Great Belgium Waffle with banana, chocolate chips and whipped cream. Café Moca is ok and the ladies service it's great. They help in table and bring to you water or if you need something... they'll help you👍. Thank you for everything.

I've been to this restaurant in the past but I decided to stop by for breakfast today before going to a dental appointment. As I walked in I was greeted and taken to a booth with plenty of room. The waitress came right away and asked if I wanted a beverage and came back with my coffee and flavored creamers that I asked for. I ordered and it came out in a satisfactory amount of time. Well cooked and tasted great. I had a wonderful experience and will return. I recommend this place to anyone. :-)

Service was friendly and quick. Food was not all that special. A couple of people we were with got sandwiches and no one really liked them. They loved the fries though. Pancakes and eggs were mediocre at best. I got the Philly chicken sandwich. It came with no mayo and the cheese had a funny smell. I didn't really like it. I'd come back here for the pancakes though.

Affordable prices, good flavor, and cozy vibe staff is always nice. Service is fast.

Great place, it made us feel like we're in Florida. The employees made us feel very welcoming. We had biscuit and gravy and also pancakes. It taste like they make it there and not frozen food. We will definitely come back soon.

Eggs benedict was perfect@ It's so delicious, I am sorry that they close early. Great breakfast or sandwiches. Yum and reasonable.

Hands down my favorite breakfast place. My husband and I make a point to go here a minimum of once a month for breakfast. I've been going here for years with my family. The staff is amazing, friendly, and speedy. My favorite is their basted eggs with sausage and toast. My husband LOVES their skillets. Highly recommend!!

Nice place to get a quick breakfast bite. I would say the food isn't too bad. Got myself some biscuits and gravy. The gravy is pretty amazing, gave me a reminder of Hillshire Farms Kielbasa, or for some reason that's the first thing I thought of when I took a bite of the sausage gravy with biscuit. The eggs were nice and moist, not over cooked. The sausage links were decent, just not really anything special about em. My meal also came with a small juice. I got the grapefruit juice, which I couldn't really tell if it was fresh, or from concentrate, or fresh and with alot of added sugar. It was just acceptable, I guess. The hostess did a bang up job. She was really polite and willing to engage with the customers. The waitress was a little more like, she was just there to do her job. She did a fine job taking our order and giving us our food, and then our check. No real negatives, a good first time dining at this location. We'd love to come back and get some breakfast another time.

It was good. Biscuits & gravy I wouldn't recommend, very plain tasting, could possibly come out of a can. I make my own home made gravy at home so I'm very particular about my gravy. if they just browned up some real country sausage, then add some flour, butter, heavy cream, salt and pepper, chicken boullion, it could be soooo much better.

This place has the best breakfast! Hands down to them. Even ordering to go is amazing

Very well appointed and clean. Like walking into delicious smelling Grandma's house (modern take tho). Service was very prompt and courteous. Eggs over easy to perfection, pancakes fluffy and tasty, hash browns just delectable! Will definitely eat here when I'm out this way!

The food was good, pretty decent size portions, fairly good price. It has a nice view and all around welcomeing. Small establishment so it fills up quickly.

Been going here since 1993 (still call it Sugar Plum 🤣). We love the party melt, fries and all breakfast items. 'Greasy spoon' diner with attentive and friendly staff. Tons of options make it great for multi-generational dining. Never disappoints!

I love this restaurant ❤️ The entire staff is warm and friendly. When we told them we were celebrating a Birthday they gave everyone in our party a hug 🫂 And the food is delicious and the prices are affordable. Definitely going back again and again.

We stopped in for a late breakfast on a Tuesday. The service was great, and the food was amazing. I ordered the country skillet with pancakes and she had apple cinnamon crepes. My eggs were over easy and perfect. What more can I say, this place makes great food all the time

Great experience here! The omelettes were outstanding, and our server Janie was without question one of the absolute best we have ever had. Sitting near the wait station, however, was very noisy.....thus the less than five stars for atmosphere. Highly recommend checking them out!

Love Maxfield's, my only complaint is that it closes much earlier than it used to (thanks, Covid?), so it's hard to make it in. We went for mother's day 2023, and while crowded, our waitress was pleasant and patient. The burger and soup were great, the latte was amazing too. If you're out in Schaumburg looking for a great breakfast spot with lunch options, try Maxfield's!

Friendly and very attentive staff work here and you can tell the moment you walk through the front door. I’m glad I tried their pumpkin pancakes, which are also amazing! I will definitely be coming back soon!

DISGUSTING! I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese! Who tf messes that up?! Cheese is hard as rock and please see the image below, what is this? Also, hashbrowns are better when actually COOKED! I wish I could give this place a ZERO STARS!

Visiting the area for a wedding, decided to have brunch here. Chicken and waffles were made just right. Highly recommend. The restaurant is family owned and operated so it really gave it a touch of care when it came to service. Everyone was extremely kind from our waitress to the owners that welcomes us at the front.

I got an omelet here, which was quite good. There was a lot of cheese in it, which many places skimp on, so that was a pleasant surprise. One of our kids got pancakes, the other French toast sticks. They both enjoyed their food. Service was good as well, even though it was moderately busy. Would recommend this restaurant.

A great diner in the heart of Schaumburg. I got the meats lovers skillet and it was freshly made and very delicious. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable as well. Will def be coming back!
