Moved here looking for a fresh start thinking it would be amazing.. since I’ve moved here my rent changes every month! I’m being charged for things i shouldn’t and when talked to with the leasing office it takes forever for it to be situated IF they even return a call.. the tenants are disgusting and leave trash, furniture ( of all kinds) and everything else in the hallway. I’ve seen several bugs.. i even had a bat flying around in my unit and it took a entire day for them to call and come to my unit to address the problem. The leasing office workers i haven’t had a issue with but things aren’t done efficiently around here..there’s no cameras on the floor of the hallways just first floor entry huge safety concern.. it’s not worth the money they are charging to live here At all. My experience thus far has been horrible would not recommend anyone to move here.. they have so much to improve with these apartments!! The hallways and buildings aren’t cleaned as much as they should be because I’m seeing the same trash from two weeks ago still sitting there. When calling to complain about such things their recommendation was to purchase a ring doorbell for my door to record what was going on.. TERRIBLE Apartments

Well Thank God for Reviews, this seems like a horrible place to live. Was going to call for appointment to view a unit, but have since changed my mind. Roaches, rats, gnats, unclean hallways, issues with maintenance, no water for days, heat on for 9 months, ghetto tenants, unprofessional staff?? I will definitely pass and encourage my client’s & colleagues that were considering this place to follow suit.

0/10 I hate I moved here ! They don’t care about the occupant only the money! These ppl was so thirsty to take my money didn’t give me a parking sticker got my car towed with in a few days of living there ! Had to warm apt with stove for weeks until they turned my heat on. The women in the office tuh good luck ! I can’t wait to move far away from here ! This last incident took the cake they charging me 501.77 on top of my rent which comes out to like 1600 some alone so this extra 501.77 nobody mentioned is insane and I’m done DONT MOVE HERE U WILL REGRET IT ! Ps the maintenance ppl were always great but the women in the office thumbs downnnn !

Convenient if you need somewhere to live but I been here for a year now. Super ghetto. Power always out. Water always off. Mice running around. Sketchy hallways. They making handicap tenants get up to move they car by 6 in the mornin gotta park three buildin down they don’t care about the elderly nor the sickly they towed my daughter car from me when I can barely walk cuz they parking lot raggedy and they wanna do last min repair…..Always a new rude person working in office cuz they can’t keep nobody's maintenance men sleepin with the tenants people in the units smokin weed crack heroine u name it…. the police don’t even do nothin out here cuz they all making money off this filthy hell hole when I get myself situated physically financially emotionally I’m movin and never turnin back!!!

This place is beautiful on the outside but very distasteful on the inside. Pissy hallway carpets(dog and human piss), the maintenance request always go unanswered and the police department is so sorry they have no control over these folks. Fighting outside ppl trying to break into folks units and the police don’t arrest them this is a very disturbing place to live. Everything In the unit out dated they say you gotta stay here for 7 years to get a upgrade snd you only get to pick one upgrade (kitchen , bathroom or new carpet/vinyl flooring)but who would wanna stay here for 7 years. they pick and choose who they want to give the good units to. Some units have dirty carpet while others have vinyl when you ask for vinyl they say you gotta pay for it but why if y’all gone wait until folks move out remodel the unit then let someone else move in to destroy it anyway because that’s all these filthy folks do that they keep lettin move in. One of me neighbors gets high asl in the early hours of the morning off god knows what rides around on a bike with red circles around her eyes like a clown (eye shadow) she accidentally walks up to other ppl balconies mistaking it for her own because she’s too high she yells for her husband or whomever to open the balcony so I hear her yelling his name all morning until he let he in. Do not move here run

They charged all this side bills on rent and it has nothing to do with us if your rent 1375 or 1200 why it comes out to be 1600-1700 whatever plumbing bill etc you guys have you as a building take care of it not the tenants I signed up for 1375 rent not 1600-1700 they come late to fix things so I come late to pay my bills until things get situated around here take me to court I have paperwork videos pictures everything ready. Hallways nasty dark everything inside is outdated if you charging 1700 at least have a whole make over going in for the place or just take off the extra side bills you guys charged people off and stick to regular rent as plan it’s always loud music playing smoking stealing people stuff out they homes cars broken into it’s just terrible and I can’t wait to get my family out of here

Terrible Management Patrice and Joe harassed me and my guest for months. Then proceeded to terminate my lease after I confronted them about the issue. There was a infestation and my packages were stolen on several different occasions. I plan on taking legal action in the near future.

I’ve been staying here for two years now and the only person there that’s good at their job is the manager Ashley she’s kind and understanding. She gets right on the job if you have any complaints/concerns about anything.
