GO HERE. Get the brunch and AYCD mimosas and thank me later. We had an amazing time here during a football sunday. The buffet is incredible. They have a selection like no other spot. The donut wall is the highlight. The unique salads and waffle bar were my favorite item. The servers kept our drinks topped off all afternoon. We stayed after brunch and played video games upstairs and had a couple extra drinks to top off a great visit!

Had a horrible experience this Saturday at Highline. People took the weekend off to come to the city so I knew brunch had to be perfect. I live in the city and have been to many bottomless brunches. I've done a lot of research regarding brunch spots and the reviews were good for Highline so I had high expectations. I initially called 2 days ahead to ask if we could move our brunch to 10:30 from 10. The person on the phone looked at the schedule for noon commitments and said that there were none and 10:30 will work out. When we arrived (on time), we were the ONLY table filled with guests in the front. Waiter asked for dietary restrictions and they offered to make a vegetarian pizza (which was wonderful). Obviously we had some celebrations, but the waiters/servers never asked and we had to almost beg for something special for the 2 brides to be. However, an hour after we got there, we were told we only had 30 minutes left and needed to leave since the package strictly ends at 12. This was NOT discussed on the phone how if we moved our reservation to 10:30 we would lose 30 minutes. Otherwise we would've come at 10. We asked if we could extend it 30 minutes so we could have the full 2 hours, or pay less since we did lose 25% of our time. They said that they needed the table at 12 and did not offer anything else after they FAILED to mention to us that we would not get a full 2 hours. Katelyn was unprofessional about handling this and told us that she "knew we were difficult from the start" since we asked them to make special food not in the menu (which we did not ask). She was about to kick us out but after a lot of convincing, she let us go to the back bar for another 30 minutes. We went to the back bar and set our things on a table (there were 5 empty tables) and she stated that we had to stand in the corner or sit by the bar (which had NO SPACE) otherwise will kick us out and would not give us any champagne (which she agreed to so the bottomless package was 2 hours long). Meanwhile the whole front of the restaurant was still EMPTY at 12:20 and the back bar had empty tables as well. We have never been treated so rudely. We were failed by Highline and Katelyn. This could've been avoided. Also saw that she reported to you that we were late, touching new tableware, and may have "too much champagne" (which is TOTALLY not true because we were all dealing with this situation instead). These are all lies.

Visiting Chicago. We came in, they sat us at a table and left. We were a bit confused on how everything worked but we knew it was all you can eat and drink. The fact that we had no direction once we were seated is why I deducted a star. That, and the fact that the seats and table were very uncomfortable and tight. But once I asked someone and the waitress came around things got going and it was a vibe from there. The music was great. It was giving turn up brunch without all the turn up, professional turn up if you will. Lol. I had a good time. The food was good. We had shots with our neighbors. Now I will say there was nothing Covid precautions about it. So if you are a stickler this is not your place. But if you love mimosas, good food, and a vibe… go here!

Went to brunch on Saturday. Bottomless mimosas and buffet at around $77 per person. Must have reservation well in advance for this. I thought it was pricey but also had a great time so. I would return.

Had lunch here with my team, customer service was great and food was decent. Place was pretty empty for lunch, so the service was really fast. Can't say the food was top notch, but it was alright. Will definitely consider coming back.

Dropped by on a Wednesday after work during happy hour time and was pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and attentive, crowd was mellow and noise level was great for conversation. Beyond burger was actually pretty good especially with vegan cheese. Will visit again for sure!!!

Amazing experience! The staff was awesome. They have the bottomless mimosa with buffet for 50 bucks. Worth it! The food was so good! Lots of options. Get the sliders. They give you a variety of juices too for your mimosa. Would come again!!!

I've been here multiple times for brunch and It's always PACKED. The staff is friendly though 🙂. The food is decent and they keep it coming so bring your appetite 😋. Its also a bit expensive! Expect to spend at least $70 per person (including the reservation fee). 🥹 Parking is sometimes hard to find and that's not cheap either 😩 My only complaint is that the women's bathroom was a hot mess the whole time I was there 🤢

I had a horrible experience this past Saturday .about 15 of us were celebrating my friends birthday. One of the servers had a champagne bottle that hit and broke two glasses that were sitting in front of me . There was tiny pieces of glass all over me , one of my friends , and the table. My feet and shoes were also soaked in water/champagne from the glass breaking . The server then started picking the glass up saying someone was in her way and she hit the table. At first , it wasn’t that big of a deal because accidents do happen but Then my friend noticed pieces of glass in my hair .I then asked the server for napkins to clean myself up and she ignored me. Not once did she apologize. That’s when I asked to speak with the manager. The manager did not come right away . It took me to ask three other workers for the manager to come. The first thing the manager said to me was It was an accident, what do you want me to do about it . No apology, no asking if i was okay, or anything. I explained to her I have glass in my hair , my shoes are wet and she just stared at me and walked off . At that point , I put my coat on and left out because I knew the situation would escalate further. I decided to leave because i did not want to cause a scene. After I ended up leaving the remaining girls at the table found additional pieces of glass on them, on their plates and on the table. The manager then moved them to a table upstairs for their remaining time. The first 30 minutes was cool, the vibe/music was good ,the little food I did eat and the one mimosa I had was good but the server and the manager need to be trained on customer service, especially The Manager, very inconsiderate! Accidents do happen all the time , but it’s the way you go about it !

