Placed
an
order
through
UberEats,
and
had
a
total
of
3
different
drivers
that
cancelled.
Called
restaurant
to
find
out
what
happened.
The
female
that
answered
knew
my
name
and
order
before
I
could
even
say
it.
She
said
the
first
guy
picked
up
the
order,
and
they
sent
two
other
drivers
there
afterwards.
So
obviously
the
first
driver
stole
the
food,
which
is
why
they
sent
the
other
two
drivers.
Before
I
could
even
ask
any
further
questions,
she
had
a
disgusting
attitude
and
said
“TAKE
IT
UP
WITH
UBER
EATS.”
I
asked
if
there
can
verify
that
the
driver
swipes
that
they
picked
up
the
order
before
handing
it
to
the
driver
to
prevent
theft,
as
this
was
the
2nd
time
a
driver
had
stolen
food
from
this
location,
and
she
got
real
snippy
and
said
“NO,
WE
JUST
MAKE
THE
FOOD
AND
SEND
IT
OUT,”
with
no
sympathy
for
the
customers
who
order
and
get
their
food
stolen
as
if
I
did
something
wrong.
You
pay
all
this
money
for
food
-$41,
just
to
have
not
only
the
driver
steal
your
food
and
cancel
the
order,
and
the
workers
have
an
attitude
when
you
ask
a
simple
question.
The
customer
service
is
TRASH.
I
was
unable
to
catch
her
name,
but
the
guy
who
stole
my
food
is
Durell
who
according
to
the
app
drives
a
Tesla.
No
wonder
he
has
such
horrible
ratings
-
86%,
which
is
very
low
for
UberEats,
especially
with
almost
400
orders.
I’m
sure
he’s
done
this
before
to
several
others.
