Woodridge held its 4th of July picnic here yesterday. Not since 2019; 4 years ago. It was a fine sunny day, cooler under the Oaks. Turnout was about half of the regular crowd, but that meant no lines for beer and food. Speaking of, a pint of canned beer was $ 5 for each Michelob Ultra Lite and Bud Lite. DJ this year, rather than the old-time blue grass band. It was good to be back and see some friends there. Police were low-key, and we were happy to have them around.

Been to and through this park a few times. There is a playground, several picnic tables and a gazebo that is used often for gatherings. The gazebo is close to the playground and the picnic tables are all towards the parking lot There is also a volleyball sand court and disc golf as well. The porta potty is right by the parking lot. You often see people walking their dogs. I have rode my bike through here before and the path does take you by the gazebo so be mindful of the shared path when passing through.

Open 9 hole course, well marked good for beginners. Wide open. Best on a cloudy day or early/late to avoid the Sun.

Unfortunately it was raining when we were there for a birthday party. We were in the gazebo so we were dry. A group of guests played Frisbee golf in the rain and enjoyed the "course". We are going to go back when it isn't raining to enjoy the park when it is dry.

Nice park in a quiet area. Parts of the disc golf course are almost always squishy or wet. Course is nice 9 hole with a little bit of elevation change. Very open with the exception of a slightly wooded hole four. Watch out for people on the trail!

Fair disc golf course. High tension electrical lines run through part of the course. Still a nice park.

This is my favorite 9 hole frisbee gold course. They also have a nice playground, jogging track, volleyball court, and more.

Although this is a 9- hole course with just a couple of long holes, it was very much fun! First few run thru these electric towers then the rest thru a nice park with nice trees. Wintry mix on the ground with wind and temp about 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the ground in some areas was pretty wet but playable. I'll be back with friends to visit in the area. (There are quite a few champ level courses not to far away though! 😎)

Beautiful little park, very well keep. Nice trail for walking with some foot / bike thru traffic. Nice kids play ground. Lots of picnic tables. And well keep 9 hole disc golf course. Much of the holes are around 250 ft. Nice concrete tee pads and good baskets. Relatively clear fairways and quick play.

"24 Hours" Ok I will tell that to the cops the next time they are called because i am playing disc golf at night. wow thank you karen for alerting law enforcement, the neighborhood is safe now. Nice park, not so nice modern day vigilantes that live next to the park.

Each year on the 4th of July the park has annual celebration. I enjoy the beer and hotdog as well as the live music.

Awesome disc golf course! Not too busy, and connected to the Woodridge Bikeway system for easy access via bike.
