I love the doctors there and the staff, but you guys should work on being helpful over the phone too! I tried to give them a call about my 10months old baby who is having a fever and the only answer was they are about to close and don’t have appointments until after 4. Days. I totally understand that but you should sound more helpful, I’m not calling to make a nails appointment!! You should understand that when someone is calling you they are seeking help that they can’t find somewhere else and you are called a primary care physician for a reason ! You guys definitely should work on your answer script

This office has great communication, great customer service, and always treats us with respect and care. We have never had a bad experience. My daughter has been seen by just about all the doctors here and each and every one of them are very kind and answer every and all questions I have. They make things very understandable, and always leave me feeling reassured. I totally recommend this pediatric office! The ladies at the front desk are very nice as well!

The staff are all warm, welcoming, helpful and supportive. Both my lord feel safe and actually look forward to and enjoy their doctors visits! Thanks for making my kids feel comfortable and encouraging a life time of self care and health.

1st visit was perfect 2nd not so much 3rd was the worst then we call and left message, two days later they called back and said that doctor doesn't call everyone back that he choose who he wants to call back,. i am sorry but it does not work that way especially when it comes to children. the worst doctor office i have been to

We have been using this office for 12 years we love Doctor Arora. He has had a revolving door of Additional doctors and LNP but they have all been great!

Kelly, Amy & Dr. Arora are all wonderful. Very kind and professional. They’re also very knowledgeable. I trust my baby will get the best care with them.

I visited Pediatric Associates Orland Park for my baby’s first checkup this week. I choose this location because of the great reviews I saw about Dr. Aurora on my insurance’s website and the reviews on Google. During the visit, the doctor and entire staff were very pleasant and gentle with my little one. The doctor told me about his years of experience and I knew he would be a great fit. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an experienced pleasant Pediatrician who loves his career and who has years of experience with babies.

I had a very positive experience with the physician and the MA’s. Everyone was organized, friendly and thorough. The waiting room had plenty of toys and books for the little ones to be occupied with, and the wait time was very short. I Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a pediatrician. They are the absolute best!
