Stayed here a couple of times and everything went great. Maids are always very caring with providing you with more clean towels and linen if needed. Rooms are spotless clean!! Which is very important the cleanliness with this whole virus going on in the world. Really recommend this hotel to everyone, they have cheap prices and the service is excellent. Much better than motel 6 at Bridgeview were there are days & Bed Bugs

I had pre booked this location with the express purpose to visit a friend and hang out, but I found out only when I got there, and after I had booked through a 3rd party booking site for a great price, that it had a no visitors policy in place. In their rules they don't have displayed through the booking site or here ( unless it's been updated), you have up to 20 minutes to change your mind on the room or it's a no refund cancellation. I had departed after one night and due to an emergency I had to cancel and leave my reservation, but I was not refunded my 4 other days. The room seemed decent, but my experience was soured by the no visitors or refund policies sadly.

Police was automatically called Because my mother was dropping off laundry n dinner at the motel Indian dude decided to call cops claiming no 2 ppl were supposed to be in romm outside our door we had 5 bags n he tossed the outside keep in mind where there for 15 mins 4 ppl helped me with my luggage n automatically with no acknowledge of the situation he decide to call 911 all 4 people came to help Me n called the police claiming only 2 could stay my family was never going to stay I order Uber n Indian had the audacity to yell at us n tell us to leave alert we payed 150 n no refund we will never visit here they burbank police claimed for refund n no refund nit sure how this business is running but they have a contract with Clayton. Motel too we tried n they refused us as well down the street bad service bad attitude and they charge diderent to every

This place is exceptionally clean. I was beyond satisfied, especially for the price. Check in was fast, friendly, and easy. We stayed here because we had a 5a flight, super close and conveniently located near airport. I’d go back for sure!

Rooms are comfortable had clean carpet I was able to walk on the floor without chanclas. Bathrooms have clean bathtub I was able to take nice bath with hot water. There are many channels to watch also beds & pillows are comfortable.

Booked through a 3rd party so it was problems instantly. Indian owner racially profiled me at first glance and steadily threatened me about not receiving my cash deposit back (that I didn’t know I needed) if I smoked in the non smoking room , even tho I constantly said I don’t smoke at all . Since I booked through a 3rd party online , I was given a card number instead of a physical card. Explained this to the owner over and over and he still insisted on seeing a physical card. The hassle became too much and he canceled my reservation and I still haven’t received my money back yet. I wouldn’t recommend anyone , especially anyone black to frequent this establishment.

Absolutely avoid this place. The rooms all have a bad stench to them, the blankets had burn marks that looked like people were putting out their cigarettes on them (why don't they throw those ones away? It's beyond me). And the manager here is seriously the most rude person I've ever seen. God forbid you have a friend in your room (even if they're staying in another room) to visit because they believe that ONLY the person paying for the room should ever be in it. First of all, they don't have the right to tell you that you can't have a friend in the room with you, but also it gets even crazier because the manager rushed over to our room and started looking in the window, banging on the door, and even used his master key to open up the door and scream at us about "lying to them on the phone". Which, we never talked on the phone, so I have no idea where that came from. I'm pretty sure they can't legally enter an occupied room without police there, but I didn't really feel like arguing about it at the time, we just checked out and left. Don't fall for all the obviously fake reviews that the Inn is posting on their own behalf. This property has about the visual appeal and energy of a crack house.

We tried to get a room downtown Chicago but the marathon had everything booked. I found this motel on line and was very pleased, not only with price, but how clean and updated it was. There are plenty of restaurants within driving distance, but I would recommend. You will hear some car traffic at next door restaurant until they close.

Asking for a service dog ID card for a service dog please avoid if you're planning to travel and have your service dog with you

Room was dirty bed had stains on sheets and blankets smelled like mildew and smoke wouldn't recommend to nobody and the company I drive for and no longer with get everybody they hotel there

Room was very clean as well as sheets and pillows, property was upkept parking can be a pain if you leave your room and come back late.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Restaurants nearby. Door dash was really good in that area as well. The staff there are very quick to respond to your needs.

Basic place to sleep, outskirts of Chicago. Don't get room next to laundry, it stinks of sewage...manager said it's the laundry drains. We switched to a smoking room as that stink is a hella better than sewage.

The room was clean. The person in the front office was nice and had no problem getting the room. I could not open the door with the key. I went back to get it fixed with no issues. I will definitely go back

I stayed here a few nights for lollapalooza and overall experience was very poor. The main light didn't work to the room, the drain to the sink and the shower both didn't work properly, the first channel that came up on the tv was adult videos, and there were a few other things that were off about the room, including, a nail coming out of the head board and the bathroom vent also not being functional. Additionally, coming in and out of this location isn't the easiest with only one small area to pull in to and no turn lane in the road if you need to turn left into the motel. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 since it was at least manageable.

Lets you book for 4 guests...buutttt, they only allow 2 people in a room and threaten that they will kick you out if they see more than 2 people in your room.

It's a great place when you want to sleep in or crash for the night. It's affordable compared to the bigger hotel/motel. The room was clean. And great place if you were traveling and passing by on your trip.

The staff was so humble and quick for the check-in process, they are also available anytime for any assistance and very friendly, this place is added to my favourite list

Very clean, great service, friendly people, reasonably priced. They have hourly rates as well as over night. Cable tv, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, and air conditioning. They also have honeymoon suites.
