Disappointed. I hadn’t been back to BWW in over a year because every order was not meeting my expectations. Today was my sign that it is not time to return to BWW. I ordered online for pick up, they were really busy so my food was not ready at the time estimated, what was odd though that as soon as my food was ready I ate it 10 mins later and the food was cold! As you can see pictured are my dry wings. My order was not accurate, I didn’t get my shredded cheese on my wedges, but I sure was charged for it. BWW just isn’t what it used to be, and I miss it.

Service has gotten first is this mixed drink that Is more ice than drink took two sips and gone I ask why so much ice response was that's how the mixed drinks come and second we get our appetizers at the same time as our food

Amazing experience inside But 2 stars for the ppl who work on the take out rude and have no experience the ppl who work as waiters are amazing that’s why I put a 5 star who ever worked today Thursday may 5 at 1:30 pm deserve a huge raise! They were amazing even the chef’s did the food amazingly good ! The fries were like never before crunchy hot and delicious!!! The wings and the macaroni were amazing!!! Tysm 2 my waitress johana I believe that what her name tag said amazing gave us deals and recommendations without asking and it was amazing love it ! Deserves a raise never been treated like that in a place :)

This place is a hit or miss depending on the day. Came last Saturday and the service was very poor. I called in advanced to see if I could book a reservation or see if I can save a table for 2 and was told over the phone "you need to speak to a server about that". Ok whatever!? I see Google said there was no wait. Came in and it was packed with highschool kids on a trip or game. They left thankfully. The food was ok but the service was horrible we didn't chose to tip! Afte receiving our dinner we had to wait at least 7 minutes for Utensils. No napkins provided. Our server didn't bother to check in on us not once. After the meal we received the check from the kitchen runner, we had to then again flag another employee to get boxes!! Our waitress completely disappeared and didn't bother to show up!! We had to go and flag down another employee to pay for the check. I understand it gets busy here but please hire more staff if you all know it gets busy. The workers all over look overwhelmed, tired and most likely underpaid! Let customers know if you're having a shift change or if she's ok. She lost a 20% tip!

Food was good, as expected. Service was quick and friendly. The only bad thing for me was that there was a "weird" smell in the area where we were seated. Perhaps the flooring needs to be deep cleaned. Oh! And they don't carry Coca-Cola! A big thing for my family.

If you're looking for a place to watch the game, enjoy some wings, and grab a drink with friends, Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely worth checking out. First off, the atmosphere was great. The bar area was packed with TVs, so there wasn't a bad seat in the house. The crowd was lively and enthusiastic, creating a nice buzz of excitement throughout the restaurant. I had a cheeseburger with fries and a Michelada. The Michelada was so good! Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely agree!

My kids love wings so I've pretty much been to every Chicagoland location. This one beats all of them by a long shot. It's the farthest location from me but it's also the fastest to service and the cleanest.

This BBW location is one of my favorites. It tends to be busy since it’s right next door to the mall. I always had a great sever whenever I dined in. There is no hassle when I order take out online. The food is flavorful and hot. Drinks are pretty good.

BWW is always the best place for wings. Took advantage of the 2 for Tuesday deal on traditional wings.

Upset with this establishment, after walking around the mall and getting hungry I popped in hoping to get a table. I waited for 25 minutes in line to speak with the host and every party before mine got a table when I walked up and asked for a table for 4 I was denied. The host told me that all the tables were taken. I counted at least 6 open tables and atleast 3 others that clearly needed to be clean. I pointed them out and the host said nope sorry can’t give you a seat because they’re taken I was dumbfounded, my wife and two children had to go somewhere else. It’s clear the man at the podium only wanted larger parties and made no attempts to sit us. This establishment has lost my business permanently. Also, the host refused to give us a wait time for the next open table! Horrible horrible service.

As i was eating i was surprised to look up and see my server walking my way followed by a Large Group of 10+ People at which point i started to feel unsecure when they were seated on the table right next to me. At that point half way through my meal i was inconvenienced when the Restaurant stopped enforcing the 6 Feet Social Distancing Guidelines by seating such a big group so close with no regard for my party of 3 Still eating lunch.

The curd burger was great, it was a double patty with fries. I would have liked the cheese curd to be a bit more melty. The wings were good as well. The best sauce I think is the jamming jalapeño, the right amount of heat and sweet. Onion rings were also fresh and crunchy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have ordered here now 4 times and every single time they have been completely missing half my order or something is entirely incorrect. And upon calling to correct this issue all they can do is refund me a small fraction of my order (no door dash fees or anything which we all know are astronomical) and offer for me to come pick up my missing food. If I was able to pick it up wouldn’t I have done so in the first place? Not impressed whatsoever.

The female Bar tender, was less than professional.y husband and I sat at the bar, and he ordered a rum and coke, no sour, and I ordered a platinum margarita. She made my drink, sat it at the edge near her, and walked away bto a table of four, and began to talk and take their order. She never once said I'll be back, I had a table waiting to order or she just left. She didn't even sit my drink in front of me. She left it at the edge of the bar, and walked away, I had to reach over and get it. I'm shocked and appalled by her behavior. For what?.

