What
we
thought
would
be
a
nice
family
Valentine’s
breakfast,
was
not.
First,
when
we
got
there
it
was
a
25
min
wait,
which
okay..due
to
Covid
there
are
restrictions
on
how
many
tables
can
be
seated
but
then
there’s
50
people
standing
in
the
small
gift
shop
area
waiting
to
be
seated,
so
there’s
really
no
difference.
While
waiting,
the
manager
went
to
take
something
off
the
shelf
where
they
store
their
to-go
orders
and
all
the
shelves
collapsed.
This
startled
most
of
the
waiting
customers
in
that
area.
Instead
of
helping
clean
up,
she
barked
orders
at
another
employee
to
pick
everything
up
and
she
walked
away
from
the
mess,
leaving
another
associate
to
clean
everything
up
even
though
it
wasn’t
even
her
fault.
When
we
were
finally
sat,
the
waitress
came
and
greeted
us
but
they
had
menus
out
with
item
listed
that
weren’t
even
available
to
order.
We
all
ordered
our
meals
and
waited
45
min
for
pancakes,
eggs
and
a
hash
brown
casserole.
I
could
see
if
there
were
more
of
us
at
our
table
but
there
was
only
3.
Not
once
did
our
waitress
ask
if
we
needed
more
drinks
or
apologized
for
the
long
wait
time.
The
food
was
not
great.
Nothing
had
flavor
except
for
the
pancakes
that
my
daughter
ordered
but
we
were
so
hungry
we
ate
anyways.
As
we
were
finishing
a
girl
at
another
table
accidentally
broke
a
glass
on
the
floor.
NOT
ONE
EMPLOYEE
WALKED
OVER
TO
HELP
THEM.
A
bus
boy
who
was
cleaning
off
a
table
looked
over
there
and
stared
for
a
minute
then
went
back
to
wiping
off
the
table,
two
waitresses
standing
close
by
both
looked
and
did
NOTHING
as
the
girls
significant
other
started
picking
up
glass
off
the
floor
with
his
bare
hands
and
finally
when
the
waiter,
his
name
was
Darrin
on
his
apron,
noticed
it
as
he
was
coming
out
of
the
kitchen,
immediately
grabbed
a
broom
to
help.
He
is
the
only
positive
thing
about
this
review.
If
my
family
and
I
ever
decide
to
eat
food
from
there
again
we
will
be
getting
take
out.
I
would
never
recommend
this
restaurant
to
any
family
or
friends
and
they
should
bring
someone
in
to
train
the
employees
to
learn
about
customer
service
and
what
ultimately
makes
people
come
back
to
a
restaurant.
