Food*** Service***** Ambiance***** Price***** We eat here regularly for lunch, these are some of the best wings I’ve eaten, very unique. The brisket platter says “Texas style” but I beg to differ, these are not as good as real Texas brisket, but it’s also not bad brisket. The service is consistently good but the food taste is inconsistent, sometimes you get a great dinner, other times it’s so so, must depend on who’s cooking. I’ve had the baked beans, corn muffin, broccoli sides are all pretty good. The ribs are very good, I think the main thing is the great tasting sauce. All their sauces are very very good. I recommend eating here, you’ll be pleased.

OMG, I came for a late lunch with my mom. It was delicious. Ribs had a nice glaze, chicken was perfectly fried, beans were good, cornbread muffin was scrumptious, and the brisket was solid, but I am from Texas. Service was personable. I'm definitely coming back if I am in the Chicago area.

My 1st time dining in. The food was gross. Broccoli was overcooked & like rubber. Potatoes (mashed is only option) served cold. The ribs, chicken (order w/ sauce on side or who knows what you’ll get) as well as the cornbread muffin & coleslaw were okay which is why the food got 3 stars. The waitress was so social that once she took our order it was hard to find her after because she was chatting w/ the 1 other table of 2 in the joint or sitting down at a table nearby eating w/ other staff. We had to go to the bar for a refill on the drink, yet no one was manning the bar. The greeter guys were gentlemen. The place itself wasn’t clean inside. There were staff clustered & hanging out but none close enough to ask for help w/o leaving our table. Smh. Clearly, this place is extremely poorly managed. I’ll not return to dine in ever & only as a last resort will order pick up for Ribs or Chicken. Idk how they’re surviving in a customer service industry in Orland Park. It tasted & appeared like food from a cafeteria. $65 bill not including the 18% tip we gave on principal. Skip this joint. ✌🏼

This place is so good. You get so much food for a reasonable price. Even when you order takeout the food still have high standards! I say give it a try. You won't regret it. They have several flavors of BBQ sauce. All are delicious. I always receive friendly service. Sign up to receive emails. You get coupons. Also, they have deals Mon-Thurs.

The food was good and our server Christina did a great job. Even my little brother who is known for being somewhat picky liked this place. He had a burger and to my surprise they actually nailed it with the burger being cooked to medium. I think my only surprise was the limited selection on the menu. I’ve been to other bbq places that easily had 3 times the selection. Famous Dave’s had our order fresh and ready in no time. Overall the place was great and good for small gatherings. Oh yeah one more thing skip the onion strings. Don’t recommend them they are nothing like onion rings.

Server Caitlin, was attentive to our request. She made our dining experience enjoyable. I haven't been here in a while and enjoyed our dining. I will return. The rib tips were a little tough but i will come back and give them another try. I enjoyed the chilli and collard greens!

Famous Christina is Wonderful and made our experience outstanding. The feast for two did not disappoint. We only wish they still had potato salad. The bathroom needed some attention, which I brought to their attention. We will be back to sit in Famous Christina’s section and for the Feast for two!

Service was great but the food was sadly lacking. The burger we ordered was way overcooked, the brisket sandwich was extremely fatty and the meat cubed? I have never had cubed brisket before. I did not enjoy the corn in the Mac & Cheese either. The margaritas were strong but nothing I would order again. Maybe it's just because we went an hour before closing time? After living in the South for some time maybe my expectations were just too high? I've honestly had better barbecue from a drive thru. They do have lots of parking and offer curbside pickup. Also, they carry Baker's Square pies or slices.

This place is pretty okay. My food was great (8/10), my spouses on the other hand wasn’t so great. But our server Justine was more than welcome to provide a new plate of ribs free to make up for the dish. She was honestly great (10/10) and kept coming over to ask if we were okay. I do however, want to let you know i recommend paying with cash or have only the amount needed on your card. A couple behind us had an issue with being charged twice by their server. Just be careful and don’t be afraid to speak up if your food isn’t how you (the paying customer) likes it.

I had the best experience today with Famous Demetrius and his exceptional customer service! He gave honest opinions about the food and everything was perfect and on point. The strawberry 🍓 Hennessy was 🔥,wings were on point and the ribs with Mac and greens topped it off with catfish fingers and fries !!! I have enough to take home for dinner. It was a great experience! My family’s first time here and definitely worth it! Erik was amazing, super friendly and helpful with our food choice! Never been to this location before. But, as the one in Bolingbrook is Permanently Closed, this is now our nearest location. I am hoping it was just an Off night, as this chain used to be a Family Favorite. Server was nice and polite. But food arrived Cold. Smaller portions than we are used to at the other location. And 30 minutes after food arrived, we finally got our cornbread muffins. They were great though; Piping hot, straight from the oven. Again, we are hoping this was just a one-time experience. We may be back...but, not for a while.

