Great portions!!! Delicious food very happy

This place on my list of the top 10 places to eat. A different choice of food. Delicious every time. Service is outstanding. Never a wait. Love it!!!

Haven't visited this place for about 2 years. Missed going here so me and my hubby stopped in. Not busy. We were the only two here. We placed our order and took a table near the window. The employee brought us our food and was surprised to see it in a black plastic to- go bowl with plastic utensils. We were used to the nice ceramic bowl with actual stainless steel utensils. The portion seemed so much smaller that what we usually get in the past and it was piping hot! An indicator that it was nuked. I got the pasta cappatavi and my husband got some steak bowl. We sat there for awhile airing out the food cause it was so hot. As we ate. We noticed the noodles were so wet...like they been soaking in the water for quite some time. It seemed the items were portioned controlled in a bowl and they just mixed up whatever pertaining to that certain dish that u order. Very dissatisfied with the portion size and the cheap presentation of food. Not to mention it was not prepared fresh to order. The nuking part really took away the flavor of the food. Yet. They still charge the same price or more two years since we've been there. Another restaurant to scratch off our list. No need for corporate to respond. We won't be going back. Thank you for keeping my money in my pocket

I ordered noodles with my friends, staff was a little rude, however food was good and came quickly! I would come here again though.

Tables were sticky and so was the floor. I got my food and my noodles were very dry barely any sauce. I took it up to the counter and asked for extra sauce because it was dry and was told I had to pay for it. The amount of sauce I got was just as crazy as having to pay for it just to enjoy my dish. Deff not a fan.

Sarah who is the Uber eats manager for noodles & co for this location is wonderful- she is polite, went above and beyond her service and the food was exceptionally wonderful- if you ever stop in there give her a shout out for such a wonderful job she does and honestly probably everyone in there they are all great

have ordered here for quick pick up a few times in this past month and the food was great and pick up time was correct. dine in experience was good too, not the cleanest feel but its clean. portions of extra sauce that I have ordered were VERY small, but other than that, this noodles and co is decent

I've been there dozens of times . Lately everything comes out cold or wrong but yet I still go . Today takes the cake , walk in to order they say we are short staffed. I get it it's hard to find and keep help right now. So I stand there and wait for my order to be taken , 5 minutes 8 minutes 10 minutes they girls working there finished a order bag it up put it on counter and disappear! So there I wait , no we will be right with nothing. Three more minutes pass nothing, I left and will no be going to the noodles in tinley park . I'm done with PLACE!

Still tasty overall, but food quality and portions not what it used to be.

I am not very pleased. We ordered Curbside Pickup and was told that an employee would bring it to our car at 7:25. Well at 7:37 I went inside and picked up my order off the order counter after nobody decided to bring it outside. Apparently the employees at this location don’t care if an order is curbside or not. This is especially aggravating as I left a 20% tip beforehand and I specifically requested curbside because I have a sprained ankle and didn’t want to walk more than I had to.

Nice and friendly staff. Food was really good. Only thing is the place inside and out needed to be cleaned.

Wish they had more choices for soup.

Place is pure s***. How does chicken noodle soup translate to stuffing wet noodles in a container….also had the tomato soup….if you like eating pizza sauce than go for it.

Look I totally understand that you guys wanna use cardboard straws to save the planet and woo woo wap wap. But the carbon in soda quite literally makes your soft drinks taste like cardboard… I’m drinking liquid cardboard rn

The wait was too long with the Quick Pickup. I ordered my food approximately 10 minutes ago and I'm still waiting for my order. I do reccomend ordering from this location. Harlem is a way better option.

I do not normally write reviews but, I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the Penne Rosa. I barely ate the Penne rosa as it tasted weird from the other times I have gotten it, and the noddle soup just tasted like water with chicken, the next day around 5 am, I have gotten food poisoning from your food.

