I came in very early on a Sunday morning with an acute GOUT episode that had me up, in pain all night. After a quick check-in process, I was seen right away (less than 5 minute wait). All of the medical professionals were very helpful and understanding. I was given recommendations for alternate and more effective treatments that really worked. I was pain free in no time. My prescriptions were sent and ready within 30 minutes of my visit. I could not have asked for a more efficient and helpful visit to urgent care. This team saved the last day of my vacation! Thanks. I have been going this location for my son’s check for his viral and bacterial episodes for more than a year. I am extremely satisfied with the care my son received every time. Staff are so caring and concerned with the our problems. Doctors and registered nurses are all competent and knowledgeable. They listened to us carefully and provided best care possible. Extremely easy to navigate, unbelievably easy to get in with a one hour notice on a Sunday. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Was greated warmly and professionally immediately upon walking in. I was fortunate that they were not busy. I was 1 of 3 patients waiting. I filled out a quick form and was taken to an exam room within 15 minutes. Was seen by physician within 30 min. Total visit was under an hour. Very pleasant and professional staff. Very clean and efficiently ran clinic.

Was seen for asthma flare up. The staff was amazing! Friendly, welcoming and didn’t shove me out the door and really made sure I was okay before I left the office. The PA made sure to address my concerns and took her time to explain the course of treatment. Phenomenal job! And thank you for taking such good care of me!

Walked with no one ahead of me. Waited about 15 min in lobby before going to an exam for interview and vitals were taken. Karen came in 10 mins later to evaluate. A treatment plan was presented based on my input. Drugs were called into my pharmacy and followup was discussed. All Personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. I will definitely come back for care.

Wow! They were so friendly and efficient in treating me. They gave me viable options. I would highly recommend this place for immediate care needs. In this world of convoluted, arduous healthcare protocols, this place is actually one that makes sense in treating the patient expeditiously!

The staff is very nice and helpful . I had a great experience they helped me figure out what was wrong with me. I thought I was being a hypochondriac but they did indeed find what was my issue. They celebrated with me when we figured out what was wrong . Over all amazing experience. I highly recommend their care when you need to be cared for quickly .

I’m amazed how fast the service was! I was in and out within 45 minutes. The office is so much nicer and the staff were friendly and professional.

Went in on Thanksgiving Day and had never been there. Everyone from the receptionist (right title?) to the provider were very cheerful and helpful. Very efficient business and I was so impressed that they were so kind and helpful especially on a holiday. Really appreciated that you were open on a holiday. Can’t say enough good. It was clean & they got me in quick. Everyone was nice. Even though the cleaning supplies they used was a little over bearing I did appreciate the fact that I knew that they had wiped down & cleaned everything in our room. I’ll definitely be back & I recommend coming here.

10/2/22 Was able to schedule an appointment to be seen the same morning for Covid symptoms. Not a long wait and they explained every step of the way so I knew what to expect and about how long it would all take. I was offered the antibody infusion and decided it was in my best interested to have it done. They made sure I was comfortable and the nurse practitioner really explained everything well. The only thing that could be improved was the front office. She told me I was good to go but the nurse practitioner had told me to make an appointment to come back for follow up. Tho I could have done that by phone, don’t think I would have remembered. Thank you Megan Price and the rest of the staff! All very nice people 💛

NP walked in and told me what my diagnosis was without even examining me. I was told that I was swabbed for RSV, Covid and Flu and it would take 20 minutes to get the results. The NP told me there was 18 minutes left on the timer and I could either wait or she would call me. I told her I would prefer a call since I wanted to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy. She never called and the results never posted to my online account. I called and never got a call back.

Everyone was so nice to me. The compassion and care that was given to me was unbelievable. I was in pain and crying and not once did I feel like they weren’t concerned about me. Thank you to both Doctors that I saw. You are Beautiful and Wonderful People.

I came to get my 18 month old baby’s stitches removed. Not paying attention to the time, it was nap time. She was sleepy and cranky. So much so, she wouldn’t even allow them to take her pulse ox levels. They were so patient with her and my older sons. Because of their patience and kindness, I was allowed time to get the baby to sleep and that made everything else easy to finish. Thank you all for great care and service!!

Love the early hours. Staff was extremely nice. Very clean and loved my ocean themed room. A tv in there is brilliant!!! My nurse practitioner was amazing. So sweet and had excellent bed side manner. I’m very happy I found this place.

My son's doctor's office was completely booked for over 8 days and my son was in need of being seen today. Emediate Cure Joliet was able to see him today and I am so grateful. The front desk staff was very understanding and accommodated us with more time to arrive to our appointment. The nurse was gentle and sweet. He was seen by the wonderful NP Karen C. She was phenomenal!! She thoroughly listens, her treatment plans are remarkable and even have backups, her bedside manners is awesome and the best part is she actually cares. Karen and everyone at Emediate Cure Joliet are the best! I hope we don't ever need to go back, but if we do I know we'll be taken care of here.

My daughter was seen quickly and the NP (I wish I remembered her name) was so thorough with her and took her time. I have been here many times, always a good experience but I have to say this NP was definitely the best I have seen so far!

Good afternoon, I have to start by saying how IMPRESSED I was by the medical attention I received yesterday at your Joliet office. From the receptionist to every single person that attended me were so professional and caring. Definitely great leadership skills are important at this facility. Keep up the great work!

