Came here tonight to drive thru their little Christmas light show. Super cute, and plenty for young ones to look at. Close to home and was free so bonus! Definitely recommend their lights if you have a little one obsessed with Christmas. Enjoy!

I didn't take the time today to checkout the entire park. The only part I was interested in was the Mastodon display. It is one of the Earth Cache's I wanted to get done this weekend. The inside display is small, but detailed and will give you lots of information. Once done in the center, walk out to the other side of the building to see the statue of the man digging bones. It's pretty nice. If your kids are into dinosaurs bones, this is a nice place to bring them. It is free. There is also a free zoo, but I'll need to check that out next time.

This is a nice, small park. Perfect for an afternoon away from the house. The garden WOWed me! Beautiful! The flowers were gorgeous! I could not stop staring at the flowers - make great photos ;)! Right next to it is the zoo, which is also another place to explore. All in all, it’s a very convenient and small park to go to in a beautiful day! if you want to enjoy colors and flowers for free- definitely go there Will most definitely return!

Probably one of the best parks in aurora. Great place for a photo shoot. The park was practically empty. Took some nice graduation pictures with no interruption. Mini grant park.

There is so much for families to do together. Visiting the zoo, learning the history of the excavation of the site and Mammoth bones found. Children can burn off energy at the large playground and cool off in the splash pad. Picnic tables and pavilions offer great places for picnics and get togethers😊

The mastodon lake used to look beautiful, housed many birds and small animals. I dod not see many evasive plants but one or two here and there. For some reason they destroyed 90 percent of the trees and plants. Does it look clean, no because instead they should have focused on the trash clean-up in the pond/ lake. It looks disgusting now, no shade while running, have seen fewer animals now including the fish that used to go by the edge and stick their tails out.

I'm giving it four stars because even though they have only about a dozen animal exhibits, it's actually a pretty nice walk. It's a great place to take your kids, and it's free. There's a couple of wolves, eagles, peacocks and some other animals. It's pretty cool. It's no Brookfield zoo by any stretch, but for being in the suburbs and all I really can't complain. Again, it's free!

We LOVE this place!!! Due to Covit-19 zoo and splash pad is closed but playground was open. And on the nice sunny day it was exactly what we needed. Ice-cream truck stopped by as well. There was lots of ppl but everyone was respectful of each other privacy and kept social distance. Kids of course were happy to just have their imagination run wild.

So much to do there: play tennis, sand volleyball, golf, visit the animals, see the mastodon bones in the museum, view the flower garden, walk around the lake and even exercise on the few machines on the walk.

Beautiful grounds and a decent playground with sand pit next door, but there are not many outdoor animals. The ones they do have are unique and fun to see but it's just very small so it does not take long to go through completely.

What a great secret spot, thank you for those that maintain the slides. This was a neat place to stop. You are never too old to slide :-) bring some cardboard to help with your ride and protect your clothing.

The sunken garden was beautiful, but it is clear there hasn't been anyone maintaining it. There is a giant section of the garden that is just weeds. It's disappointing.
