This review is only for the service at this location. I am here waiting for a table at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. As we sit and wait our time to be seated, my husband & I are noticing the horrible staff service given here at this location. No one has been greeted with a hello or have a nice day as they leave. I see attitude in the staff for being asked a simple question and it’s not acceptable! The management at this location needs to have a meeting with there team and retrain with the proper customer service standards because I will definitely think about having to come and spend our money at an establishment that gives horrible service. Plus I do want to add that 45 minute wait for a restaurant that is not full is not okay either! I had to edit this review because our server Pam was just not great at her job this day. She kept forgetting to get us a refil. Never brought us extra plates for our appetizer and did not pick up our plates while we dined, and never brought out the soup I asked for. Very horrid experience.

We celebrated our mother's 85th birthday on Saturday November 18th 2023. We were a party of 10. No over the phone reservations taken. However you can get a reservation on site. You may have to wait for a table to accommodate your party. Nonetheless we were seated in about 45 minutes after all of our party arrived. We got a server of our own and a side room. My mother loves the Olive garden so she was happy. Here's a picture of her cutting her birthday cake. The food is good and the service is good and there is plenty of parking. Clean restrooms.

I like going to this Olive Garden. It is a family friendly restaurant. The staff is nice. On the weekend there is going to be a long wait. I like the fact you can get a salad or soup with your entree. The bread sticks are very good.

My first time here. It was nice. Great waitress, great food, nice music, nice atmosphere. Will be returning soon.

Great place for any reason. Family dining or a big celebration. Very reasonable prices for what you get! Food is always consistent and plentiful! Service is very good and the parking lot is huge! Usually one dinner is enough for two meals and delicious!

Server was great, the food delicious, just hate that I had to sit next to a table of 6 that was very loud

I was a customer at Olive Garden on 11-4-2022 and got served by a waitress named Jennifer G and she was horrible. I asked for a salad and my daughter wanted to taste my salad and I ask for more salad and the lady said because I shared my salad I wasn’t going to get it for free there would be a charged because I shared it with my daughter. I let that slide, I asked for a refill of drink for my daughter and she never brought it until I left. She never came to asked how we were doing nor even bring napkins and she had the worst attitude ever. Everything I would ask for anything she would give me a attitude. Never had I experienced this I had some friendly waiters before in this location.

My husband and I had dinner here tonight, and was very good. Chris our server was very attentive and friendly. Food was very good.

Honestly I did curbside and went in after they were 10 minutes past time. Only to find my food sitting and passed to me. Then when I got home it lacked favor and was dry. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta with angel hair. The garlic bread was great as per usual. The gnocchi soup was also quite good.

Brought mom for lunch & Ms. Karmelle was our server.. She's awesome & has an amazingly happy smile. She brought us delicious Zuppa Toscana soup, salad & piping hot breadsticks! Thank you Olive Garden & thank you to Ms. Karmelle for a delightful lunch!! We look forward to returning soon!!

We had a bout a 45min wait. Went quickly they called our phone. A bit busy! Our waiter was good & nice, a young Male. Food was great, plenty to take home. Salad was a Lil skimpy w the peppers & tomatoes. Shrimp&chicken carb, Was to die for. My Mom had rigatoni w sausage. She wasn't complaining. Bar drink was good too, strawberry cocktail...

The wait time was ridiculously long considering many empty tables were clearly visible, cleaned, and open. The food service was quite slow but our waiter was quite kind and attentive. It was okay but honestly can't say I'll be going back personally. Food was yummy though. Just be prepared for quite a wait and make sure to push them for your free breadsticks if you want them.

The chicken Parmesan was so good .

Olive Garden was my favorite restaurant growing up. I don't go often (maybe once a year) but it's been a while since my food was really good. I also felt like my portions for the tour of Italy are smaller than every one else's plate. I can't wait to add additional seasonings to my leftovers tomorrow (my fettuccine was dry) lol. Our server was really nice, but the booth we were sitting in has a very faint odor. The three of us all said our food was "ok".

Placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:20 didn't get it until 6:30. No biggie. It was the food i received that was the problem. I ordered a chicken parm and it came with a piece of lasagna and some strands linguine noodles making me feel like they just lumped a bunch of leftovers together on my dish. Disgusting!

