    I work nights until 10 or 11 PM. Several times over the last couple of weeks I have tried to stop on my way home to get a peppermint frosty because I want to try 1. Every time I have tried to stop they have either been obviously closed with the lights on the building off, Or they have looked open but when I pull up to the menu board I am given an automated message that says they are closed. The sign on the side of the restaurant says they are open till 12 AM, but I have yet to find that they actually are over the last couple of months. I'm very frustrated and disappointed by this because I will probably never get to get a peppermint frosty.

    I ordered a chicken sandwich from here with the specifications of just a slice of cheese and nothing else on it. I was very clear with the instructions and they said it back to me so I understood that they heard. Got everything BUT the cheese. I understand that mistakes happen but this happened at least three times at this location alone. I can’t go here anymore because honestly I have no faith that they’ll actually give me what I ordered.

    Ordered a chicken sandwich which the only thing I eat from there. They went cheap with the chicken. My sandwich consisted of a dark brown 1/4 inch thick dry breaded piece of particle board. It was place on stale bread that the bottom piece was hard as a rock. It was horrible. And they advertised new French fries that were the same they have always been. Done with Wendy's. Truly unfortunate. Went a few weeks ago to try their breakfast, what is that horrendous sauce they put on it???

    I tied calling HQ in stead of posting, but 3 weeks later and still no call back. Never had a good experience here, chaulked it up to the young staff working the evening hrs. This time we were 1st customers of the day. It was a sunday morning. Food was good, most of the restaurant was clean, except for the ick on the bottom of my tray. The area where the napkins etc was not stocked and was messy. Over all i was fine until i needed to use the bathroom to wash my hands. It was digusting. Stuff on the floors, hardly any toilet paper, just dirty and the stainless steel doors and walls would be better painted because they were filthy. Not slightly, absolutely filthy. Smeared ick. I'm done with this Wendy's. Its less than a mile from where i live, but between the food and lack of cleaning, i won't return

    Came during a busy time and it seemed like the manager/supervisor on duty was juggling a few different roles at once whilst training the staff. The food was fresh & delicious, well worth the 5 minute wait. Keep up the great work, & that goes for the staff as well. Even when it seemed like you guys were in "the weeds" you all kept going and got the food out. Time & repetition is all it takes to master the job! Wish you all well.

    This location, despite being a newer one, is so disappointing. I've tried going 3 times in the last month, and after this morning, I give up. The employees have had an attitude every time, and they'll also straight up lie to you about what's available just so they don't have to make it. They also have a bad habit of waiting until you order and pull up to pay to let you know that they don't have half of what you just ordered. If you really want Wendy's that bad, go to a different location.

    Cold food. No sit down area took my kids to enjoy a burger. I was told the dining room is closed .Had to drive through. Big mistake no baked potatoes said I have to wait an hour I didn't order a t bone steak dinner. This Wendy's needs to just close. They are going way to fast delivering just cold nasty food. They told me no one wants to work so that's why they couldn't open the door. I will never return

    10 minutes to take my order Employees look like they hate their lives and not getting paid enough. Maybe upper management should pay closer attention to this location

    Workers move at a snails pace, I was ignored by a gentleman I can only assume was a trainee, and my mobile order took a good 10 minutes to get into my hands since I walked in the door.

    I dont know what it is about this location but it was bad when I worked there and it's still bad. I'm talking about management and some staff are terrible as well. Asia was very nice and if not for her I probably would've went off when the manager thought it was "not fair" for me to get something for the inconvenience of sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. I dont go to this location much anymore because I already know nothing has changed. Terrible. Hopefully the food is ok.

    The WORST wendy’s location, I would recommend going somewhere else and putting your hard earned money to a franchise that cares about health codes and quality customer service. We called that our meal was stale and cold when we arrived home and opened our bag and now we are without food because no one should eat food that has been sitting that long.This isnt thmhe first time, everytime we have been to this location it’s been awful. We won’t be back. The manager renee was no help.

    The place is filthy. Filthy. The floor is so sticky, you could trip. The soda machine is out of most flavors, and some of the drinks that it does dispense taste very off. I've been here multiple times and this is chronic. It is rare to get what you ordered.

    We were waited on quickly. This location was clean enough. I was a little concerned about the slick floor, but not enough to say anything about it. My junior baconator was ok. I didn't live up to baconator hype though.

    Don't app order after 10pm. They refused to make our order claiming they turned off the grill so no burgers after accepting the order. Wouldn't make more nuggets or fries. We had to call corporate for the refund and was just a huge waste of time. 127th and Harlem does app orders til they close up until like 1130pm. Plus they're way more pleasant. I'd suggest going there.

    I ordered a single and it was the heaviest hamburger I have ever eaten. It was delicious!! I thought they had my order wrong because the bag was heavy .Nope..just real beef and lots of fresh ingredients. I can only eat beef once a month so I'm counting down to my next visit. The hamburger looked just like the picture in the drive thru...5 stars..

    It was a bit dirty but overall much cleaner that some other Wendy's AHEM (the Wendy's on La' Grange and 167th) and the service was quick and the food was fresh hot and yummy.

    They gave us the completely wrong order, had to drive back and they seemed taken back that I wanted fresh fries because mine were getting cold because I had to go back. I know mistakes happen, it just seems like when I'm in a hurry is when it happens

    If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This is THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I live in the inner city so that says a lot. The store was a complete mess and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all week. I went to Dine in around 1pm-ish and not only was my food NOT fresh but my order was wrong. I didn’t get a receipt so when I brought up the issue to the “manager” Renee it’s like he didn’t know what to do to solve the issue. He was no help at all. No management qualities whatsoever.

    Reach in the bad and grab cold sandwich. Does Wendy's not know how to serve food at least warm. Cheese not melted bun taken straight from fridge. If I wanted cold food would go home and make a cold sandwich....

    First time having the new breakfast. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant. I substituted the Swiss cheese with American and was not disappointed. Sausage had a bit of a kick. Reminded me when Burger King came out with their croissant sandwiches. Very very good and filling.🙂🥐

    They don't bother checking the order 50% of the time they forget parts of the order not a very busy place most of the staff are rude when you tell them they forgot something but some are really nice so they need better training not the only fast food place around so get it together

    Disappointed. Went here and was told the weren't serving frostys at the time (no reason given). Also, ordered baked potatoe with just bacon and side of butter and they served it with bacon and cheese.. TONS of cheese after telling them specifically I wanted NO cheese when I ordered. C'mon guys.

    They really messed this one up. Starting with the guy at the window. He looked at me like a deer in the headlights and talked so slow. He was obviously high and incompetent to do his job correctly. They were missing half my order which that it self is unacceptable. When I spend money at any!!! restaurant I shouldn't have to waste anymore time because of horrible customer service. Culver's it is from now on.

    I ordered lunch for the two of us though the app. I like the app because it allows me to customize my order in ways I ordinarily wouldn't. But when I arrived to claim my order, I was told that I would have to come inside to get it even though I had requested it for drive-thru service. I have a disability limiting my ability to walk. That's a policy I wish Wendy's would reconsider. It's the second time that's occurred with me. Had my wife not been with me, I would have gone elsewhere. I would've waited in the designated mobile order parking space for someone to bring it out to me, but that possiblity never entered into the conversation.

    Times are tough these days, especially in fast food. This crew still held it down tonight with a delicious meal and awesome service. For a minute in that Wendy's drive through, everything felt a little more normal again.
