I
came
in
with
a
party
of
10.
6
adults
4
kids.
We
called
to
add
ourselves
to
the
wait
list.
Since
we
are
used
to
waiting
because
in
my
family
is
always
over
10
people.
We
were
told
we
had
to
be
present
in
the
building
to
add
our
party
to
the
list,
we
said
fine
we’ll
be
there
in
20
minutes
since
we
had
just
gotten
out
of
church.
We
all
arrived
together
we
rode
in
the
same
vehicle
which
is
a
10+
passenger
van.
When
we
got
there
2
of
our
kids
went
to
use
the
restroom
while
we
where
added
to
the
list
but
for
some
reason
the
hostess
demanded
to
see
all
10
people
of
our
party
present
and
I
quote
asked
us
to
raise
our
hands
so
that
she
could
see
we
where
there
even
though
she
had
seen
us
coming
in.
We
waited
for
the
kids
to
come
out
of
the
bathroom
but
when
they
did
she
still
made
us
wait
for
them
to
see
all
10
of
us.
At
this
point
we
were
all
upset
since
the
hostess
kept
on
asking
how
many
where
in
our
party
also
about
7
other
tables
were
sat
before
us
so
we
asked
for
a
manager
and
explained
the
situation
and
decided
to
go
to
Outback.
And
as
my
father
told
the
manager
we
will
spend
$400
dlrs
somewhere
else.
I
used
to
work
at
longhorn
on
95th
St
and
Pulaski
I
know
about
customer
service
the
two
hosts
that
where
there
need
more
training
and
a
nicer
attitude.
By
the
way
we
tipped
20%
at
outback
we
always
do.
