I was at the Cal Sag location today with my dad and we were so impressed with Chris. He was so professional and polite. He ran the front by himself and he was courteous to everyone. He definitely goes above and beyond for the store. He made my day.

This company trash the customer service is trash The way the delay delivery is trash the way they can’t track a truck with the package is trash I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone ever. Straight doo doo water of a business

I had a great transaction there. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me repackage my shipment to make sure it would ship properly. She knew exactly how long it would take to ship to New York without looking it up. I definitely recommend this location.

The slowest place to go to ship. Always short handed, extremely understaffed. The line is alway long, i would not recommend anyone to ever come here, ITS THAT BAD! The poor woman who works here is always running around like her head is cutoff. 7/27/22 I just arrived here this morning & they are closed at 9:15am, how does a company this size not have normal business hours! Very disappointing again!

I'll update my review if things go better, but my experience thus far is that the person answering the phone was rude, short, and talked too fast for me to write things down. At the end of the call, no goodbye, no have a nice day, nothing. She just hung up. That really ticks me off.

The service is sucks waited 30 min to print 1 page A2 blue print but lady didn't know how to use printer all she tried to fo is turn off and turn back the printer to make it work.

I love the convenience of this location. I wish they stayed open to 8pm so it would give working people time to make it there. Other locations are open later but they are farther.

Very poor customer service. They speak very loud at you with raised voices. When you ask a simple question not willing to come out from around the counter and show you anything about the copy fax, print situation and whether they are with a customer or not they just give you an attitude the entire time. I let the lady know I did not appreciate her lack of service and help and her poor attitude, a supervisor was in the background, and she’s snickered and left. I mentioned I will go ahead and give them a review, reflecting their service, and their lack of.

I love this location because the women there are very helpful and knowledgeable of the services they provide. I go in often for a young lady there to help me with my paperwork for D.C.F.S. She has spent over an hour with me each time I’ve went end needing help. And she does it all with a smile so look for the lady with the dreadlocks.

I shipped a 100lb box, and fedex claims that what separates them from UPS is they tape everything securely. I looked at the lady and asked for her to tape it to ensure nothing falls out, she didnt udnerstand why. I said can you please tape it, she goes ok. Sure enough, she didnt tape it and it broke on delivery, so I receive a second package with supposedly everything that fell out. Unreal.

They shipped my order quick and the staff was very helpful.

The people there have no knowledge about the industry or for that matter about pictures don't waste your time

Don’t send anything from this place this is ridiculous almost 15 days now and still not delivered they have costed me late fees now and they should really let there customers know that packages will take 15 ++ days to get sent out this is unprofessional and I will never deal with this place again UPS is where they do a great job!

I've shipped a few packages here. Overall the staff is nice and helpful, but sometimes seem a little disinterested in what they are doing (I don't really blame them, but it's nice to have a passionate worker there for you).

I worked closely with the store manager Adina on getting retractable banners printed for a company event. She was super attentive and made the process easy. So grateful for her positive attitude and willingness to assist.

Poor lady is in here by here self all the time! Every time I come in here it at least a 30 min wait at noon. There should be more people in here working to help her. This should be a convenience not a long wait!
