Came here with coworkers for a private event. The catered food was good, service kept our drinks full, and we had so much fun! I’d recommend getting the other game(s) to keep people busy while they are not on the whirlyball court.

It was my first time, I love bumping cars, basketball and beer so I thought this is the best place I can find all of them in one place. It was so much fun to play whirlyball. You play in two teams, maximum of 10 people in total. The place and staff are awesome. It has a parking lot, lots if space inside and 2 whirlyball areas as well as bowling, lasertag and pingpong tables.

Me and my group didn’t even get to play whirly ball. We accidentally booked our time for bowling. The lady at the front desk said she had a time at 5, but by the time she was getting it set up someone booked it online apparently so we didn’t get to play. She told us laser tag was available whenever we wanted to go, but after we bowled another lady told us it was booked for another 3 hours. The food was ok. They should organize the online and walk in booking better.

Great time and decent price if your group is big enough! Nice drink selection too! Lots of large TVs to be able to keep up with the latest sports. We didn't do any bowling but the lanes looked nice! Great space, lots of room to move!

What a blast! Visited for the first time ever for a birthday party group. While a machine or two broke on us and we couldn't play the full amount of people per round, it was great fun. Food "buffet style" was pretty good, and the drinks were also extremely affordable. Lester was a fantastic server and really checked in on all of our party quite often and kept the drinks coming! Great experience - great for a special birthday party of any age.

Paid deposit for Event for my kid’s birthday at Chicago location. Called to inquire about adding activities. The day of event we arrived, and went to pay remaining balance, front staff person left me at the desk to run in the back and send the GM Toby to tell me i signed something saying I wanted extra activities and I either pay or they will give me my deposit back. Why would that be an option to spoil my kid’s birthday?? I never signed anything other than my initial contract and children waivers. However I paid to make sure my son had a good time for his birthday but These people bullied me into paying for services I didn’t need. Not to mention black security is trained To only check black and brown patrons bags upon entering the building. Other races are good with being checked. The facility itself is decent and spacious but will not be returning with my family.

There was a misunderstanding about what time the event ended. Instead of pulling an adult aside to say "Hey, we have to start cleaning up to prepare for the next party." The kids were told to pick up their food and stand outside the room. None of the adults were approached and we were all confused. We tried to speak with the manager in which we were told the manager would not come down nor would we receive an apology for how things were handled. When we ask if we can go and speak to the manager they threaten to call the police. A member of our family was called back 5 minutes later into the facility, to pick up an item he lost. He overheard security talking to the front desk and we were described as "just some angry black people." In no way did we show any sign of aggression. We have had multiple kids' Birthdays at various places, and we've never experienced something like this...

Booked a special celebration there and had a BLAST! The games are fun, food was good and location was perfect for us. I will say this is NOT a cheap date. But was well worth the money spent.

We had a birthday party for my son's 20th birthday. This was a special occasion for us. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect location for this special occasion. I was deeply disappointed by our experience with the planning team who did not accurately record our conversations but more disappointed by the management. I would not return to this location for a party. Ever guest should be treated with attention and respect.

This was my first time going to Whirlyball and I'm so happy I went! The service was top notch. Our server, Chris, was so kind, friendly and attentive. I didn't bowl but my group did. The lanes were good and oiled properly. But the best part was the Whirlyball game! It's like bumper cars mixed with lacrosse mixed with basketball. It's fun, silly, easy to play, and no one lost a finger (I was worried about that at first). The bathroom was clean which is one of the most important things about a place like this to me. I will absolutely go again and id recommend you go also If you haven't been.

We had a team outing and Whirlyball was such a great experience. You sit in bumper cars and using scoops (similar to mini lacrosse scoops) you throw a whiffleball at targets. There is also bowling available and was a fun time overall. The max that can play at a time that we had was 10 individuals (5 on each team) with a time limit of 10 minutes.

Experience was everything.Server Isaiah was very nice and helpful. Manager Tamya was also nice and assertive when we had a moment of miscommunication regarding our reservation. All in all the team was great and I look forward to booking another event with this location.

