This
place
is
still
one
of
the
best
steak
house
restaurants
around
the
Chicagoland.
The
service
used
to
be
phenomenal
and
everything
was
spot
on.
After
the
covid-19
pandemic
the
service
slipped,
our
waiter
was
very
slow
and
he
also
made
a
lot
of
mistakes
with
our
table's
order,
he
just
kept
getting
one
thing
after
another
wrong.
I
have
to
admit
that
he
did
go
above
and
beyond
to
correct
his
mistakes
with
the
food
orders.
The
atmosphere
here
is
business
like
and
laid
back,
I
really
enjoy
seating
at
the
bar
listening
to
the
piano
player
before
and
after
dinner.
The
food
is
still
very
good,
but
the
prices
have
risen
substantially
higher,
while
the
level
of
service
has
fallen.
The
one
thing
that
I
would
like
to
point
out,
is
that
the
staff
here
is
willing
to
go
above
and
beyond
to
make
almost
any
dish
requests
regardless
if
it's
on
the
menu
or
not.
They
are
willing
to
accommodate
any
reasonable
special
request,
to
make
sure
that
your
dining
experience
is
a
phenomenal
one.
We
asked
if
they
could
grilled
our
Australian
lobster
and
chop
it
up
in
small
pieces
as
an
appetizer
and
they
did
an
amazing
job.
I
requested
that
they
partially
cook
my
porterhouse
steak
in
the
oven
and
finish
off
on
the
grill,
to
prevent
too
much
outside
charring
and
they
did
a
phenomenal
job.
Unfortunately
not
everyone
at
our
table
got
exactly
what
they
ordered,
but
we
all
compromised
and
it
all
worked
out
just
fine.