Terrible terrible terrible service. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our order, our entree was out before our appetizer, the wings had very little sauce, the fries were cold, we didn’t get silverware and we had to wait like 10 minutes for someone to even walk by us, and when they gave us the silverware it was only a fork. The service is so bad. Everytime we’d ask for something my server would roll her eyes. As someone in a managerial position, this location has a LOT of work to do.

My daughter, my grandkids and I went here for lunch. It was terrific. The staff were all very nice & helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was delicious and came out right away. And they have house long islands for like $3 or $4.

I understand it was a busy day, but our food was given to us cold. The waiters were looking around to see who would accommodate us because none of them wanted to. Our waiter was nice, but she served everyone (even people who sat after us) before us. We felt very ignored and humiliated. We’re very understanding people and even left a $7 tip, but yet the quality and service wasn’t well:/

Been here multiple times, each time the service and food was not worth it. I understand the bartender may be busy but we sat for ten minutes and watched her watch the sports on the TVs. We get 15 traditional wings with medium heat. Took about 20 minutes to cook which is reasonable but they came out looking like they’ve been sitting and we’re not hot. Very disappointing but mostly expected by this point. Managers should be watching over things better. Making sure food gets expedited the moment it comes out of the window. If servers are too busy and cannot give a good experience to customers then managers should give wait times to tables.

We had 15 minutes sitting by the time the server showed up. The wings are ridiculous. Dry pretty pathetic for a place that supposedly is one of the best places to go for wings

The food was cold and it took more than 45 minutes to fix it... I love this place but my last visit was a nightmare.... The waiter was so cute and helpful but she missed my order... I wish they take this review in consideration.

I ordered lunch the other day and I must say it was delicious. Everything was great and the presentation of the food was spectacular.

The menu and drinks decreased in options, somewhat. However, they still have great meal choices to select from. Our server Charlene was great! Such a people pleaser and kind too. I'm glad we met her. The restaurant was clean, and there was no wait to get in or be seated. I was shocked, considering it was a Sunday evening. It might have been slow due to it being a holiday weekend. So keep that in mind if you happen to visit next Sunday and it's packed. Don't get mad at me! :)

There wings was like a brick the sauce was too hot, and the fries was okay. The manager said he would give me another order and I went back two days later the chicken was not as hard but dried ,no flavor ,bad and a 1/2 of hands of fried I thru both of them away. No more ever unless new management.

Both had holes on both seats. Food was mediocre at best. 7 year old granddaughter said the mac and cheese was terrible. She would not eat it. Peppered fries. 🤮 Will never go back. Waited was ok. I can make better wings in an air fryer. Do disappointed.

Today came in. It was 4 of us the waiter took our order for drinks. Then 5 minutes later they took our food order it took close to 50 minutes for the order to come out and when it came out it was barely warm. Fries where cold. Didn’t want to bother so they don’t take another 50 minutes to make them.

Ordered food to go while we were still eating our meal. We were done eating and had to wait 40 min for the food we ordered to go while we were eating. Spoke to the manager for some kind of explanation, discount or something but instead received a sad excuse of how they are really busy. They are a chain restaurant and should be used to serving a full restaurant (the restaurant wasn't full btw) I told him there should of been some kind of information given about the wait time to give anyone the option to order or not and all we received was an oh well response. So far the worst place for quick and friendly service.

Great service food was really good and didn't took long to get it after we order.

This place was not managed well last night. Workers wearing their pants below the waist, no sense of urgency to the customers. Didn't have the beers we wanted, Heineken and Corona. I understand workers are hard to find but, atleast TRAIN the ones you have!

Got the traditional wings and fries bundle on the app. I went to pick it up and I could not tell what was what. The mango Habanero was unusually watery and the Original Buffalo was non existent on the wings. On top of that the fries were under the wings and made them soggy as if i took them out of water and threw it right in the box. Seriously for 15 dollars I expect good quality food. I have been here twice and both times were the same, will not be returning

Had a wait before eating and they said they couldn't tell us the wait times for no reason. Almost gave our table away when it was ready. Nonstop phone ringing behind the pick up counter which also had 10+ people standing around it waiting for an employee to come. Server was okay and kind, looked a little miserable but I don't blame her. Food was good and was served decently quick. Good different seasonings, limited time one and the all time ones.

Customer service was good, how ever make sure you pay cash here because they tend to double charge when using debit cards. My server charged me twice for the same two meals. It was so hard getting my money back so I’ll just say make sure you just pay cash here🤬

They've changed the menu alot but overall food is still pretty good

Got food poisoning or some stomach bug from something i ate here. Cause my partner also got something about the same time after eating here. Got to be the wings, ranch sauce, or the celery. Plus the celery already had some kind of sauce on it already when i got served. Very odd. I give it a 3 though because i have been here before. Usually they have serve good food and get s few beers.