Had a decent time aside from the annoying booking experience. We were booking whirleyball more than 7 days in advance which we were told could not be done without a drink package. I spent a couple days coordinating with my group to purchase a drink package for the 12 of us(all of the documents I was emailed reflected 10 person minimum). But after several attempts we just kept being told the new minimum was 15 people. They eventually booked it without the package just felt like a lot of useless coordination on my end for no reason.

This is a cool place but they charge bowling by the half hour instead of by the game, and unfortunately we had a lane that was malfunctioning so at least a quarter of the half hour was spent waiting for the lane to reset. The employee did add an extra 5 minutes but we still ended up wasting a lot of time for a $50 game that we didn’t even have time to finish. We also ordered nachos at the bar from Caitlin M, who asked “would you like chicken or beef with that?” clearly implying that the meat was included, but it ended up being an extra $6 that I only realized after I had to ask for a receipt because I didn’t know why it was so expensive. The whole experience just felt like a scam but the kids had fun. Will definitely be going to a different bowling place from now on

Service was horrible🤯.... We paid for (2) hours of bowling For 1st 45 minutes not (1) person came & asked if we needed anything. On top of that they put a party of 8 or 9 people in that same small section The table & (2) couches was too small for the amount of people. My guests & I left while there was still 40 minutes left to bowl. Worst birthday experiences ever!

Went here for a work outing. I had fun, had never played before. The service was excellent, they made sure everyone had what they wanted. Our basket was broken, so it never registered our baskets unless the referee was paying attention. It was fun though.

October 22 we attended a birthday party bash here and we had a blast. The atmosphere was fun & lively. Our server Andre Overton did a fabulous job taking care of all of us. I highly recommend WhirlyBall @ 1825 Webster in Chicago for your next large event. The food was really good too! Jimmy in KC

I don't feel like we were fully informed of the activity options, and we were a little unsure of where things were or how to order food, etc. but we were able to do a half hour of bowling. Which was definitely fun with a relaxed atmosphere. Food was absolutely great; my kids were very impressed with the wings and I'll be thinking about the fries for, possibly, the rest of my life, haha. Mixture of friendly employees but still a few less than helpful. Overall nice experience, but there was more to do than we were able or informed of. Little expensive but still a reasonable night out for my 3 kids and me!

Had a really fun time here!!! We played Lazer tag and had a BLAST. There seems to be an advantage in the court however, so pick your teams wisely!!! Also had good prices for shots

There’s 3 types of activities: Laser Tag, Bowling, and Whirlyball. Laser Tag: was fun, but the games were short and we needed to restart like 4 times. Wish it was a longer 2 game hour. Bowling: decent lanes, not much to complain about. If you’re coming just for that, there are places with better retro vibes. Whirlyball: sooo expensive for small groups. Make sure you have a larger group. It’s also more expensive online? Not sure what that’s about, maybe reserving it costs more. PS - you sign a waiver, and there is risk of injury. There are no helmet or goggles, I got a ball hit in my eye socket really hard. Thankfully no serious injury but made me realize that this is not necessarily a safe activity. Go at your own risk. Wish they provided head gear. ** the staff was super nice and kind and checked on me many times and gave me an ice pack. They asked if I wanted to call an ambulance when I was hit, but I refused due to the injury not being severe. No fault of the staff - issue is with the safety policies.

We had a fantastic time bowling and whirlyballing for my partners 40th birthday. The front staff went above and beyond to help our 2 groups get lanes beside each other and the wait staff at the bat and walking around serving were second to none, even with how busy it was! Mercedes killed it as our personal server, somehow facilitating our silly group from place to place (a feat, trust me). Definitely recommend! And their beer selection is delicious.

It's a nice spot to go with a group of friends, not to loud to have a conversation, also options to play pool or bowling. Good selection of drinks, and food. Plenty of room to move around if you have a big group.

Laziest workers of all time. Sit and scroll their phone the whole time. Had cars in the middle of our court and they wouldn’t move them. Great time, but come on. People are paying good money for it.

