Super tender and flavorful Italian Beef. Got the hot and sweet peppers. The sandwich is huge!! I couldn’t even finish the whole sandwich. Definitely will come back. Also, the people are super cool. They made me feel good that I chose to eat at Pops.

Fast speedy service with GREAT food and quantity for your dollar. Definitely recommend! There is also limited seating inside during the pandemic of 2020

Pop’s in Tinley Park has been a long time family favorite in my household. Not only is the beef one of my favorites around but I highly recommend their Reuben, it’s fantastic! Pop’s has that one of a kind hot pepper mix that’s pretty addicting and a must try. Everyone has that one place where they love the fries, Pop’s is mine! Inside the establishment, it’s very functional for ordering and also pretty quick. Any time I visit, it is always very clean and well kept. The staff and owner are very friendly which is something I always remember when I visit places. Overall, Pop’s is an establishment that serves great food with great service and I’m happy to have places like this in my community!

Learned my lesson to not come here before closing time. Ordered a double cheese burger 40 minutes before closing. The burger was cold and gave me FOOD POISONING. The cooks should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I used to come here 6 or 7 yrs ago cause I worked in the area and the food was amazing, Recently came back over here 3 days ago and the food is still amazing. Hands down the best pops location you can find

Always a good experience at Pop's. Food is good and always made fresh. The cream of chicken rice is delicious. The prices are kinda high but the food is worth it. Busy during the week for lunch but it goes quick.

I arrive at this unique place from time to time since I enjoy the special atmosphere that is exist in this restaurant. The crew is extremely attentive and skilfull. The service is certainly quick. Needless to say, the food you eat is excellent. I visited often and I was always pleased. The price is fair. I recommend this place to to all.

2nd REVIEW UPDATE: Finally after 10 days my money has been credited to my bank card. I am updating the review as I said I would. Minus 1 star for bad attitude. To the manager, Burke, you mentioned that I was not the only one that was double billed. If I were manager I would have taken the faulty machines out of service immediately instead of risking bad ratings from customers. The dollar amount is not the issue. You should not talk down to customers for standing up for their money. Perhaps taking responsibility for the mishap instead of trying to make the customer feel helpless would go a long way towards customer loyalty. 1st REVIEW UPDATE: Beware of being double billed. Check your bank or credit card. Some customers having this bad experience and you will get the run around about being refunded for it. Even when the business is made aware, the customer has to pay for it through multiple phone calls and multiple trips seeking resolution. Not a good experience. Reducing my rating to 1 star until this issue is resolved to my full satisfaction. Going forward I will be paying with cash. This was the first visit to Pops. It was our small group that chose it for lunch. It was Weeny Wednesday so I had 2 hot dogs which included fries. Beef hotdogs are always good. The thin fries were crisp and salted just right. Delicious for fast food. Although this location was small, it was clean and comfortable. Parking was available which made it an overall pleasant experience. I just might give then another try, especially after my last experience with Nicky’s in Midlothian.

It's a great hot dog place that still gives you a decent price for hot dog that comes with French fries. The rest of the menu is pretty standard but good.

Itlain beef was amazing. It was more like jersey beef cause it had like a marinara sauce on the bottom. The mushroom were also good. I suggest you get the garlic sauce. Parking was great. They have 5 spots reserved just for guests. But the there is more parking for the whole strip mall to use. We'll be stopping back up there next time we visit 😁

4.2 stars. Pretty solid sandwiches here. I am in Tinley Park for the week on business staying at the hotel within walking distance. I ate here on oct 24th 2022 and oct 25th 2022. First day I came to Pop’s and got the ribeye steak sandwich and it was good. Got the au jus to dip the sandwich it and that was a good combo. The steak was a little thin for me but good. Got onion rings with it and they were good. I came back the next dayI had a 9 inch Italian beef and man I could barely finish it. There was so much meat. Ordered the au jus again to dip the sandwich in and it was good. Had fries with that sandwich and they were good too. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Next time I stay in Tinley Park I’d come back here and grub out.

They're always very courteous and get our order correct everytime. The food comes out fresh and in good time. Idk what y'all put in these sandwiches, but you got a woman driving 16 miles just to eat here. 🤷‍♀️💯

Chicago dogs and fries were pretty tasty. Enjoyed em, just a tip though use poppy seed buns. Adds that bit of extra tastiness.

Charged me $1 credit card "convenience fee" despite no posted sign at the register I was at. Cashier never said a word about it. Cash register next to me had a sign which was half covered by something sitting on the counter which I only saw after the fact. I consider that theft and will be doing a CC chargeback for that $1. Gyro was dry and not very good, usually Gyros are consistent no matter where you go. This one wasn't that good.