I could not get an appointment with my primary physician, so I decided to try this immediate care clinic. I am so glad I did! When I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The form was easy to fill out. The intake nurse listened carefully to my concerns. The nurse practitioner who saw me was thorough, asked clarifying questions, and helped set up a care plan for my needs.

My daughter recommended for me to go there. She said they are the friendliest and not a real long wait. I found that to be true and everybody was so kind and I got thorough care. I would definitely recommend others to go there. I felt very comfortable.

I've been going to Emediate Cure since they 1st opened and have always been treated well. The owners were so smart to realize the need for something like this in our area. All of the nurses have great bedside manner and I especially want to acknowledge Nurse Emily who was able to provide IV fluids for me today without me having to go to the [dreaded] ER. She listened to what was going on, educated me on the situation and treated me with so much kindness.

I had an appointment today and they were on time and the appointment was quick! They were thorough and listened to all my concerns and answered all questions. They made sure I understood my medication and aftercare. Would highly recommend any of their locations, they are all great!

The two ladies that helped me today were very sweet and proffesional. They made me comfortable which isn't very common in urgent cares usually. Although I'm not fond of going to any type of hospital setting I'd 100% come back here if I ever needed care again.

Stephanie is wonderful! So easy to talk to. Everyone made us feel so comfortable! Very warm and welcoming! This is by far the best immediate care office I have ever been to!! Very clean! They also saved me a very expensive trip to the emergency room. Thank you everyone!!

I have to say that this company has really done its job. There was an issue and they not only were quite willing to correct the matter, but went above and beyond what I expected. This is truly a family that takes pride in caring for people that need their services. The staff was amazing as was the ladies at Shorewood. I have used the services as has my family and I will continue. I just wish they had more facilities, especially West. There is much needed options such as this a very untapped area that is growing..Thanks for resolving the issue and being so kind and gracious about it as well. A rare thing in today's world..

I’ve been bringing my daughters here for a few years over their pediatrician because they are always so sweet, gentle, and they listen when my girls aren’t feeling good. Today my youngest came in because she had an earring back stuck in her ear lobe and she was able to get it out. She was incredible gentle with her and she left feeling so proud of her self thanks to the staff. Thank you again!

I went to the clinic with a chainsaw injury. I was worried I would need to go to the ER. They got me checked in and into a room quickly and made me feel comfortable. The whole team was absolutely amazing and NP Betty and Bre were exceptional! They took great care of me, gave me 15 stitches and made fun conversation to keep my mind off the situation. If you need care of any sort, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else with care of this caliber. Thank you for fixing me quickly and compassionately!

The Staff at Emediate Care are very professional and they provide a great service. They really care about their patients. I definitely would recommend their service for my family and friends.

They are very caring and knowledgeable. If you encounter an issue with paperwork or anything else they are quick to resolve it and help you out. The nurse was amazing and has a funny personality so that made me feel comforted. Getting tested is not fun....obviously....but they don’t treat you like the plague and they assist in the best ways possible. The doctor was great. Besides the test she noticed things I was wondering about and had other tests done. Overall amazing place, quick service that’s actually professional! Thanks guys!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and compassionate. Social distance was maintained throughout the waiting area and I felt very safe. Treated like a person and not a number. I wouldn't hesitate to refer people, as a matter of fact, I already did!

Update: I have to drop them down to 3 stars. I called ahead telling them I needed blood work for a surgery coming up. They told me no problem and to come in. Upon arriving I was told they couldn't do it because my order form wasn't from their physicians. Friendly staff and clean facility. I would go again if needed

Waited far too long although they texted me stating I was 6th in line. Eight ppl went before me. I was misdiagnosed at the Shorewood location and because of my medical knowledge I acted promptly and reached out to my physician to get an accurate diagnosis. The only reason I went the second time was for a covid test and it was close. I will not go back to either location.

Was great 1st time at the emediatecare facility But they were very virtuous and efficient glad we went.

Convenient location, ample parking, website seems user friendly. Got rapid Covid test, results in 15 minutes. Not a pleasant experience and the tech who swabbed me was too aggressive. I’ve had several swabs for Covid so I’m aware of procedure, this one was painful.

Was able to get us in last minute on a very busy weekend. Very accommodating & friendly. Medical assistant Amanda was so good with my 10 month old, very patient and great with keeping my baby calm and happy throughout the visit. Doctor was very thorough & took her time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.

Today’s experience was horrible. Did online check in, said we were ready to come inside. The girl at the desk seemingly screwed that all up because she moved us to the back of then wait list as I watched people who didn’t check in online, sitting close enough to hear, get in before us. 7 different families in before us. When we were 4th in line. Past experiences at this location have been much better. Our patient was a sick 2 year old boy as they took care of adults that appeared to be in noticeably better health than him.

I went to the one in Shorewood. 3 stars for the amazing radiographer and nurse Cecilia. My problem lies on the doctor. He was very dismissive and made a backhanded remark. He made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously and made me feel like my problem wasn’t big enough, I was very uncomfortable not only with the pain of my injury but with the doctor to the point where I cried. The nurses and other staff were extremely kind and receptive when I told them how he made me feel and they made me feel better.

Had a 2:00 appointment but still waited a whole hour. Not crazy about a TV in the examining room. When you don't feel good, you may not want a TV on, being forced to hear all the stupid commercials. No controls to turn it off.

I've been here several times and I've always gotten excellent care. The practitioners spend time listening and go out of their way to make sure that all of my concerns are addressed.
