I have never done Yoga before but Jen is so welcoming and helpful. I absolutely love Evolve and any newbies considering Yoga I suggest you do with Evolve!

Evolve is a hidden Gem that I don’t feel will be hidden for long. The space is absolutely gorgeous. It was Orland Parks Market and then antique shop. The character of the old wood and tin ceiling has been preserved beautifully and if you look you can even find the original sign for the market. You are put to ease the second you walk in by the natural colors and warm atmosphere. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. I have been doing yoga for over 15 years and have found myself doing poses that no instructor had used previously. I especially love the way that Jenn tailors the session to the needs of the yogis present in the class. She also has a way of making you really present. One of the few hours of the week where I can put away my to do list and worries. I can not recommend the experience of doing yoga at Evole enough.

My husband and I enjoyed meeting with Mike to learn about our horoscopes and how our energy was forming in the celestial skies the day we were born. It helped foster ideas on yoga and breathing modalities that can aid it calming our mind, bodies, and spirit. Namaste.

I came here for an astrology reading and it was very interesting and helpful. I will definitely be returning to check out some of their sound bowl and yoga classes. It’s a charming and beautiful place!

Attended the Full Moon release session with Jenni. It was an awesome experience to say the least! It was very relaxing and intense how deep in relaxation I was. I also received a card reading afterwards. Everyone was so inviting and pleasant. As soon as you enter the building a comforting feeling comes over you!!! Left there feeling rejuvenated!!!!

I have taken 2 classes with Jen and she is a terrific instructor! She took the time to find out any needs or concerns I might have before the class started, and continued to be sure check in afterwards. I am looking forward to many more classes with Jen! The building is a great location and I love the history of the building. It makes for a restful and restorative space!

I am taking Hatha/Yin at Evolve while also attending PT sessions at a well-known medical facility. Adding this class has improved my functional relief three-fold; not to mention the education Jenn C. shares on anatomy. One of her recent classes gave me 100% relief for more than 28 hours after months of daily discomfort! Thanks for listening to my questions and addressing my issues.

Jennie healing reiki session with Oracle reading was a wonderful experience. She was patient and accurate in her understanding of my needs. I have never done something like this before and I am leaving now feeling rejuvenated, peaceful and empowered. I will recommend her everyone and I will be back

My Hatha yoga class with Stephanie was very energizing. She was a great instructor, well versed, helpful with poses, and very knowledgeable. My body was very stiff and tense at the start of class and by the end was much more calm and relaxed. This class was well worth attending. The studio is awesome with a great atmosphere and very friendly to newcomers. Thank you!

Evolve is a very welcoming and beautiful yoga studio. A calm and peaceful environment as soon as you walk in the door. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable.

I loved my Oracle Reiki session with Jenni! She make you feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease. Her healing abilities were definitely felt and I will be returning again for monthly sessions.
