I absolutely Love this location!!! I walked in and found 6 pairs of shoes/heels/sandals/flip flops right off the bat! They were very stylish and affordable. Then I was able to find some other great deals on my shopping list (and a ton that weren't on it 😂). I live in the North suburbs and our Ross is always picked apart and a mess. This location was neat and well stocked. I would gladly drive the hour and a half drive just to come shopping here. 🌹🛍️❤️

I wouldn't recommend going to that Ross! The couple times I've been there on a Saturday afternoon... The shelves are almost empty! They need to get more merchandise!!! The store is always trashed!!! Clothes & hangers always on the floor, The shoes are all over the place! I recommend going to another Ross! 👎👎👎

Went to this Ross to return an item, but I did not have the receipt. The cashier asked for my ID to give me store credit. My license is from D.C. Every time this happens the cashier can’t figure out how to enter in my license. In this case, the cashier couldn’t do it and called the manager. The manager was useless and told me to return it at the Ross location I bought it from because he couldn’t figure it out. What kind of a manager does that? He told me to call customer service or give him another ID, who has two state IDs? I asked if he can call someone to figure it out and he told me it’s my job as a customer to call and there was no one he could call. The manager was too lazy or uninterested or incompetent to do this job and find me a solution. His name is Roel. I ended up getting a store credit at the Evergreen park location.

Barren but cluttered at the same time... this Ross is just hanging in for dear life. Decent makeup & skincare section if you're willing to dig through the madness.

Dropped my wife to go and look for a dress which she couldn't find at other stores and she found one there, but unfortunately she had to wait in a very long line because they only had one cashier. Maybe it's time for managers to step in and make a difference especially when they're short staffed. Just my opinion.

This is a great place, they are very professional and always want to assist you. Their hours of operation is more limited than some places, but they will be open at the time stated on Google.

Had a disgusting experience of racial discrimination at this Ross and I'm never going again. I was waiting in line that was taking forever to move and all the customers in front of me me were "non-black". When i reached the front of the line the manager Jason closed his register and turned his back so he didn't have to help me. Didn't open the register until the black cashier took me so he could tend to the other white and Hispanic customers behind me. The Manager Jason is seriously prejudice and needs to be fired asap. They also have some weird policy where Arabic women don't have to wait in line but everyone else does? This location is a mess.

How do you only have 2 cashiers 2 days before Christmas, at 12:30 pm in the afternoon. The lines here are always ridiculous before holidays. DO BETTER!

I found some pretty dresses at a great price. The store wasn't well stocked though. Maybe people purchased a lot of what was available, and the store hadn't been restocked yet. I may or may not go back. The store in Orland Park is better.