The food was so good I forgot to take the picture before I started eating, the wait staff was very friendly, food came out very quick the St Louis ribs are to die for and the coleslaw was amazing and trust me I am not big on coleslaw at all🕺

The wife and I had a wonderful time here. This was my first time, but the wife wanted to come back because she loved their brisket. I must say it was an excellent choice service was good... The only thing we didn't like was that our appetizer arrived so close with our entree.

Even though they were very short staffed the food and service were great! I had the combo with the fried chicken and burnt ends and took home some bread pudding for dessert. My. Food. Was. Amazing!! I don't usually finish my plate but that certainly was not the case this time!! I will definitely be back!

Came here for date night and the bbq was amazing. I ordered the unlimited rib platter and it was tastier than expected. They have 3 sauces to choose from. Our favorites were “Sweet & Zesty” and “Devil’s Spit. Famous Christina was really helpful when selecting items from the menu. Highly recommended!

This was me and my daughter’s first time at Famous Dave and we had a great experience! Famous Christina was extremely nice and accommodating. She recommended the best drink as the “Dave’s Smokin’ Tea” and it was delicious! We will Definitely be back!

Oh my goodness! Thanks to our awesome waiter Famous Demetrius, my son had an awesome Birthday Lunch!! He had wonderful customer service, prompt on refilling, checked in on us, knowledgeable on the menu items. Even though we were a party of 10 he made each one of us feel heard. All orders came back precise. The cook for today needs a raise!! The chicken was fried to perfection, ribs were tender, and the greens were savory. Mac n Cheese was delightful, they have their own little trick to them. Beans were homemade!!!

I rated this experience as a three because I placed my order online for curbside pickup, which was an available option. When I arrived at the restaurant, I called to inform them that I was there, as the email confirmation indicted. I was on hold for 10 minutes before anyone answered the phone. Then I was told someone would bring my order out within 10 minutes. That did not happen. Finally I went in to get my order. The staff member was apologetic and said that curbside had pretty been paused because they were so busy. While I was understanding, I could have been informed of this when I called. Thankfully, the food was good but it was a hassle to get it.

I ordered the dry rubbed & it didn't taste as good as it use to. Seem like, they didn't take the time to actually let the season sit in. It didn't have the dry rubbed taste. Also, they stop selling the Memphis baby back dry rubbed which is what, I preferred. I won't be going back since, they don't.

My experience here today was great! I had fast service by my server Famous Piper! The food was delicious, hot, and everything I ordered came just as requested with no problems. I was able to chill, watch the game and any questions or problems Piper had no problem answering or figuring out with patience.

I had high expectations in this restaurant but it was not I expected. The flavor of the St. Louis- Style spareribs was not what I expected and the sweet corn was tasteless as was the macaroni and cheese. The service was excellent

I don’t understand what happened since they first opened but this place is going downhill. They don’t care what quality of food they put on plate as long as it’s a sell. It’s a guarantee something will be wrong with the meat will or sides will bad. In summary if you a good meat order just make your on sides at home. The only reason why I still come is because I don’t eat at local ribs restaurants! Banderas a new Bar-B-Que restaurant is opening soon just blocks away. I hope that they will be better.

Barbecue was good, I had the 2 meat combo. The only negative is with that combo it exclude ribs. The chopped pork was good with a smokey flavor. Corn on the cob was buttery melt in your mouth delicious. The best bang for your buck will be the 2 can dine meal for 45.00 it comes with so much food that really 3-4 people can dine off that one meal for less than 15 bucks. Overall it's a nice place to dine. P.S they just added fried chicken to the menu which was seasoned very well. I will return for the 2 can dine meal.

One would think that I never stop eating; the truth is, I don't eat that much. But, I do know where the really good food is. Famous Dave's IS IT!! The amount of delicious food you get for the price can't be beat. We had a couple of cocktails 🍸 and they were not watered down. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. I loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. Go get you some ribs

Hi Everyone, I went here on yesterday to pick up two dinners (2 meat combo) and the St Louis ribs. The food was excellent. I drive to this location even though there is a location close to me because the chiicken is crispy and fresh. While waiting on my order Bryan, made me a Sweet Mama Punch (virgin requested) and it was so refreshing and good. I really enjoy this place and the people make it worth coming to. I definitely will be back.

First time at this location, food is a hit or miss. Some of the ribs were tender and others tough.

I came in to receive my birthday dessert and I had difficult time pulling up the email. The manager, Brian, was so patient with me and he was able to resolve the matter for me. I am appreciative for him. I lov the food and service I have received at this location every time.

Good food but the service was not. I suppose the drive through is the way to go if picking up but I want wasn't sure what I wanted. If they could have been less accommodating, they would have. Not interested in being helpful and - after waiting for several people who came in after me for my order- they failed to ask if I wanted sauce. Thank God I checked as I was walking out. From taking my order to paying for it, ignoring me for what appeared to be longer than necessary and handing me my order which sat there for several minutes, they failed to meet even basic customer service expectations. I won't be back which is a shame as the food is good.