I honestly did not want to write this, but when unpredictable things happen in life and the customer service you receive is so inconsiderate it's hard not to express your frustration. My first visit to Highline was so great, I wanted to bring my friends back here for brunch on 10/14/23. Unfortunately, the evening of 10/13/23 I tested positive for covid. I paid the deposit for the reservation and I understand the cancellation policy is 48 hours notice prior to your reservation......but in my case up until Friday evening, I had every intent of showing for my reservation. I tried to call Friday night and into Saturday morning, even through Sunday, Monday, etc. nobody answers. I sent an email and finally got a response only to be told I am not getting a refund because I did not notify 48 hours before. I even asked for credit if that's all they could do and I have been ignored since. So unacceptable.

Amazing 🤩 amazing awesomely amazing lol. This place is so fun. The music is great, the food is good(it’s a buffet)they have so many choices, the vibe is even better and you get endless mimosas 😁. The staff was super friendly and just had the best customer service and service ❗️❗️My friend had a birthday party, it was my first time here. The buffet is in the back right along with a cool game room. Bathrooms were clean, dj was hitting every time yasss! It’s a great place to have a brunch party or gathering. You will have to find parking in the street or you can pay for parking on the garage across the street from the building.(but it’s cheaper to park on the street☺️)

AMAZING BUFFET, the food tasted seasoned and all fresh and wonderful! the selection was amazing and the unlimited mimosas are great. i just wish there was an option to not have them too. the music and vibes were making it feel like THE PLACE TO BE. service was okay, they kinda just bring mimosas and disappear… so don’t need anything because they aren’t around. best off looking for it around the food or going and asking the bar. but i would recommend and would go back because the good greatly outweighed the bad!

I made reservations for 3 and they sat me right in front of the door at a very small table. I asked if there were any other seating areas available, a reservation canceled and we were able to get a booth. I recommend getting reservations it's a popular spot. You have to pay a $20 deposit per person to reserve but it does go towards your bill. We had the brunch buffet with endless mimosas ($50). The selection of food was amazing. So much to choose from. They had everything and it was all good. We were soooo full. The music was lit and definitely was a vibe. I would suggest not going on "game" day unless you want to watch the game. It's super loud and crowded. The buffet was very clean and always re-filled. It was a little pricey but it was worth it with all the food/mimosas you can eat.

The food was great, the bottomless mimosas were well worth the price. We watched the game as we ate and danced at our table, we played arcade games and enjoyed the desert selection!! The atmosphere is amazing. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was when we were leaving!! There was a large group of people that took up two tables near the entrance and as they were leaving out 3 of the guys pulled guns out they pants tucked them under there arm as if it was normal. These were not ordinary guns they had extra extension clips on them. I was nervous because they were inside the restaurant the whole time with these guns. The guns were hidden while inside the restaurant but all I could think about was bottomless mimosas, stupidity and guns don’t mix. It literally only takes one person to get offended and shots are fired. When offering bottomless mimosas I would expect for security to do a lot more than check ID.

Great experience! Food, music and drinks were amazing! The atmosphere was fantastic and the service was great. Gave service a four because instead of the cleaner asking were we done eating, he grabbed our plates as if we were done and rushed us to leave the table and sit at the bar. It only takes a few seconds to say “Hi, we need this reserved table now, may you move to the bar and would you like me to take these items”. Overall Amazing! Going again soon!

I love this place!!! Beautiful people and a beautiful atmosphere. The turkey sausage could be cooked more. They look gray and no one is eating that. The bacon can also be cooked longer to give it good crisp. Besides that I definitely will be back again.

What a fun spot! For 2 hours at $50 of bottomless mimosas and a buffet, it's such a good deal. Drinks were great, I thought the food was yummy, and the service was excellent! Came for my birthday and had too much fun :)

Such a nice experience! Grab your girls or grab your boo... put on a nice fit and go and enjoy a nice brunch situation out in downtown Chicago. This place was clean and organized..the food was delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves. Brunch was buffet style...mimosas were bottomless (per person). The food stations were nice and even had an omlette station that a cook makes for you. Gratuity is included, no matter the size of party. Make reservations first. There can be a line outside.

I love brunch here! The buffet is great and they make sure you get your money's worth with the mimosas. They have a DJ too so it's definitely a vibe. I would come here for a birthday or any celebration!

Literally the best brunch spot in Chicago! You get an all you can eat buffet plus bottomless mimosas all for $50. The buffet has great food options and do not get me started on the desert options. The service is spectacular. Our server and her partner were great. Her partner had three days into her shift and was amazing! Everyone here was so accommodating and nice. Literally every employee kept checking up on us to see if we were doing okay. As well got a round of on the house shots for my birthday and helped with the setup for some bday pictures at the host stand. Definitely will be coming again! Good music and great vibes :)

Food was good... service was good...Music was good... temperature of the restaurant was very warm...I didn't like that. Also make sure you study your bill..they automatically charge 20% gratuity...no matter the party size. So don't double tip... unless you want to

Excellent service and extremely large portions (seriously, my spicy crispy chicken sandwich was a behemoth by itself, and it came with a mountain of tater tots). But the chicken was a little too deep fried for my liking. Personal preference aside, would come back again for the vibes and free arcade.
