Very
poor
experience.
I
live
30
minutes
away
and
had
a
5pm
appointment.
We
unfortunately
were
stuck
in
traffic
on
I-80.
I
walked
in
at
5:11
and
checked
in
at
check-in
computer
(no
desk
or
assistance
when
checking
in).
By
the
time
I
checked
in
completely
it
was
around
5:13pm.
The
receptionist
walked
out
a
few
minutes
later
and
said
we
are
past
the
10
minute
waiting
window
and
can’t
be
seen.
I
told
her
I
understand
if
there’s
a
policy,
but
it
was
out
of
our
control
and
we
just
traveled
a
decent
amount
of
time
to
he
seen.
She
then
told
me
what
my
child
had
was
simple
and
proceeded
to
name
the
potential
diagnosis
out
loud
while
in
the
waiting
area
while
there
were
other
people
waiting
in
the
pharmacy
line.
I
believe
that
was
completely
inappropriate
for
privacy.
She
also
asked,
“you
don’t
have
that
medicine
at
home?”
In
a
very
condescending
way.
If
I
did,
then
I
wouldn’t
be
there.
She
sent
me
across
the
street
to
a
new
clinic
that
I
had
to
wait
two
hours
to
be
seen.
Nobody
was
in
the
waiting
room
at
the
time
and
she
never
said
I
could
come
back
as
a
walk
in.
I
would
understand
at
that
point
if
I
had
to
wait
longer
but
that
was
never
suggested.
She
also
never
suggested
I
wait
to
see
if
the
next
appointment
shows
so
I
could
potentially
still
be
seen
at
a
later
time.
I
understand
if
there
are
policies
but
to
turn
away
a
child
that
clearly
needs
help
when
you’re
supposed
to
be
an
urgent
care
that
takes
appointments
and
walk-ins
for
being
3
minutes
past
my
window
seems
like
a
lack
of
care
and
compassion
for
others.
I’ve
had
a
great
experience
at
other
Advocate
offices
so
it
made
me
extremely
disappointed
there
are
professionals
out
there
with
such
lack
of
empathy
for
others.