Orland Park ( I live far but was in the area) Famous Daves a few days ago I purchased south side ribtips (1lb) with two sides included. The ribtips looked not fully cooked and tasted as much. The majority of the ribtips consisted of fat meat one tip seemed to have almost a quarter inch fat. Overall the ribtips were the worst I have ever had from a Famous Daves. Next day I phoned and spoke with someone who identified himself as a manager, I believe he said his name is Dave ( not sure). I explained my experience with the ribtips. The manager stated someone else ( another customer?) had mentioned that their ribtips also did not appear fully cooked. The manager stated the appearance of the ribtips was due to the smoking process used for cooking, he assured me the ribtips were fully cooked. The manager also stated that the fat on the ribtips was a result of the ribtip meat purchased from the supplier. I expected from the manager at least an offer of a next order discount hence nothing offered. I will not very soon make another purchase from this Orland Park Famous Daves.

Well, it looks like we will NEVER be going back to famous daves!! How in the world could u stop serving baby back ribs. Not on the menu anymore!! 1 year from now the whole company will go under. Too many changes have been made😥😥

I will be coming here again! I came in for the first time today and wasn't super familiar with the menu. I was hungry as hell and barely able to think, but Brian was so patient in explaining their menu. Excellent customer service, and the food was exactly what I needed--it hit the spot just right. I got the grilled chicken, which was flavorful and smokey.

We were shopping in the area and my family wanted to eat at Famous Dave's, there isn't one by our house. The food was amazing, our server Eric was so awesome and showed so much patience with us, we were ordering food to go and it was taking a long time to decide. We would deficiently go back, and maybe make the trip just to have dinner here. Thanks Eric for making out experience so pleasant, your customer service is on point!!!

Brian was AMAZING!! Walked in and immediately feel in love with his customer service. I absolutely love this restaurant but even more there “Bread pudding” it’s about a 35 minute drive and I typically don’t drive that far for food but hands down I’ll be back very soon. The food and service was absolutely amazing!!! Omg, even the drinks were delicious. The drinks weren't watered down neither. I had ribs and catfish fingers. The kids had burgers. We were so pleased with the taste of the food. It was well seasoned.

Get there, called when I arrived and waited on the phone for 10 minutes, someone picked up the phone did not answer but all I could here was talking , so of course I went inside and talked with the Manager Jerry which was very very rude, he did not address the issue of a customer paying online for the convenience of curbside pick up, he stated the phones were not working if the phones were not working why would you take online orders for curbside when you have to call when you arrive!!!! Very Disappointed!!!!! Jerry is a poor excuse for a manager!!!!

I'm usually happy with Famous Dave's bbq. Today I had thin small dried out ribs In my combo. The chicken was just ok... I did enjoy the baked beans, corn muffin and broccoli!!! I came for the juicy meaty ribs but mine were scrawny!

I really love famous Dave's but tonight my ribs were thin and dried out I paid a $4.00 upcharge for white meat on the chicken which I thought was outrageous for 2 pieces only to get home and had dark meat I was just so disappointed I did not enjoy my meal

My dinner was delicious. The ribs were meaty and chicken was flavorful and extremely juicy. The corn muffin was buttery and sweet. The baked beans were tender and full of smoked meat. I had a lick smacking meal. One of my favorite places to dine.

Amazing food place, but call the store directly to order your food for pick-up. The prices via Google's ordering system are about a 15% markup (i.e. the All American Feast is $84.99 via Google but was $71.99 when I checked in store). When I went to the store they fixed my pricing issue. 5 stars for great food and great customer service.

My 2 grandsons, their friend & myself went to Famous Dave’s tonight. I ordered the St. Louis-Style platter. The brisket was tender & good. Their food was hot & good, 2. I truly impressed with our waiter Jeremiah. He was very friendly & attentive. I left a nice tip because he deserve it & some. Customer service is important to me especially when dining out. I will say, Tonight service was a decent one.

The rib tips were tender. Since the flavor was so good I had them with no sauce. Our party of 3 received great service. The server surprised us with ice cream cause she overheard us saying it was a birthday lunch. Tried mac cheese for first time , it was tasty.

I'm not going to even lie. Being from Chicago, there is far better tasting barbeque to eat. However, a lot of those places don't allow for a comfortable sit down meal. That's what I was looking for and that's what I found at Famous Dave's...a comfortable place to sit down, relax, and have a pretty good meal. I went for a two meat combo (ribtips and hot link). The meal came with two sides, and I ordered an extra side. The food came out relatively quick. The temperature was pretty good, and I was cool with the portions. I was impressed with the tips coming out dry, so I had a chance to taste the meat without it being covered in sauce. I have to say it was pretty good, especially for a national chain. The meal filled me up. The service was spot on, and I can speak to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The place was clean and orderly...very relaxing. I didn't think it was pricey...it was about what I would pay for at the other rib joints I go to when I get a taste for some que. I would definitely go back.

Famous Dave at this location not only have a hardworking staff, but excellent food. The people here are very into the customer and getting the food orders correct. The best place to eat. Pack the house!
