Had
a
horrible
experience
this
Saturday
at
Highline.
People
took
the
weekend
off
to
come
to
the
city
so
I
knew
brunch
had
to
be
perfect.
I
live
in
the
city
and
have
been
to
many
bottomless
brunches.
I've
done
a
lot
of
research
regarding
brunch
spots
and
the
reviews
were
good
for
Highline
so
I
had
high
expectations.
I
initially
called
2
days
ahead
to
ask
if
we
could
move
our
brunch
to
10:30
from
10.
The
person
on
the
phone
looked
at
the
schedule
for
noon
commitments
and
said
that
there
were
none
and
10:30
will
work
out.
When
we
arrived
(on
time),
we
were
the
ONLY
table
filled
with
guests
in
the
front.
Waiter
asked
for
dietary
restrictions
and
they
offered
to
make
a
vegetarian
pizza
(which
was
wonderful).
Obviously
we
had
some
celebrations,
but
the
waiters/servers
never
asked
and
we
had
to
almost
beg
for
something
special
for
the
2
brides
to
be.
However,
an
hour
after
we
got
there,
we
were
told
we
only
had
30
minutes
left
and
needed
to
leave
since
the
package
strictly
ends
at
12.
This
was
NOT
discussed
on
the
phone
how
if
we
moved
our
reservation
to
10:30
we
would
lose
30
minutes.
Otherwise
we
would've
come
at
10.
We
asked
if
we
could
extend
it
30
minutes
so
we
could
have
the
full
2
hours,
or
pay
less
since
we
did
lose
25%
of
our
time.
They
said
that
they
needed
the
table
at
12
and
did
not
offer
anything
else
after
they
FAILED
to
mention
to
us
that
we
would
not
get
a
full
2
hours.
Katelyn
was
unprofessional
about
handling
this
and
told
us
that
she
"knew
we
were
difficult
from
the
start"
since
we
asked
them
to
make
special
food
not
in
the
menu
(which
we
did
not
ask).
She
was
about
to
kick
us
out
but
after
a
lot
of
convincing,
she
let
us
go
to
the
back
bar
for
another
30
minutes.
We
went
to
the
back
bar
and
set
our
things
on
a
table
(there
were
5
empty
tables)
and
she
stated
that
we
had
to
stand
in
the
corner
or
sit
by
the
bar
(which
had
NO
SPACE)
otherwise
will
kick
us
out
and
would
not
give
us
any
champagne
(which
she
agreed
to
so
the
bottomless
package
was
2
hours
long).
Meanwhile
the
whole
front
of
the
restaurant
was
still
EMPTY
at
12:20
and
the
back
bar
had
empty
tables
as
well.
We
have
never
been
treated
so
rudely.
We
were
failed
by
Highline
and
Katelyn.
This
could've
been
avoided.
Also
saw
that
she
reported
to
you
that
we
were
late,
touching
new
tableware,
and
may
have
"too
much
champagne"
(which
is
TOTALLY
not
true
because
we
were
all
dealing
with
this
situation
instead).
These
are
all
lies.
