Food, service, and drinks, Irish Times does an amazing job with it all! I have hosted many parties at Irish Times and they always accommodate my guest's needs. During winter I can huddle next to the fireplace and I can enjoy the beautiful back patio during summer. Irish Times is like a second home. 💗

The cutest little Irish pub! We came here after a zoo day and the entire family enjoyed it. We got the cheese curds and Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and they were both delicious. The shot you see in the photos is the China White shot and it's free if you check in on Yelp! The fish tacos were great, but the corned beef tacos were out of this world! Highly recommend this place for an afternoon lunch or family dinner.

A new favorite place! We sat outdoors at the beer garden which was set the tone for a very chill summer night. Very impressed with the food. Our server recommended the corned beef bites and we were not disappointed. For entrees we had the Mac n cheese and the Irish Times burger. I'd definitely recommend the Mac and cheese. Service was good, the only mishap was my order was incorrect when it arrived. The server gladly corrected it however my food wasn't warm by the time I actually began to eat after the correction. Besides that, I still plan on returning for their amazing food!

Absolutely love this place!! It's nice and cozy with a true feel of Ireland. It can never be like Ireland, but it's pretty darn close to it! I've had the Shephards Pie, Guinness Stew, and today I had the Irish Time Burger. It's all lovely! The Guinness is poured and served really well. The service is also great. They have a fireplace up front where you can sit next to if you are extra warm blooded.

Great location to gather for any kind of celebration. We attended a shower here The staff was so kind and helpful! I loved the ambiance and the food was great. We had a private room with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to host s.all gathering with an Irish feel.

Was blown away. Their Shepardd pie was the best I ever had. The Guinness was perfect. According to my Irish buddy, this is the closest he has found in the Chicago and greater Chicagoland area to taste like home. Maybe the tubing from the tap or gas ratio, but it's perfect. A far drive, but I'll be back. No ccw welcome.

Nice cozy place. Has a decked out outdoor beer garden that is nicely decored. Restrooms were clean and pleasant smelling. I appreciate there are four separate areas as one area was a bit loud with a inebriated birthday crowd singing 80's tunes. Service was good although she goofed on our Manhattans but she owned up to it and redid our drinks. We ordered the Shepards Pie, Corned Beef Slices, Buffalo Wings and Double Cheese Burger. Wings and burger were just OK. Ordered medium but maybe I should've ordered med rare instead. I was satisfied at least the wings were juicy and not dry/overcooked. Corned beef on slices of bread was better and my buddy enjoyed his pie. Would definitely be back for the ambiance and feel the pub gave but will try other entrees instead.

The food was really good. I can't wait to try more of their menu. Everything was super flavorful, even down to the cheese curds and fries. The place was dim enough for a more intimate vibe, but wasn't so dark as to be difficult to see. Very friendly place with good service. Worth the trip.

@joislunch @irishtimes in Brookfield, and it was between the shrimp po boy or the mussels. What do you think I got... delicious mussles. Wanted more bread for the sause that was left, but I have to watch my girlish figure. Totally worth it. #mussles #ilovemylunch #irishtimes #brookfield #seafoodlover

I went with a group of friends. The appetizers were okay. The cocktails were a bit strong (not that I'm complaining). After we placed our order, the waitress completely forgot about us and was talking with the bartender all night. She didn't even get us water. We had to bother the busser when we needed something. The entrees weren't great. I had the Reuben, and I've had far better elsewhere for less money. After waiting a while, the waitress finally came back for the check, and we completely forgot to say to do separate checks at the beginning. Well, we tell her then, and she flips out. Heavy sighing and getting very snippy. We apologized multiple times, but that didn't seem to help. Anyway, I don't think I'll ever be coming back.

We went to Irish Times for a late lunch 12/28/23. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and attentive service. Very family friendly, too. I highly recommend it!

My first time in Chicago and we ate here a few times, the food and service was amazing. Especially Mike and Tom, so friendly and helpful. It is like a home away from home, feels like you are sitting in a pub in Ireland! Definitely worth a visit if in Chicago!

The atmosphere was great, however service wasn't. Took almost 10 minutes to be greeted. Entrée came within minutes of the appetizer, but somehow both came before my initial drink. It was not a busy night, not sure why service was poorly paced. Wasn't offered another drink until we were close to leaving anyway. And unfortunately my wife was served a potpie that wasn't very warm. Overall a mediocre experience, unfortunate because I know this place can do better.

Came in last week for a much needed night out. Tacos, apps & drink selection were great. Our server Mike was super friendly and even though it was very busy he checked on us constantly. Appreciate the awesome service!

Fish 🐠 fry was ok but grease. Coleslaw was great. Will definitely come back but not for the fish next time.

Never again. Way too loud. I’m surprised the wait staff hasn’t contacted OSHA. We left with ringing in our ears. Did you know you can get better (and less expensive) Fish & Chips at Culver’s? Not the Irish Times I remember.

Friendly staff, cozy environment, and reasonable prices. Great place to celebrate events like today, St. Patrick’s Day - they have a special menu. I tried the Guinness Beef Stew while others had the fish and chips. Everything was great.

Irish times did not disappoint! The service was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious as well. Everything was served hot and fresh and had tons of options that everyone could enjoy from traditional Irish foods to burgers, homemade Mac and Cheese, tacos of all kinds, and the list keeps going. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We went for dinner and a few drinks . The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the summer salad with blackened shrimp. I ate every bit! Mozarella sticks, potato skins were delicious. The chicken strips were such a big hit with our group. Such a light batter. The atmosphere was really lovely and such a great atmosphere. Michael our server was excellent and so pacient, thank you Michael! Coming back today for lunch!

Food is awesome! You definitely need to get their Shepherd's Pie; it's the best I have ever had! Great cozy atmosphere. Old school Irish Pub. Love it! This place is a must!

I recently went for the first time a few weeks ago. We started off with a few appetizers including: The fried pickles, shrimp diablo, and the potato skins all of which were amazing. We also tried a few main dishes including the corned beef tacos and fish & chips. All of the food items were fantastic. All of the server staff and bartenders were polite and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Delivery missed two entire menu items from our order and the fish tacos that did get delivered were tiny, barely assembled and cold. They won't answer the phone so there is no accountability for our messed up order and all I can get for my troubles is Doordash credits. Sad because this place used to be a favorite of ours.

My Family was recently at Irish Times and Michael was our server. This establishment is one of my favorite places to go in the area. The food is excellent, no one pours a better Guinness. Very often they have entertainment as well. I would suggest following them on various social media platforms for their upcoming events. Our server Michael was the best. He was very friendly and was always right there when we needed something. The staff at Irish Times is always great. All around excellent place.

on the way home to the hotel we went to eat here. the pur is well attended in the evening. a table for 4 tourists was no problem :) There is a huge beer and wine list. The beer is international and (even for German beer) the prices are fair. But of course local beer was ordered and drunk :) The magharitas (strawberry and normal) are very tasty and priced very well. The cuisine was good. Pretzel with honey mustard as starter were very good. The burgers were big and tasty. The stew is served very hot and was a dream. As desert there was a delicious strawberry cheesecake.

For an Irish pub, this is what you want. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the decor. My kids love to find the “fairy doors” let your server know that you found them all and you can get a prize. I love the servers that we get every time we go there. They are always super sweet to my toddlers and make sure they are acknowledged. It’s warm and cozy inside. The food is comforting and makes you want to loosen up your belt as you’re walking out. Right by the train station so you can enjoy a pint before heading home. Love this place.
