Definitely worth the summer family pass if you are a Naperville resident. This place is big enough to allow your family the room to swim around and have fun together. It also has plenty of room to swim in it's deep 15 feet area for experienced swimmers. My family enjoyed the spacious park area to allow us to sit and enjoy a picnic.

Centennial has one of the best skateparks around. Ramps are well built, with good TrueRide material. Park has a miniramp with extension, spine ramp, long quarterpipe with hip, pyramid with ledges/flat rail, big handrail on bank ramp, double stairset with ledge, a flat bar, and box. The park is right next to the beach entrance, and near the river walk. Awesome place all around.

Driving all the way there from WI, over 2hrs away, I can say I was quite impressed. There's a huge Sandy Beach leading up to the zero depth entry of the pool. It's well labeled with the height of the water and then it gradually increases in depth. It's roped off where it's really deep and also where the diving tower is. There's a nice water slide in the not so deep area. Am amazed at how clean the area is that surrounds the beach and the water & that people follow the rule of no food by the water. They also have a corral of beach/sand toys, so you don't have to drag that along. For those who complain about the price of food/drinks, it's comparable to any fast food restaurant you go to. For kids meals you can get fruit or chips & a drink, & we got quite a lot of watermelon & it actually tasted good.

I have not been here since my son was young. Even back then this was a great place to go. Now retired I recently obtained a membership. I was quite elated to see all of the improvements over the past 35 years. There is plenty of shade, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, a food concession, and adult swim every weekday between 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. This is a beautiful old quarry with a sand bottom that makes Naperville unique and desirable.

I love it. It's packed usually but that's to be expected. The price after 5pm is sooo worth it. The locker rooms are impeccable. Lots of high school kids, but apparently they do adult floats on Saturday mornings. I might have to check that out

Someone recommended this park to me to visit and it was great. Walking during the evening was prefect. The path around the river was decent and the view of the river and fields were relaxing. Definitely a pretty area and my wife and I enjoyed it.

6-16-22. Great place for family time and there is an admission price! We sat on a blanket on the shady grass lawn. This is a clean, safe and organized swim park. There were multiple Lifeguards on duty and a concession stand with food, drinks, ice cream and snow cones. Coolers are allowed but no alcohol or glass bottles allowed. The employees look in your cooler at the entrance gate to make sure no contraband gets into the park.

Went here with family and my little niece. She had a blast on the playground. Large field area and beach volleyball as well. Convenient location to downtown.

This Park has been around forever. If you live in the Naperville area and haven't been it's worth a visit. The water is clean and there is sand, a lot quicker than a trip to the beach. Also if your a fisherman, there are some small mouth bass in the river that runs along the property.

You've never seen anything like this sandy, chlorinated "beach". Part natural, but free of lake critters, fish, and bacteria! It's huge and gets quite deep. There are swimming lanes, slides and diving boards. It's really a beach on one side, so little ones can play in the sand and shallows. Bring a picnic and enjoy the grassy banks.

Penguin feeding is also great fun! Even on a rainy day, the jungle barn alone is worth the price, suitable for all ages. Excellent gift shop that is reasonably priced. My personal favourite has to be the art gallery through the entrance. Lots to see, lots to do, excellent value for money, very educational and informative.

The beach itself is very well kept and nice. The only issue I saw was the bathrooms/changing rooms were quite dirty.

Cannot say enough about the Naperville River Walk area and the parks, restaurants, and businesses along it. Such a beautiful and well kept place with even and groomed trails, lots of great smelling lilacs in the spring too! I enjoyed reading the postings at the monuments along the way, and the covered bridges were a great design feature!

Great place to visit. My grandkids and I were visiting from Maryland and we went there. The kids lived it. They provide lifejackets and pool noodles to play with. They also have buckets, shovels and other sand toys for the kids to play with in the sand. They also a water slide, high dive and low diving boards. It's a nice place to go swimming at. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a very nice place for a family day! It has more than enough space, a great sand area for building castles, a slide or two, some sprinklers and a concession stand. Food was decent too. The Naperville Riverwalk is close by and so is a park as well as skate park. Super cool. Life guards are very attentive and jump in without hesitation!

It's pretty great. It's clean, the pools are huge, there's a place to bbq where they supply the grill. There also a place like a little grill place to buy food. They supply Adirondack chairs, and life vests for thoes who want them. When u get to the water, it's literally like a beach, there's a bit of sand amd u just walk right in up to 4ft. There is a slide, as well as some lanes to swim laps. After the lanes to swim laps it drops off to 15ft. There are diving boards and a pontoon to jump off of. The entire pool itself is super freaking huge. Will definitely be back with friends.

This is probably the best public pool I have ever seen. The sand area and shallows are amazing for young kids, while adults can enjoy a good swim in the enormous deep end. Locker rooms, bathrooms and other amenities are all clean and well maintained. It does get busy, but the pool is so large that it never felt overcrowded.

Plenty of security but weren't able to enjoy fully because we were asked to exit pools because of weather. Didn't really rain or have any lightning but mostly everyone proceeded to leave.

A great place to walk during these Winter days because the path is clear and dry.

Great park! Especially for kiddos that have trouble with stairs or need sensory. Most of the area includes ramps so it really is for all ages. Doesn't hurt that the scenery is beautiful and the area has paved walking paths as well.

Very, very bad experience. We went at 5:00 pm. To take advantage of the lower price, thinking we have 1 hour of swimming. and were there literally 5 minutes, when I heard the life guard (Christian). Conspiring with another life guard on a canoe, that they heard thunder, wink! Wink! And they ordered everyone out of the pool. And seconds later announced "Centennial Beach is now closed ".... thanks alot !... out $25.00, and left to explain to my 3 kids what happened. No refund, no rain check , no explanation. No excuse for this. Very poor management at this place.

Staff was very nice, which starts off our visit. Several of my group grew up at the beach in the 60's. We had lots of fun then and now. So much new!!

At the beginning of the season the water was far dirtier than I ever remember it being, but my last visit on 6/10 they really made an improvement! The water was blue and way cleaner than it had been, much more like I remembered before!

The website said it was open but it was closed! We were visiting from England and granddaughter wanted to go swimming and there was no where else to go either. Apparently they'll open end of May.
