The food it self was good but they over charged me and when I asked about it the lady at the counter got super angry and a HUGE attitude just because I asked a question. I was baffled how my 2 $8.99 meals turned into $38 and change. She never explained it to me she was just super rude

I place my order through the app so I can pick up quickly and leave they had all the mobile order receipts just laying there and when I ask for my order they barley start making it like really I came at the time it was supposed to be ready had to wait an additional 15 minutes just to wait for my mobile order people who were ordering in person left quicker then me

Placed an order through UberEats, and had a total of 3 different drivers that cancelled. Called restaurant to find out what happened. The female that answered knew my name and order before I could even say it. She said the first guy picked up the order, and they sent two other drivers there afterwards. So obviously the first driver stole the food, which is why they sent the other two drivers. Before I could even ask any further questions, she had a disgusting attitude and said “TAKE IT UP WITH UBER EATS.” I asked if there can verify that the driver swipes that they picked up the order before handing it to the driver to prevent theft, as this was the 2nd time a driver had stolen food from this location, and she got real snippy and said “NO, WE JUST MAKE THE FOOD AND SEND IT OUT,” with no sympathy for the customers who order and get their food stolen as if I did something wrong. You pay all this money for food -$41, just to have not only the driver steal your food and cancel the order, and the workers have an attitude when you ask a simple question. The customer service is TRASH. I was unable to catch her name, but the guy who stole my food is Durell who according to the app drives a Tesla. No wonder he has such horrible ratings - 86%, which is very low for UberEats, especially with almost 400 orders. I’m sure he’s done this before to several others.

OMG!!!😀😀😀This Turkey Flat i ordered is amazing!!!!! The Mac n Cheese was super hot and i ordered thru doordash, but this Mac n Cheese was hot like potbelly was right there!!!! Both Milkshakes(Coffee & Oreo) were amazing as well! I could eat this whole order all over if i wasnt so full!!!!

Ordered a sandwichon Potbelly in Oak Lawn. In the instructions, I asked to be called when the food arrives, left phone number. got text saying Muhammid is on his way with my food. Five minutes later I get another text saying my food was delivered. No food was delivered. Call Potbelly and was told by the manager Natasia that I can't receive a refund until later tonight because her general manager has to do it. Crazy how quick they take your money but replacing it is another issue. Would NEVER order from this place again. Still hunger.

I love this Potbelly location but today my sandwiches were not good at all missing flavor and i asked for extra peppers and extra onion I got none. I was really craving potbelly :(

As a former employee at Potbelly lin evergreen park I walked into this potbelly as a customer and to a very much more comfortable and peaceful environment with very welcoming and nice employees unlike walking into mean and toxic people employees in evergreen park as an employee nonetheless oak lawn potbelly is a lot more pleasant than Evergreen Park Potbelly.

Got order wrong, and that’s sad because they are making it in front of you. 8/10 at approx 4pm I asked for cheddar instead of provolone, but I got provolone. Asked for easy Mayo, and it was literally dripping with Mayo as well as no Italian seasoning on an Italian sandwich. A friend of the workers showed up and it was like no other customer existed after that. Too bad

The owner need to re-evaluate his worker that handles the drive through. She is not welcoming at all, the other workers are nice! I am a huge fan of potbelly’s, it’s disappointing w the service this lady provides, she makes this potbelly location bad. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in.

I’m upset ! I went to the oak lawn location and it says they close at 10. I arrived at 9:30 and they was closed. This is unprofessional and I went out my way just for them to be closed earlier than the stated time. I’ll never come try their food anymore!!!!

I need a curbside pickup so I don't know about the atmosphere but the service was great and representative that I spoke to on the phone Jessica was very accommodating for me and I haven't eaten a salad yet so I can't comment on it but I'm sure it will be good the service represent the establishment well

I decided to enjoy potbelly with my friends this evening when I walked in I was welcomed with opened open arms specifically by the employee Mikey he was so charismatic and completely made my night. He never missed a moment to go out of his way to make my experience better. I would highly recommend coming for the good food and staff!

I live 5 minutes away from this location and I must say this is the worse sandwich I’ve ever purchased from potbelly. Workers need retraining bc the West loop location is top notch with their sandwiches. Oak lawn has Dry sandwiches and even after requesting for extra oil, vinegar and seasonings.

Visited the drive thru today and the experience was terrible. The girl working the window and taking my order had the worst attitude. Patience was short and when I beeped my horn to let her know my chips weren’t inside, she really showed she was annoyed. I’ll pass all together. My sandwich was dry and just not good. I paid Almost $20 for a sandwich, drink and chips and treated like trash. I’m good all together with Potbelly’s, especially this location.

The sandwiches was plane. I ordered on the app did not get what I order. Called and he said it’s the was I ordered it. They don’t even care.

Love the sandwiches here! Also have a great pick a pair with soup or salad if your feeling on the lighter side. Always good . Fast and accurate service. Custom made every time.

They knowingly served me food that wasn’t edible! I ordered avocado on my sandwich, the avocado was extremely hard and inedible, when I simply asked if I could have a few slices to replace the hard avocado in my sandwich I was told without an apology that “all the avocados were like that and I wasn’t going to get anything different” if you know the avocados aren’t edible why are you serving them to customers!

Not trying to be petty but I hate the fact when I go in I'm not greeted however I still got a great tasting sandwich the smokehouse beef extra cheese on wheat with onion, mayo, mustard, lettuce, oil and seasonings....gotta get a cup of broc n cheddar....who don't love potbelly broc n cheddar lol

It was ok, but not my favorite in sandwiches. I did however enjoy the chicken pot pie soup. I was upset though because I was really looking forward to the broccoli cheddar soup and they didn't have it that day. Don't understand why they have it only on certain days and not daily.

Big sandwich is apparently $12.39 now, base. Adding bacon is $3. If I say "no salami, put extra ham instead", they don't. They didn't say they wouldn't. They just didn't. This sandwich alone just cost me almost $16, before tax, and they're being stingy.

I come here at least twice a week and they are consistently superb. They are always smiling and nice, even when they're busy. I honestly don't understand what some of the negative reviews are talking about. Maybe they were written by those super picky people you get stuck behind in the line sometimes? I don't know, but I've never been disappointed at this location. They load up your sandwich and it's not overpriced. Highly recommended.

This Pot belly's was delicious. Prices have gone up significantly. Watch your wallet or purse. Inside it was clean. The staff was friendly. The food here super tasty. Despite the prices I, highly recommend this place for everyone.