Long story short: Laser Tag was very fun, staff is unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and incompetent. For my birthday, my wife was attempting to plan a group event. After many times contacting the staff, and receiving different information from each person, she was able to book an event. When we arrived, we had to pay more for our group because of the few people we talked to on the phone told us incorrect information. After sorting that out, we were taken to the waiting space before the gaming. We were called into the prep room, where a staff member completely brushed past the safety and game rules and sent us in. Once we were playing and figured out what we were doing, we had a blast. Again, what Whirly ball has to offer in terms of entertainment is fantastic, but they screwed us over with the bill and their staff is completely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. If you can make it past the staff to the fun, then it's great.

I attended a team event here. It's a great place for such events. Whirlyball was a ton of fun. Food was good too. And they have laser tag and bowling.

Had a lot of fun here for our company Holiday Gathering! Lots to do, awesome staff, great food and drinks; and the whole vibe is welcoming and up beat! It was my first time visiting and playing and I'd love to check out some of the other offerings again in the future! Add this place to your list

We were hosting some friends in town this weekend, so we headed on over to whirlyball because it seemed like they have different activities to choose from (bowling, ping pong, laser tag, and of course, whirlyball). We were also able to get some really good food and some tasty drinks all thanks to the wonderful service from Michelle. She went above and beyond to make sure that our group was well taken care of and had all the info we needed. She took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and was amazing to talk to. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Michelle!!

I attended this location and it was such a wonderful experience! We had a great time with our group - I didn't play until the last game of whirlyball because I was so unsure about it but MAN was it fun! The food was also great! We also had such a wonderful hostess in Mercedes! She was very personable, attentive, and kind. I was needing a charger for my phone and she was able to give me one as well. I was so thankful for her kindness from beginning to end!

We had an amazing time at Whirlyball! We had our company party there in 2020 before the pandemic and had a great time. We were thrilled to be back. Ivette was super accommodating and responsive to my emails. Lester our server was top-notch, friendly and super awesome. Luis the game attendant was also awesome. We will be back!

WhirlyBall was an Awesome Experience!!! The food was Yummy!!! However, I feel the portion size for the boneless chicken could be better, because the pieces were so small... Otherwise, we had a Great Time. We will return! Thank you Whirlyball Family!!! The Staff made us feel like the only party there!!! Such a Personal Touch! Thanks Owen!!! 😊 Fantastic!

Large venue with a variety of options for activities. There's whirleyball, laser tag, bowling, & a ping pong table. Nice place to hang out with friends or have a large birthday party. Several food options are available as well. Plenty of parking available. Laser tag is upstairs & gets booked pretty fast. I suggest making a reservation. Staff was friendly. Location is right off the highway.

A good place to take a group for an event. Laser tag, bowling and their signature Whirlyball. The staff was attentive and served our food in time to make our scheduled Whirlyball game. They serve a variety of food from pizza to salads. Whirlyball is like playing LaCrosse from bumper cars. It is fast and exciting.

Ok. Staff is great - shout out to Noah and Scott and the young lady who was also a good runner. Nachos and 30 wing order is great for sharing. Drinks are just right. You’ll get happy and not sloppy. Please work on adding Apple Pay and tap / touch payments systems and ordering wet naps - if you serve wings, you need those lil wet napkin things. It’s a small thing that goes a long way. Someone in our party ordered an ice cream sandwich and it came out with the burgers, nachos and wings - while we kept it, please ask if that’s the preference - it ended up being a cookie that got dipped in an ice cream soup instead of an ice cream sandwich. Good times overall and highly recommend for an air conditioned Saturday afternoon with friends.

We had my daughter's 16th birthday here. Everyone had lots of fun! We did 1 hour of Whirly ball and 30 minutes of Laser tag and dinner. Whirly ball was really fun, and food was great as well. My only complaint is that for 30 minutes of Laser tag, the rule explanation took 20 minutes, and let us play just two 5 minute games. We did not think all those instruction videos and rule explanation also included in the time, so if you are reading this, please remember it takes at least 20 minutes for the preparation, and they count it as paid time.

Amazing time!! We had soooo much fun. We were a group of 10 on a work trip and I can't tell how much fun we had in only one hour. We can't wait to come back to Chicago and do it again!
