Our
family
has
dined
in
at
the
patio
for
many
years.
This
place
holds
dear
moments
for
my
family
it
is
where
my
family
spent
my
late
husbands
last
birthday
together
before
he
was
killed
on
a
motorcycle.
For
the
past
4
years
we
have
went
there
annually
7/25
to
honor
my
late
husband
and
celebrate
his
heavenly
birthday
🎈
together
with
our
family
and
extended
family
to
honor
JOSEPH
SR.
LIFE
and
memories
with
our
children
and
extended
family
also
spent
a
lot
of
money
here
on
that
day.
For
the
past
3
years
with
the
old
general
manager,
the
experience
has
been
pleasant.
This
year
the
experience
was
unbelievable
and
disheartening.
The
new
store
manager
who
is
a
Hispanic
male
with
no
name
tag
is
a
heartless
vulture.
As
my
family
and
I
placed
our
huge
order,
we
ordered
a
vanilla
shake
on
order
one.
My
15-year-old
son
decided
to
place
his
own
order
in
order
to
strawberry
shake
and
a
pop.
We
went
over
to
the
table
with
two
separate
numbers
and
the
waitress
brought
us
over
two
strawberry
shakes
a
pop
and
missing
half
of
our
food.
When
we
told
her
about
it
she
went
to
get
the
manager
who
came
over
and
asked
us
what
was
going
on.
We
explained
that
way
we
were
missing
my
sister-in-law's
vanilla
shake
and
a
couple
items.
He
tells
us
the
cashier
from
order
2
rang
up
2
strawberry
shakes
from
we
explained
one
was
to
be
vanilla
and
there
were
2
separate
orders
as
we
are
here
on
a
big
celebration.
He
proceeded
to
tell
us
that
we
ordered
to
starwberry
shakes
again
I
showed
him
the
first
receipt
with
the
vanilla
shake
and
explain
to
him
that
it
was
a
separate
order
and
I'm
sorry
for
any
confusion
but
it's
not
our
fault.
He
then
seemed
agitated
as
I
was
right.
The
vanilla
shake
was
separate
and
owed
and
it
actually
looks
like
we
were
overcharged
on
the
second
order,
The
manager
who
said
it
was
a
store
manager
had
the
audacity
and
nerve
to
ask
my
son
for
the
strawberry
shake
back,
as
the
drink
was
already
being
drank
as
it's
100°
outside.
After
knowing
the
celebration
was
a
birthday
memorial
for
these
kids
father
and
the
waitress
brought
the
drinks
to
the
tables
to
the
kids
and
they
were
drinking
I
just
was
so
disgusted
by
the
heartless
bothered
behavior
from
the
general
manager
and
literally
brought
me
to
tears
and
he
asked
for
the
shake
back
a
second
time.
I
explained
to
him
that
he
can
have
the
shake
back
and
refund
it
and
refund
all
of
our
food
if
he
took
that
shake
from
my
son
for
their
mistake
after
we
have
been
spending
thousands
here
over
the
years
and
come
here
for
this
occasion
annually
he
rolled
his
eyes
and
walked
away.
Never
returned.
Let
my
son
keep
the
shake
sent
the
cashier
over
to
apologize
to
us
and
ensure
that
she
was
not
the
one
who
took
the
second
order
which
she
wasn't.
Gratefully
or
she
probably
would
have
lost
her
job
over
this
shake.
I
don't
know
what
this
guy's
problem
is
or
if
he
was
having
a
bad
day
or
if
he
is
just
a
heartless
person.
But
literally
the
patio
gives
away
free
ice
cream
to
make
a
big
deal
about
a
shake.
That
was
the
patio's
mistake
for
a
grieving
family
who
comes
there
every
year
to
celebrate
with
their
whole
entire
extended
family
to
be
treated
this
way
and
made
to
cry
and
feel
like
we
were
trying
to
get
one
over
on
the
patio
is
beyond
appalling.
He
never
even
came
over
to
apologize
for
the
confusion
or
upsetting
us
in
any
way.
This
is
a
very
saddening
experience
with
the
service
of
the
patio
considering
I
have
been
coming
here
for
years
and
honestly
the
old
GM
was
so
nice
and
thoughtful.
Even
got
my
husband's
prayer
card
in
there
smh
I
know
I'm
probably
not
going
to
take
my
family
there
throughout
the
year
anymore
to
spend
our
hard
earned
money
there
and
be
treated
this
way
annually
for
the
birthday.
I
still
have
a
year
to
consider
returning
for
our
annual
birthday
memorial
celebration.
The
patios
managers
grade
has
completely
appalled
us
and
hurt
me
and
my
family.