Never get a thank you for your business. Nobody ever thanks their customers in fast food business anymore.

I love going to pops, the fries are my favorite, burgers, hot dogs and beef are the best.

Took my family here for food. Cheeseburger was thrown together and had the taste of a frozen pattie. Patty melt was just thrown together and had a syrup taste to it, disgusting. Italian beef was ok, nothing to brag about at all. Mini tacos, let’s not forget about those, disgusting. I would have easily posted a good review if the food was better, but it was pretty bad. I would never come back here again. Should have went to Portillos.

This Pop's location is hit or miss on flavor & taste of beef sandwich.. sometimes very good sometimes very little flavor. Now the 143rd & Wolf road and 127th and Harlem stores always very good.

Uber eats first time no issues. 2nd time they missed the cheese on the combo that I requested have everything on it. Now I realize the cheese is the only thing that gives their Italian beef any flavor. Sausage not bad but not worth it because when it comes down to it, their "hot peppers" are sliced jalapenos. I picked 38 jalapeno seeds just off one half of this sandwich. Waste of money.

Any time I drive by Tinley I'll stop in and get a couple Italian beefs hot. The breaded steak is pretty good too!

Pop's is amazing. Their roast beef, Reubens, corned beef, brats, burgers, hit dogs, French fries... pretty much everything on their menu is good. Hot and fresh. You can also enjoy an alcoholic and this location has a gambling area. 🎰

Had to give it 2 stars today... for some unknown reason, all four Hot Dogs were cold and hard and the buns were stale.. they were hard and dried. Fries were good!! Was very disappointed.. should have called and complained!! 20 dollars wasted!!

Not crazy beef had a very dry taste. Fries were good , hot peppers consist of a bunch of chopped celery with some slices of jalapeños. Chicago hot giardiniera goes on a beef..

Awesome hot dogs Burgers & Gyros Italian beef not so much flavorless

Came in from out of town. Decided to try out something new and different. We ordered 70 bucks of "Sandwiches" and went to our hotel room. So they asked us when preparing these "Sandwiches" if we wanted gravy or red sauce. We didn't know what they meant. Well apparently it means they take your entire sandwich and drench it in so much liquid it becomes slop. So i spend 70 bucks on a bunch of soggy slop sandwiches. To top it off the beef was bland and there was almost no hint of the cheese that we had to pay extra to add to the "sandwich" Now I will say the fries, fried mushrooms, jalapeño poppers were pretty bomb. But not enough to make up for the slop sandwiches.

A little pricey, but very good food, especially if you like the meat on your gyro with just the right amount of carmelization and tender juiciness. And if you are a hot dog connoisseur as myself , you will appreciate their use of Vienna Beef Franks, and wrapping the fries up with each dog! Had to take away 2 stars because I like my gyro sauce on the side, and the guy at the counter charged me an extra $0.60, not for an extra sauce, but to put the gyro sauce in a plastic cup (costs about 2 pennies) instead of on my sandwich. That was pretty classless in my opinion.

I'm from Iowa and this place is good. Im a burger fanatic and got a double cheeseburger and it in on my list at number 4 with 1 being the best.

Called up because I am staying in a nearby hotel. After inquiring about a gyro salad(which most places like this are capable of with a simple substitution) The gentleman who answered the floor proceeded to tell me they were only taking walking customers and hang up the phone....... So I walk over there, and tell them what I want. $20 later I walk out with a container full of Gyro and a premade salad. After getting back with my take-out order, I make the gruesome discovery but they apparently don’t believe in handing out plastic forks or napkins....... I think I’m more upset about the fact I got hung up on when asking simple questions about a potential carry out order then I am the employees in ability to think outside of the box, or in this case their menu......

I been here three times. My first two times, I would give it 5 stars. The third visit not so much. I am huge on customer service, but this review isn’t to bash this location. I love going to Pops for their gyros. Its my favorite!! It is somewhat expensive, but so worth it. Overall the food is great and fresh! The restaurant is clean. So, I would recommend this location and I would eat here again.

Order some mozzarella cheese sticks, They came out the grease in four minutes i bit into them before leaving out the door the cheese was still frozen and the lady act like she didn't want to give me a refund, She wanted to give me another order not today just refund my money and i can be on my way, My sister ordered a sausage sandwich the meat smelled spoiled and we stay all the way in Chicago, We won't be returning