I sat at the bar tonight and I must say I’m beyond impressed with Omar! I watched this guy for almost 2 hours clean his bar like no other! We chatted and he expressed why it’s important to him to maintain a clean bar “because I don’t want people to ever feel like the bar they’re sitting at is dirty”…so this kid cleaned nonstop - scrubbing, disinfecting and going ABOVE AND BEYOND! Omar’s pride for his bar should be acknowledged ALWAYS! Olive Garden Burbank - kudos on your phenomenal team member, Omar! 5 stars!

First they wouldn't let us sit at the bar. Then once we sat at the bar. Nets were flying so much I could barley eat. The bartender was great. She. Kept trying spray to stop the bugs and she made great drinks

Horrendous service. We didn’t get any bread sticks with our soup. My drink took 15 minutes to arrive. The server walked off with my card for 10 minutes. He was serving other people during this time. Refills took forever. Then, my sever didn’t charge both my gift cards! Charged my card! HORRIBLE!!! Will never dine in again. I understand that it was busy but the fact that other tables got bread sticks with their meals and not us. I was courteous and patience but it was just really bad service!

At First Had A Problem With The Greeters They Forgot I Had Early Checked In An Seated Other Guest Before Me And My Party But Afterwards Our Waitress Made Our Experience Grand Everything Turned Out Swell!! Very Attentive To All Our Eating Experience

What a fantastic experience, the food and service were top notch, 5 star all the way. The Olive Garden is lucky to have a top tier manager like CJ, and my server Luis treated us outstanding and did a fantastic job as well! Great job! We will definitely be back here!

From start to finish, the evening was great! Our server Lois was awesome and attentive, The food was great, there were like 3 birthdays, it was a great time. All the staff was nice and I tried something different and was not disappointed. Thank you all for a wonderful mother/ daughter date night experience!

the place is small but the service is super incredible at least it is the first time that I go to this town but it was super good 👍.... incredible service and the person who attended us at the amazing table. Thanks Alex tremendous service today.

Celebrated my birthday on January 30th 2022 had a great time and the food and drinks were awesome, the service was great also.

We were there last Sunday around 3:30-4pm. I guess a late lunch or early dinner. Our server was amazing; we were 4 of us. She took the time to explain to my 86 yr old mom what the dish consisted of in spanish. Our server also provided recommendations between our selections. Thank you.

Hadn't been here in years but WOW...it was warm and inviting service was great👍 I did a lunch service this time and the food was fresh, hot and GOOD Soups were hot and delicious Breadsticks were warm and buttery Salad was very delicious and fresh. Love the splash of grated cheese on the soup and salad Loved that it was a dressed salad. Didn't have to use anymore salad dressing Wait service was friendly, kind, and timely My only disappointment was the coffee it was not strong, very weak. Overall, had a wonderful experience here ❤️

I would recommend my friends and family to eat at Olive Garden because the service and the food was really goood. I would definitely be back.

Mothers Day 2023. First day back since pandemic. We were discussing our meals and dining experience: Still delicious. Portion size was way smaller. Breadsticks are longer and thicker. The $6 Take out box was half the size because the portion has generally shrank. The restaurant was half full at lunch time with overwhelming number of servers and greeters in black. In the long run, if the old portion size was maintained despite a relatively big jump in prices, the restaurant would have been popping as it did before. Service today was just okay, very robotic. She even forgot the red pepper shaker I asked for so I asked another server to bring it out. Don’t worry I tipped well. 4 years ago. Service was fast and friendly. Five stars.

I haven't visited this location in years, but I was very surprised that there were great changes. The food was delicious; the services were great; and the ambiance was nice as usual.

Going in the middle of stars only because, of the service. 15 minutes to wait for a table, which is fine, no big deal there. When they sat us down, no server came around. Some computer on the table to order your food. Couldn’t figure it out, didn’t get any help. I will say, if I have to go into a restaurant and order my meal on a screen, I will not go back. Very disappointed.

The staff was awesome and helpful! The food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was welcoming. So were the drinks 🍸

Always a great day whenever I am able to dine in at the Olive Garden. They have really good food and do a great job of keeping up high quality standards. All the haters call it fake Italian, but I never have any serious complaints. Fantastic service and delicious food is always a good time.