I really like the noodles at this place, and have eaten at different locations many times over the years. I received an email with a coupon for $4 off my next order, so I decided to use it. This was my first time at this particular location. I ordered 2 regular sized noodle dishes and a small potsticker (6). After I presented my coupon, my total came out to a whopping $34. 😳 Are you serious?!? For some noodles??? Then I noticed that everything on the menu had a price increase of $2 or more. When I asked the cashier about the increases, and how the coupon helped my bill (or not), she just gave me a blank stare, hunched her shoulders, and said, "Ion know". 🤨🙄 Again, the quality of the food was still great, and the manager did step in when my coupon wouldn't scan (although it hardly put a dent in my bill). However, the drastic uptick in price, the fact that the store could've been cleaner, and they could've turned on the heat (it was freezing in there and it's winter), are deterrents for me. Side note: They had bags/orders lined up near the register, I suppose, for delivery services to pick up orders to drop off to customers. Some guy walked up, stood there for about 30 seconds, (no employees were at the counter), went over to the bags, began opening them and looking inside, took a bag, and left the store. 🤔 First of all, why was he allowed to do that? Secondly, why weren't the bags secured, stapled, taped, whatever, to prevent him from opening ANY bag, even if it was his delivery order? I didn't like any of it and I won't go back to that store for sure.

Went in around 8pm and was told they're taking "online orders only" so I have to stand here with the worker in front of me while I order from their website or app? Ridiculous if I could rate 0 stars I would, and looks lime they'll never get any of my money again.

Waiting Time here was way long as a Delivery Driver as well as others. THE staff seem uninterested in customers being here Fri June 9.

Haven't been here since pre covid and after today won't be going back. Food was bland and distasteful. We sat in and ate, smelled of urine in the restaurant. To make matters worse while we are eating a worker was at the food area blowing his nose with no gloves on and didn't wash his hands. Ummmm noooo

Ordered online for pickup. The ladies working there were fantastic! They were clearly engaged, having a good night, and working hard. All team members were courteous upon my arrival-even though I was early for my order time. Order was perfect and delish! Thank you to the team working Tuesday evening!

This location has been struggling. Unsanitary and disorganized kitchen results into food not being freshly served. Dirty and Gloomy kitchen vibe when you walk in. This used to be a nice and neat store.

Food was good but service took a little longer than expected being that I was the only customer there. I assume they were working on online orders. They use paper straws which I REALLY dislike

I always order pickup and even after 30 min the order is never ready. Never. It’s constant. I always have to wait an additional 10-15 after I arrive which defeats the the ideal of ordering ahead of time so it’s ready. I don’t blame the employees I blame the owner of the Franchise. I understand that it’s hard to get employees, but pay them a buck or two more a hour. .I never have this issue at any other idles, just the Orland park location and it’s absolute, every time.

Staff was upbeat and friendly even though I came in ten minutes before closing, fast service and deliciousness shout out to the young lady who gave me my food with such politeness will come back again oh and it was very tidy so I appreciate it! Have a great night and thank you for best service

Paid for extra sauce barely got any. The dining area was too dirty and rolled up for closing to stay and dine. $17 for spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce. Extra meatballs.

This place is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a decent lunchon, this restaurant comes immediately to my head. superb and diverse food and a rich menu.great crew, and nice mood. And very important, the charge is reasonable. I tell about this place with no hesitation.

Awesome service. Very quick and respectful. The dishes were tasty but a little light on portions. Overall, my hunger was tamed for a little while...about 10 minutes so I went to Denny's to fill up the rest of the tank. I'm not a fat a** but I can eat.

We ordered curbside pickup, arrived at the restaurant after the scheduled pickup time, and called to let them know we were in the car right in front. After waiting for over 15 minutes, my wife had to go in and ask for the order. What is the point of curbside pickup if we have to go in and pick up our order anyways?

if you are craving noodles, their name says it all; they do noodles and they do them fairly well. I recommend asking for additional sauce.

The food had no flavor at all. The extra meat I paid for was probably a slice of chicken breast. Just not what I was accustomed to as a customer.

Ordered 2 items that I requested the Parmesan on the side. As the photo shows, they charged me $1 for each Parmesan side. Be careful when ordering !

Forgot the chicken on my Orange Chicken Pad Thai. Okay on a rainy day, but not worth the price if you go out to eat.
