Amazing place it's a 5/5 in my book. Trails are great, you can bike/walk/or just even have a picnic! Nature is beautiful, parking can be tight on weekends. There is a nature center as well as a park. The lake is beautiful. Overall an amazing place!

The park is perfect for a walk or hiking and biking. A lot of wild birds and a lot of butterflies, clean and spacious. Definitely will be back.

Migrating from Florida had me thinking—I’m leaving behind Abundance of Nature parks waterfront parks & trails, but Naperville proved me wrong. I’m so glad to be able to locate multiple parks in here for the city being a Park District, it’s highly likely I’ll stay close to mother nature. Today, I stumbled upon Knoch Knolls Nature Center/Park, a perfectly warm day for a visit to a place such as this. It’s a gigantic public setting offering— Multiple Trails, Picnic areas; some include fire pit & other rest areas, Kayaking, Playground for kids alongside engaging exhibits, keeping them busy for hours. My kiddo simply didn’t wanna return home. Need I say more? P.S— Ample Parking Spots, Accessible Parking available too! I found this park to be pretty Accessible for ECV & Strollers. #Nature #Park

Large popular park in Naperville. Large disc golf course, access to DuPage river trail, and public canoe kayak launch. Launch is conveniently located near the parking area, 100 yd paved trail going to river. Great launch site for traveling downriver towards Eaton preserve launch. Or launch at McDowell grove to paddle river walk and end here. Fabulous amenity for the local area.

This is a beautiful park that I could walk/bike/run everyday. It's huge and there are multiple trails that go off in every direction. There is a parking lot off of Knoch Knolls Road next to the Nature Center and another at the top near the baseball diamonds/tennis courts off of Weber Road. The trails connect to the community with other trails and pathways too, leading to 95th Street, Whalen Lake, and the Dupage Riverwalk. The elevation of the trails isn't flat, both up and down. It's a really good way to get some cardio work. The trails are well marked and maintained. Lots of trees, bushes and wildflowers. The wildlife I have seen include many deer, birds, squirrels, bugs, and also an occasional coyote & even a small snake. Sometimes it can get crowded especially on weekends. Some groups chat and carry large coffee mugs while others hike solo. There are restrooms at the Nature Center that open from both the inside and the outside. Very clean. This is a great outdoor space to get some exercise and fresh air!

Walked on the trails to see the blooming bluebells along the river which was beyond beautiful. It’s a magical place for a quick hike or to watch the sunset.

Knock Knolls disc golf park is great! Lots of challenging holes we'll kept and they are even upgrading the baskets and on most holes adding a second basket. If you go out of bounds easy to loose a disk as the woods are dense. Can be busy on the weekends. They have great activities for the kids.

It’s a really beautiful local area I’ve been hiking/biking since childhood. Wonderful views of the river, streams and easy connection to other parks via the trails. I wish they would stop paving over the dirt trails, those are the most tranquil. I have a love-hate relationship with the ‘improvements.’ Watch out for the spandex wearing, wanna be race bike people if you are on the paved trails. They ride like most people drive around here (selfish, fast, act like they in a big hurry to get where? Idk) But they will run you over..

Hidden gem in the heart of a really expensive neighborhood. Houses in the millions. The park trails literally butt up to the back yards of these million dollar property's. That said, I would feel highly uncomfortable knowing strangers are walking along my non existent fence line and can see me through my windows of my house. Making the value of these houses trash. And creating a high crime risk.

Definitely a great place for a trail walk or a walk on the path. There is usually plenty of parking. The nature center and frisbee course are a nice touch. Last year we saw a bald eagle there...a rare sight! Watch those cyclists though...

This is a beautiful park set along a river. bike and walking paths the go for miles. We go for the discgolf course. a nice 18 holes that is just fun to throw. the parking lot is small so you may end up on the street.

This place is beautiful! The building near the parking lot has actual bathrooms and a spot to fill water bottles. There's a great paved trail through it, but I'd recommend taking the dirt trails that wind through to avoid the cyclist traffic, it also makes for a bit of a longer walk. Lots of little chipmunks running around and nice areas of access to a stream. I'll definitely be back!

One of my go to places to take a step away and indulge in nature! Love going on the main trails, and also finding hidden ones or marking your own. High recommend stopping here if you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors.

We kayak out of here. Parking can sometimes be tight on week-ends when the weather is nice. Kayaking in spring the water is high enough. In fall it can be a little bumpy and shallow toward the beginning of the run. Very pretty. Only fished it once in this area in the spring and it wasn't that great, but could have been the day. I've also walked the dog here. Very nice trails.

I love this disc golf course. It is in a beautiful park. Most of the holes are pretty straightforward, but there are some trickier ones. The rough is pretty bad in some areas. It can be easy to lose a disc if you aren't careful. I would recommend having a spotter on hole 16 for that reason.

I love this park. It is so beautiful with the walk/run/bike trails, disc golf, and even has bathrooms! Great for a family day out.

First time biking here ... always been a favorite place to walk. Fall foliage is inspirational, calming and peaceful. Loved seeing families and their pets... everyone enjoying the outdoors.

This is my family's go to park to walk our dog. It's always well kept and clean. We only use the trails and let the dog play in the river, but I can see the disc golf course looks well taken care of as well as the open spaces.
