This place has a bad mold problem..i stayed here because my house has plumbing and mold issues. The room she gave me had such a horrible mold smell it made me sick so i asked for another room. The second rolm smelled alot fresher like they started remediating the problem but it was still moldy smelling. Hopefully they take care of the problem. Even for the cheapest around its not worth it with that problem

The building is old and smells of age. There is no breakfast. Everything seems to be clean. But once you look.: There was a burnt spot on the duvet, an unwashed stain on the sheet, one of the towels was dirty. There are many TV channels. I didn’t use the Internet, I don’t even know if they have it or not. The air conditioner works well. Paid 65$.

This establishment was Fantastic compared to other motels in the Chicagoland area!! Very Very clean!!! I felt SAFE!! The staff was very professional, helpful & Friendly! It’s very close to Great restaurants, shopping centers and a easy commute to Toyota Park & Downtown Chicago.Another bonus to my stay the price was right ($$) for my experience and expectations. I would absolutely recommend for a short term or long term stay…. Thanks again to the management and staff for a enjoyable visit!!!!! (P.S I’m a Foodie through and through. So if you do stay checkout these Great restaurants nearby Peppos Subs, Albawadi Grill, Fry the Coop, Billy Boys restaurant, or The Spring Forest Cafe!!!!!) ENJoY yw!!!!!

There are no bugs here and the cleaning lady cleans and washes all linen every day! Ive worked at other hotels around here & they only wash the top blanket once a week! the Miami inn had cockroaches! The hotel is just old and needs some work done to it! The manager is very nice and has blessed me in many ways!

Nice management they respect their guests maybe not a four star but the attitude of the staff makes up for it. Low weekly rates for what it's worth Very kind managers also it's quiet

The best motel in town, specially the onwer and his employees. I use this place for a years and i love it.

Small rooms and bad owners. Wouldn't recommend at all

Room was small but clean. Owners were especially nice. I even had an extended check out because my son was mid nap at check out time.

Needs Remodeling and extermination. But ok for price and location

It's a quiet place owners are very friendly and respectful other members of the hotel art of themselves and also friendly and respectful But the rooms do need a little bit work like patching and painting them like that I like the place it's more quieter than all the other hotels I know of and it's a lot better than going to Aloha Motel even that it's quiet here I give it a 4 because of the rooms are small and need a little minor repairs but like that it's all good. I been here about 2 months and the owner been doing more inprovements to the place. No one bothers u there. If you let the owner know u going to be a day late with rent he is very Kool with that as long u keep ur promise u be ok.
