if
this
was
ready
to
go
and
the
associate
replied,
"Oh,
is
this
curbside.
My
bad,"
and
then
turned
and
walked
away.
Our
order
was
also
incorrect.
I
ordered
a
bowl
of
cream
of
broccoli
soup
and
I
was
given
something
similar
to
a
creamy
chicken
noodle.
I
also
was
not
given
a
spoon
to
eat
the
soup.
The
smoothie,
Salad
and
Chipotle
Chicken
sandwich
were
fantastic
as
always!!
